Hotel sconsigliato. Purtroppo la struttura è’ fatiscente. In camera il vetro è sporco ed usurato. La lampada vicino al letto rotta. Posizionata Isolata dal centro . Siamo a livello di un. 2 stelle

I chose the Mercure brand as the name has a good reputation. I chose Mercure North Melbourne as it was very convenient to where I had meetings to attend over a two day period. Though I felt safe and comfortable in the hotel, I did think the hotel was quite ‘tired and tardy’’ looking. I would suggest it needs an overhaul - a ‘facelift’ and a total refurbishment to raise its standard.

Pictures not the same and elevator looks unsafe No form of assistance once you arrive you have to walk up stairs from car park with luggage( and small child) Over priced parking and room service

It is an excellent location to go everywhere with car, good parking facilities with reasonable price.

We enjoyed the food at the cafe downstairs. The hotel is really close to the venue we were planning to go the next day. Easy check-in and check-out.

Clean room and friendly staff, they also let me extend my checkout time at 2am

交通總體來説還行，不在中心區，但也不太遠， 房間環境大概就是國內招待所的水平吧，洗澡熱水水温不穩定，一個小的洗臉盆，都放不下洗漱用品了……前台服務還可以，有早餐，也可以免費寄存行李

早餐品種非常簡單 ，沒太多選擇； 酒店有油煙的味道 ，可能是因為提供晚餐之類 ，但廚房排煙效果一般吧 ，總感覺有股油煙的味道。

酒店位置離墨爾本中心City還是有些距離，離墨爾本大學距離不太遠，步行10分鐘左右就可抵達。附近商店和餐廳比較少。設施比較簡單，衞生不錯。如果衹是旅遊還是選擇市中心比較好。

酒店設施稍微有點老舊，環境很好，位置處在近郊區，去大學或市區都很方便。臨近公園及醫院，周邊有不少學生公寓

乾淨整潔的房間，推薦入住，住了兩天，客房服務等都很用心，再完善豐富一下餐飲就好啦！來墨爾本可以選擇的酒店

酒店服務到位，地理位置較好。酒店設施可以，服務人員都比較熱情，價格比較合情合理，總體來説，比較滿意。下次還會考慮。
