Great family oriented hotel with excellent international standard breakfast/ brunch which ends at 1pm! Some rooms are without windows, but otherwise a good stay.

Great location , with Family Mart just right beside the hotel and walking distance to Second Market with many traditional eateries in the morning. We walked to Liu Chuan Canal Waterfront at night to see Christmas decorations and Zhong Hua Road Night Market for supper.

Room is clean but would be great if the bathroom can have a enclosed area to dry after a shower. Breakfast selection is good.

Playroom have to buy tickets for certain types of rooms. Playroom good for small kids. Have age and weight limitations. The breakfast is excellence. Local tai chung people said that is very famous and may be the best breakfast in tai chung hotels.

Great hotel for families. The staff were great and breakfast was very comprehensive. Large rooms and there was a large play area on one of the floors which was beside the gym and laundromat. The service staff were so nice to help us with the laundry machines.

Their 3-bed room is big and comfortable. Their breakfast foods are good and available for 6 hours long, catering for breakfast/ brunch and even lunch needs.

Great stay with Hotel Phoenix! Room was clean and all amenities are comfortable and good. There was a huge tv in the room which kept my daughter entertained. Breakfast was a very good spread and had Starbucks and Haagen Daz icecream free flow.
