Hotel con piscina a Tallinn

La colazione era soddisfacente ma apprezzeremmo alcune modifiche al menu in giorni diversi. La nostra vista della camera era buona. Il personale era efficiente, solidale e cordiale. Un sacco di ristoranti, supermercati e negozi di droga intorno all'hotel. Tuttavia, alcune aree devono essere prese in considerazione dal loro top management: 1. tazze e bollitore possono essere forniti per ogni stanza, e 2. il costo aggiuntivo per l'utilizzo della spa e della sauna era di 15 euro a testa, che riteniamo possa essere troppo alto per i viaggiatori non europei, e 3. Anche la palestra è stata addebitata a 5 euro a testa, proprio come farebbe la maggior parte degli hotel in altre grandi città.

Hotel di 5 stelle, eccellente e situato nel centro di Tallinn, a 15 minuti a piedi da Van Virus, la vecchia città. Il check-in e il check-out erano semplici e rapidi, poiché il loro personale era efficiente e sono disposti ad aiutare in ogni modo possibile. La camera era grande, la camera da bagno era grande e il letto era così comodo. Tutto nella stanza era quasi perfetto! La colazione era eccellente e il cibo era delizioso.Le cameriere erano molto utili e ci servivano il caffè, anche se possiamo farlo da soli. Un bel hotel che offre comfort e valore per soldi. Il personale mi ha reso piacevole il soggiorno e mi ha fatto sentire a casa. Grazie! La diffusione del pranzo era dettagliata e deliziosa.

Unskilled staff continues to lower this holes service quality. I wrote review also earlier about this hotel and even hotel management promised improvements, but apparently management meant that the leave the hotel and let the new management to handle staff training and skill issues if the can. This has not happen. We went there to check the situation, stayed over weekend and noticed at the check-in that reception staff is not up to level in their skill as they clearly struggled to handle payment terminal and card terminals. So some of the payment seems gone through, but some didn't they said. So some of our group were asked to pay room charges again at the check out just to notice after arrival home that actually room was already charged at the check-in. So they double charged room fees as staff didn't know how to work with their basic tools. Our group members had to spend time and effort to clear payment issues with banks to get balance back. I'm still waiting my doubled charged money refund. So I urge everyone to check their payments and credit cards BEFORE leaving this hotel as I said this was not the first time when this happen. I'm quite sure it was my last on this hotel.

Il centro commerciale dell'hotel non ha raggiunto lo standard di quattro stelle.La posizione è buona, molto vicina alla città antica, perché lungo la strada, quindi si ritroverà la notte e la mattina.Il colazione dell'hotel è buono.E le due notti che abbiamo fissato a Trip.com non so come costare quasi 1000 per il carbone.

All generally acceptable but quality of breakfast was poor and let down the overall stay. Fruit not fresh, long queues and no attention from any waiting staff. Check in and out was quick and easy. Location is not central but not far from the centre. Short walk.

Booked this hotel as I am very familiar with the Radisson brand, plus it is a tall hotel affording excellent views out across Tallin. We used the tram from the airport to travel to the hotel, the tram stop being a short ten minute walk. The hotel is situated on what appears to be the outer ring road, so this and the rather uninspiring concrete tower construction of the building can give a slightly foreboding feel, this isn't eased upon entry when you are greeted by a rather dull corporate and uninspiring lobby. Still, the staff were pleasant and completed all formalities quickly. We were allocated a city view room on the 19th floor. The views are stunning, we could see the old town, as well as the high rises of the new town area and the port beyond. There was nothing exemplary about the room, it felt a little austere, but it was warm, dry and comfortable. The bathroom seemed to hark back to the early 90's with the colour of the tiles, but again it was all perfectly functional and clean. It takes a walk of around ten minutes or so to walk into the old town area passing a very small mall on the way. This Mall also had a food court run by Lido which we enjoyed in Riga, but did not use here in Tallin. Exceptional value. Getting around Tallin on foot is fairly easy, it's a fascinating city. I would definitely return, but would prefer to stay in a different hotel with a quirky charm perhaps.

Il personale era molto amichevole e utile, il buffet di colazione aveva molta scelta, il letto era molto comodo e la camera era accogliente e moderna con una vista magnifica. Il bagno era bellissimo e un'illuminazione del soggiorno. Sentiva veramente 5 stelle e io rimarrei qui.

Grande hotel vicino alla porta a Old City. Belle camere spaziose, design moderno con belle caratteristiche, impeccabilmente pulito. Amazing spa e piscina, 2 tipi di sauna sul piano superiore con vista su Tallinn. Grande colazione con grande scelta (pensava molte persone, quindi vieni presto). Tea/caffe'/acqua nella stanza, tranquillo. Molte opzioni di ristorante dietro l'hotel, così come 1min di cammino per entrare nella Old City. Puoi tenere le borse se arrivate presto o se partete più tardi. Mi sono davvero divertito.

Viaggio per tempo libero. Posizione albergo a due passi dal centro storico patrimonio Unesco. Molto pulito. Ottimo il personale. Disponibilissimo e sempre sorridente. Unica mancanza un orologio nella sala piscina

Комфортные кровати. Необычайно комфортное постельное белье. Продуманное освещение. Абсолютно ни одного повода для критики с точки зрения удобства и комфорта. Завтрак обильный, разнообразный. Он подается абсолютно одинаковым каждый день, но каждый найдет для себя необходимые и приемлемые опции. Мы путешествуем по всему миру и всегда останавливаемся в отелях со спа-центрами. Дизайн, удобства, предложенные в данном отеле, нам очень понравились. Великолепная сауна и турецкая баня, наполненная аромамаслом эвкалипта. Стеклянные стены, которые не ограничивают пространство. Комфортная температура в бассейне. Чрезвычайно эффективный подводный массаж. До оформления бронирования в отеле, я связывалась Olga Sorokina Reservations coordinator и получала от нее немедленную и эффективную помощь. Поэтому для нас большим сюрпризом явилось то, насколько хмуры, недружелюбны, не заинтересованы в клиентах работники front desk. Они выполняют свою работу, как будто отбывают наказание. При check-out мы даже не услышали дежурного ”how was your stay?” Только этот момент вызвал недоумение. В целом, отель, действительно, отличный.
