It was pleasant and luxury atmosphere, the staff demonstrated high level of quality and hospitality.

Everything is great. Only down side is the noise isolation. It’s the worst. Only book mountain view. My booking was mountain view but they told me no room is available. Other side is very noisy from the road

The service is fast and the facilities clean and thanks new.

Positives: - maybe new? The inside looks good! - very welcoming - easy access - easy parking - quite nice view from window or back in the pool area What could be improved: - could upgrade the windows so it would be noise free. It’s key to good night sleep.

+ Very clean hotel and good service. - we faced trouble with door key, every time required go to reception to activate the card.

الفندق جداً راقي ورهيييب يستاهل كل ريال صراحة وان جيت الطايف ماراح اخذ الا فيه واحجز عن طريق البرنامج برضوا حرفياً يستاهل كل رياااال نظافة وبوفيه مرتب وهدوء ومكانه مره مناسب كل شي قريب اقمت فيه 5 ايام زي العسل اخذت جناح صغير غرفة وصالة صراحة انبسطت انا واطفالي وزوجي فيه اللهم لك الحمد ووفقت بالاختيار وامينيييييييين اطلع من الاوتيل واطلب ينظفون الغرفة امينيييين لدرجة اغراضي مايمسحونها ينظفون ويرفعونها على جنب اجي القاها نفس ماتركتها يس مرتبين ومنظفين المكان يستاااهل انصحكم فيه 👌🏼💕💕
