Hotel molto di base. Il pavimento che abbiamo soggiornato su fume come cani (molti cani). Necessita di aggiornamenti. Era caldo quando ci siamo fermati e dovevamo tenere le finestre chiuse la notte, perché il rumore stradale è terribile (nessun aircondition). Check-in è andato in età. La colazione, come la maggior parte degli hotel estoni, era un caos, ma una buona scelta. Era costosa per ciò che è, ho soggiornato in una città antica migliore e più conveniente.

Un posto molto bello, molto vicino a un parco e a una passeggiata sul mare, hanno un bellissimo bistro dove la borscht era assolutamente divina.
Mi piaceva il concetto di spazio di collaborazione, di yoga e di DIY.
L'unico commento negativo che ho - non apprezzo il personale del colazione che cerca di parlare con noi solo in russo. Non conosceva l'inglese e non sono sicuro se conosceva l'estone. Un po' turbato.

Questa è la colazione fino alle 11:00.La colazione è un po' alta, perché ho sempre pranzo alle 15:00, ma la qualità e il tipo sono buoni.La caramella è deliziosa per me.
La posizione è vicino al porto di carico, quindi vicino a Ferri, ma a pochi chilometri dalla stazione di Riga bus, ma non è doloroso prendere un treno.(Posso camminare per circa quaranta minuti).
Ci sono un vasca-spazzo e un lavastoviglie nella stanza, ognuno 々 ha un distributore di sapone liquido.Il secchetto è installato sul lavastoviglie, c'è TV, ma c'è pochi canali e ci sono molti congelatori e interferenze, quindi mi sento come se lo uso raramente.Ho un telefono, ma non c'è una lavastoviglie elettriche.
Il calore non è abbastanza buono, non si può congelatare.

La posizione è molto buona e tutto è raggiungibile a piedi. La camera era pulita ma un po' piccola, i cuscini avrebbero potuto essere più comodi e mi aspetterei un armadio in un hotel a 4 stelle, il bagno era un po' scadente e fatiscente. La colazione era ok, né migliore né peggiore di altri hotel economici simili. Nel complesso l'hotel era buono per un soggiorno di 2 notti, ma non lo classificherei come un 4 stelle.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è situato in una posizione molto grande nella città antica, quindi è molto conveniente e il design intorno all'hotel è magnifico e le camere hanno mobili antichi. Maria è estremamente utile e gentile quando ho controllato tardi dopo le 17:00. Nota che non c'è caldaia nella stanza, ma una cucina condivisa al livello 2, purtroppo quando volevo usarla, la caldaia potrebbe essere stata presa da altri ospiti. Sarebbe bello se ogni stanza potesse avere una caldaia o se c'è un distributore principale d'acqua. Il bagno non è fissato in modo sicuro, quindi si prega di essere attenti. L’acqua nel bagno può facilmente esplodere come è una doccia per la doccia in piedi. Sono forniti scarpe da camera, doccia profumata, shampoo, condizionatore per capelli e capsule da doccia.

Pavimento senza moquette, riscaldamento a pavimento in bagno, letto comodissimo, doccia spaziale, immensa, set da bagno molto completo…. Distanza dalla città vecchia accettabile, meno di dieci minuti a piedi. La colazione molto varia, anche se la qualità è migliorabile. Ho trovato personale molto gentile alla reception, molto meno al ristorante… anzi, l’ultima mattina ho trovato una ragazza decisamente scortese…. Ma per il resto davvero tutto eccellente. Servizio di deposito bagagli gratuiti. Ero al quarto piano, stanza 412. Grazie mille, un albergo ottimo.

I wrote review also earlier about this hotel and even hotel management promised improvements, but apparently management meant that the leave the hotel and let the new management to handle staff training and skill issues if the can. This has not happen. We went there to check the situation, stayed over weekend and noticed at the check-in that reception staff is not up to level in their skill as they clearly struggled to handle payment terminal and card terminals. So some of the payment seems gone through, but some didn't they said. So some of our group were asked to pay room charges again at the check out just to notice after arrival home that actually room was already charged at the check-in. So they double charged room fees as staff didn't know how to work with their basic tools. Our group members had to spend time and effort to clear payment issues with banks to get balance back. I'm still waiting my doubled charged money refund. So I urge everyone to check their payments and credit cards BEFORE leaving this hotel as I said this was not the first time when this happen. I'm quite sure it was my last on this hotel.

È in una posizione eccellente nel centro della città antica di Tallinn, ha camere doppie confortevoli ma tipicamente piccole, splendidi colazioni e ac caldo. Lo consiglio ai coppie. Tuttavia, non ci fermeremmo ancora qui. Anche se ci avevano prenotato e pagato pienamente più di due mesi prima del soggiorno, al nostro arrivo ci fu detto che la nostra camera era stata ”prenotata doppiamente”. Sembrava un centro scolastico. Quando ho suggerito che questo fosse insoddisfacente, il desk persona ha detto davanti ad altri ospiti: ”E' troppo male”. Dopo aver camminato nella vecchia città e ritornato, Il manager ci aveva messo in una stanza migliore per una notte e abbiamo avuto la nostra stanza prenotata per le prossime tre notti. Inoltre, l’ascensore non si estende al quarto piano, quindi era una lotta che portava grandi valigie su scale e su altri piani ineguali. Infine, al check-out, la ricevitrice insisteva che il nostro pagamento originale fosse stato respinto da ”il loro sistema”, quindi ho dovuto pagare di nuovo. Ha ritirato l'accusa dopo averle mostrato un ricevimento stampato. Allora ha ritorto, ”deve essere stato un errore di sistema”. UUtente ospiteAbbiamo prenotato una camera superiore per tre persone e abbiamo capito all'hotel che, oltre ad avere una vista stupenda sulla città vecchia, la stanza era abbastanza piccola per tre persone di dimensioni adulte (me e i miei adolescenti di età compresa tra 13 e 15 anni). Il ricevitore ha fatto bene a portarci in camera familiare con un piccolo pagamento aggiuntivo, anche se abbiamo fatto una prenotazione via Tallink, e la stanza era perfetta. Il servizio era super buono e la posizione dell'hotel è perfetta, proprio fuori dalla città vecchia e vicino a Balti Jama Turg.
