Recensioni su The Ultimo, an EVT hotel

Stayed for more than a week in Ultimo. Cleanliness should be improved (depends on the assigned housekeeping maybe). Currently has an ongoing renovation from 3rd floor & up but if you’re always out of the hotel, staying here is still a good choice. No elevator but the staff were very helpful with our luggages. Good deal for its price because of the location and the room size plus the amenities. Kudos to all the reception staffs for being so nice and accommodating. Thank you!

Too small and very expensive and the elevator did not work at the time of my stay

This is definitely not a 4-star hotel. We found the cockroach in the room 2 times and the front didnt even offer any help, only told that it’s not common here so i search for review in google, some other room also dirty. The mattress is not comfortable at all. Compare to the price i pay, this is one of the worst hotel i have ever stay and the service is really bad as well(except the guys who help us pick the luggage since the elevator isnt working.

The hotel was completely and meticulously renovated. 😀 I am blown away by the sleek and simple yet modern and elegant hotel lobby . The high ceiling and the bricks give a voluminous feel. The hotel reception very friendly and proactive. The room floor consistent in terms of design and use of colour. Very eye soothing. The location unbeatable and surrounded by heaps of eateries and shops. Distance to central station only 5 min by foot. Super nice hotel and will come back

Second time staying here. Great value for the location and closeness to UTS as well as groceries and restaurants. Walls a bit thin but noise was ok.

The hotel is close to the central station, Paddy’s market, china town and the city centre. All in the walkable distance and close to the tram stop also. The mattress was very much comfortable and all equipments are clean and prepared. All staff members are very friendly and helpful. Definitely staying here again soon!

Super friendly staffs , great location very close to shops n restaurants. Super comfy beds n room is quite big.

Front desk staff was helpful in explaining the parking arrangements (at Paddy’s Market but discounted daily rate for hotel guests). The room was more spacious than we expected. And shopping was great - just across the road.

Whenever I’m in Sydney, the Ultimo is the place to stay just because it is easy accessible to so many areas and the room is cozy! This is my fifth time staying at Ultimo. And wont be my last. ❤️

The Ultimo is undergoing reservations so there was some disruption, but nothing to serious. The room allocated was smaller than expected.

It is good, but the lift is broken. We brought the luggages upstair. but it was good that there were help to bring the luggages downstair when check out.

Clean and nicely and sensibly furnished rooms, with sunlight coming in.  The lift wasn’t working, I got a first floor room and a number of cheerful staff were available to help carry my suitcases without question. Plus I got upgraded from king room to family room with two extra single beds. Can’t ask more for the attention to detail and service.

Really pleased with our stay at the Ultimo Hotel. It is very central and well connected to public transport, making it a convenient choice for exploring the city. The rooms are cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including TVs with a Chromecast option. The staff truly sets this hotel apart. Luca and Francesco at reception were incredibly friendly, polite, and professional, providing excellent service throughout our stay. They took the time to inform us about the hotel’s various services and gave us fantastic recommendations about the city. Their attentiveness and enthusiasm made us feel very welcome and truly valued as guests! For the price, this hotel offers fantastic value, combining quality and excellent service.

nice location and friendly staffs but elevator is broken
