location not very good. very quiet at night and not many restaurants around. staff is not very attentive and not friendly. hotspring is nice.

Nice hot spring hotel with various outdoor pools. one pool is for hot spring water, which is delivered daily by truck. Very good breakfast. Local restaurants near by. By bus it's about 30 minutes to the Jhihben National Forest Recreation Area. Taitung is even closer.

Great location.breakfast and cleaning

We really enjoyed our two night stay at the Fuli resort , service is excellent , room very clean and comfortable and the swimming pool and the diffferent hot water and spring water soaking facilities were so comfortable ! Location is a bit remote but hotel is very nice , service was expextiinal !

Overall is good. Breakfast is pretty good.

Location was 8min drive from station. It was the newest and most modern hotel in zhiben I feel. It could be 5star standards. The hotel comes with the hot spring which was a really good highlight of trip. I try hot spring in zhiben out in town and it wasn’t better than the hotel’s. That’s how nice it was. Breakfast was repetitive. Can be improved with more varieties for consecutive days. Room was perfect. Clean, big and comfortable bed. This is my first and only choice to stay in zhiben.

Spacious room, but poor sound proof - friend staying beside our room could hear us laughing.

Everything is great. But there is not much to do nearby.

酒店早餐很多樣化，很用心準備 附設停車場也很方便，自駕遊的人不用擔心停車問題 酒店房間裡面打掃的很乾淨，只有放置在房間的杯子，可能很久沒人用，裡面都是灰塵要用時一定要再清洗乾淨即可，床很柔軟好睡，酒店裡面也有游泳池泡湯spa 池，推薦給來知本的朋友可以來住這間酒店很棒！

部屋：広かった、外の音がかなり響く アメニティなど：水(ペットボトル）、お菓子、タオル各種、スリッパ、シャンプー（壁付）、ボディソープ（壁付） 水圧：良好（気持ち弱め） 共用設備：温泉・プール・サウナが1階屋外にある→水着着用（レンタル有り）、スタバがある 朝食：種類が多かった、アイスまであった サービス：知本駅までの送迎（往復のどちらか片方のみ） 駅からホテルまでのタクシー代は150元くらい（10分程度）

住的是雙人一大床的房型，房間內本身有浴缸可泡澡（一般的熱水，非溫泉水喔） 一樓戶外有泳池跟熱湯區及烤箱、蒸氣室 需自備泳裝+泳帽 隔日早餐蠻豐盛的，人員補空缺食材速度蠻快的 用餐區位置也多

我們第一次到知本溫泉旅行，選擇在知本芙儷渡假酒店住宿一晚，我認為這是明智的選擇。從抵達知本火車站接駁起，到辦理入住，到飯店設施，飯店的早餐供應，都有最佳的服務。 辦理入住的時候，櫃檯小姐溫馨告知，如果要使用Spa設施，建議在房間換好泳裝，因為Spa區的更衣室數量有限，個人覺得事先告知這個訊息很有幫助。 在使用Spa區的時候，救生員時常提醒遊客不要坐在池子的出入口，這是非常貼心的服務，因為我到過的溫泉會館，通常每個池子出入口都塞滿人，要進出很困難。 早餐既豐盛且多元，我們非常滿意，期待能夠再次造訪。

房間又大又乾淨整潔，位置非常方便。設施方面有泳池桑拿房溫泉。早餐選擇多，樓下有Starbucks和便利店。還是挺推薦的。

酒店房間乾淨舒適，戶外設施泡湯區極佳，物超所值，早餐當作午餐般豐富的供應，還搭配許多台東特有的食材、野菜，真心推薦大家這間酒店
