Hotel in zona Sando Reserve, Sydney

Avevo visitato la settimana della moda australiana e cercavo un posto dove stare a piacere. Non cercavo un alloggio di tipo studente Adina era la più vicina a Cariageworks e mi sorprendeva davvero. Non ho mai avuto nessuno che portasse i miei bagagli nella mia stanza in Australia! Ho offerto un consiglio e non accettavano. La stanza era immacolata, mi sentivo come la prima persona a usarla. Ho trovato la stanza molto tranquilla, anche se ha guardato la piscina. Ho detto che non bevo acqua fuori dal tappeto e quando sono tornato c'erano tre tin di acqua ancora sul tavolo della cucina. Non posso valutare Adina abbastanza. Congratulazioni, sarò di nuovo!

It was quite expensive for the service. The staff were not very welcoming but pleasant enough. The highlights are you are camping on the harbor and the view is very pretty. At sunset the very large bats come out which is quite cool to see but they are very loud with each other. Here is somethings you should know. Both eateries close at 430 pm so plan accordingly for dinner. If you get the package that includes electricity it’s only on from 6pm-6am. The waterway is very active until dark then the row teams start at 0500 it might have been earlier but their coaches are very loud and aggressive. What a way to wake up. It was nice just manage your expectations.

Il hotel è stato molto ricco di un hotel, e il centro di Sydney è stato molto ricco di un hotel. Il pranzo non è grande, iogurt, cereali, croissant, muffin, tostature, alcuni possono frutta, tè, caffè (12$). In questo ostello è successo qualcosa che non mi è mai successo prima. Ho lasciato alcuni dei miei vestiti sul letto, ho tenuto la casa cambiato letti e mi sono tolto i vestiti. Anche se avevo ancora due notti. La migliore decisione (che hanno detto) è che mi hanno dato un buono per colazione lmao!!!! Ho continuato a venire a chiedere se trovavano i miei vestiti, ma non lo hanno fatto. E l'ultimo giorno, quando mi stavo già lasciando, hanno detto bene, possiamo chiamare la polizia se voglio risolvere questo problema. È ridicolo! Per 2 giorni non hanno fatto niente, ogni volta che sono arrivato al divano, ci sono stati diversi lavoratori e è stato piuttosto difficile trovare un manager! Quindi se decidete di rimanere qui, tenete tutto il vostro bagno. Il padlock è $6. Ci sono lavastoviglie e asciugamani, non ho usato, ma per quanto mi ricordo circa 8 dollari. Il cazzo era sul livello della cucina, grande come il pollice.

Have always been staying there. Good place especially d counter staff on 4 Jun 24 @ 1715pm. Always helpful ...takes d extra mile to ensure We were comfortable with our stay. Both duty staff. A lady n gentlemen. Thank you n Great Job.

L'hotel è situato in una posizione centrale, rendendo più facile per me esplorare le attrazioni vicine sia a piedi che in trasporto pubblico. La stazione ferroviaria, le fermate degli autobus e le fermate della metropolitana sono a 5-10 minuti a piedi. La stanza era molto pulita, aveva anche le strutture per lavare i miei tazze e le piastre grazie al bagno di lavastoviglie (in aggiunta al bagno di lavastoviglie), e aveva anche un forno a microonde nella stanza, che era utile. Una buona fornitura e una varietà di tè oltre al caffè istantaneo. Il servizio in camera per il cibo era anche grande. Ha avuto uno dei più rapidi e lisci check-in e check-out di recente. In generale, molto felice con i servizi.

We stayed for two nights at the end of May. Our room was quiet & clean even if in need of a refurbish, which presumably, going by the building works going on, is in progress. The building works didn't impinge on our stay at all. Our breakfast (which was included in our room rate), was surprisingly good. The area it was served in was very clean and bright. We found all the staff to be pleasant. Being able to checkin & checkout on line made things move quicker, especially the checkout. The cost of accommodation in the city is very high so we were pleased that Song Hotel was a bit more affordable to us.

The location is unbeatable. It’s in the middle of CBD and only 10 min walk to circular Quay. We did not stay in the heritage room, instead, we chose the tower room. TBH, we expected nicer interior design. The furniture gave us an IKEA feel. Fullerton in both Singapore and HK is very nicely done. When we turned on the hot water for either shower or bath, it makes a screeching noise sometimes, which was not pleasant to hear. Anyway, the room is clean and the cleaning ladies were very nice and friendly. The breakfast was good too. Overall, the staff were really good!

I had high expectations of Capella Sydney after staying multiple times at Capella Bangkok and being treated as though I were the most important person in the hotel, just like all of the other guest who stay there are. The attention to service detail at Sydney location unfortunately failed very short to meet my expectations. The booking process on the website was glitchy and the pricing was inconsistent, sometimes showing pricing including tax sometimes not without indication and only upon receiving confirmation via email from reservations was the price confirmed, which did not match the screenshots of the reservation when I placed the booking so I had to go back and forth with reservations via phone and email to simply confirm the accurate pricing for my stay. After creating an account to log on to their booking platform although the option of modifying the booking was offered, the feature did not work on the site, so you had to cancel the booking and book a new booking if you simply wanted to extend by 1 day. This is before I even arrived at the hotel. When I did arrive, it is of course, no small feat that the restoration of this historic building was carried out with the utmost respect for the architecture, from the flooring material to the fenestration and even the internal grand stair way was brilliantly retro-fitted with current code requirements for the handrail in a historically appropriate yet contemporary solution. The hotel does not have many floors, so I encourage anyone to take the stairs to experience the beauty of the restoration work. The recognition of the strong identity of the urban location and sense of place in Sydney’s CBD offers us a promise, an encounter, as the space of the possible. I wish I could say the same about the interior design. There was a real disconnect between the intent of the architecture and that of the interior design. The decoration at best seemed vague, and so for the guest experience, how could one of have a point of view about the effect of the design? The space of the expectant “possible” relationship I was expecting from the simple activity of stepping into Farrer Place’s south entryway marked Department of Agriculture, as local stories interpreting colonial history with ancestral elements of the Eora people by Waayni artist Judy Watso unfolded, or the sense of expansive freedom through the bronze Palazzo doors on Loftus Street into the latent quiet luxury of the grand stair was lost when I was met with the contrasting designs and colours of the lift lobby vestibule axminster carpet and that of the corridor carpet to the guest rooms, able to be seen in the same frame. Although an argument can be made about eclecticism and the use of curating a collection of exceptional vintage and contemporary objects this was not the case here, it read as a mismatched bric-à-brac (to borrow a Victorian word from the building time period that's true meaning in French means ”any old way” or ”at random”). La posizione è grande. Abbiamo una vista sul porto con una bella vista sul ponte del porto. Abbiamo anche avuto il piacere di ricevere il servizio all'ingresso e all'uscita. Sfortunatamente, siamo stati delusi di quanto la stanza fosse pulita. Il pulitore ovviamente dimenticava di pulire il bagno. Ha tinture sul sedile e nel bagno. Abbiamo trovato anche una bottiglia vuota di acqua di Mont Franklins che si trovava sotto il desk. Abbiamo soggiornato in hotel qualche volta prima, questa è la prima volta che siamo stati delusi dalla pulizia della stanza.

Questo è il nostro secondo soggiorno nella baia di ricerca woolooware. L'hotel è nuovo, pulito, completamente attrezzato e non poteva essere più conveniente per una notte a piedi. Abbiamo soggiornato in 2 appartamenti di studio diversi, con vista e spaziose. Non si può fare nulla, tranne che il vento con/estrazione dell'aria che un po' sul lato rumoroso e navigare il parco di auto il giorno di gioco e alzare le rampe rigide richiede attenzione e concentrazione. Non è un interruttore di affari, tuttavia! Certamente rimarrà.
