Overall this was a good stay for one night. The location is in the middle of Sydney next to town hall and Museum Station. There is a great viewing platform on the top of the building with ample seating and a pool. The bed was comfortable, with a shower, toilet, TV and tea / coffee making facilities. Truly a hidden gem that is perfect for adults and those bored by the standard fare of Sydney hotels in the CBD (and indeed hotels worldwide), the Establishment is there for people who want some luxury, peace and a different vibe, whilst being given direct access to one of the best bars and restaurants in town. I'm pleased the reviews here don't give it 5-stars, because it really should be reserved for those looking for a different experience - noting I've stayed there for both personal and business reasons and never tire of how I feel once I walk through the understated doors of the hotel.

Hotel location is great ! So convenient - walking to train station, groceries market, dining restaurant/café, shopping and various attractions. Room was clean and very comfortable with good house keeping staff. The employees at front desk (Liam, Angela, Nicolas, Kristine, Sour, Hari, Alan, Yadgi, Himanshu) are very pleasant, professional, welcoming, helpful, attentive, efficient, reliable and great communicators. Special thanks to Alan and Hari for acting quickly (Alan came to our hotel room in a min or so after calling front desk) to put off smoke alarm due to my carelessness and oversight. The stay in Zara Tower Hotel was by far the best I ever experience in Australia. THANK YOU!!! Rooms Clean and very comfortable. Selection of pillows and requests of additional blankets, towels etc. well noted by the hotel staff. Housekeeping team incl. weekends team were fantastic. Nearby activities Hotel in Central Business District (CBD) and easy to go to World Square, Hay Market, Museums, Basket Brothers Cafe/Restaurants, Chinatown, and many other nearby amenities which we didn't visit. Walkability Easy walking to nearest Museum Train Station to Darling Habour or Circular Quay (able to take ferry), museums, gardens/parks and shopping malls etc. Safety Hotel is safe and secured ! Only able to go up the floor level by guest card key.

This hotel by far exceeded our expectations. In a fantastic location 5 minute walk from Darling Harbour and its bars, restaurants, nightlife, boat trips and tourist attractions. The bedrooms are quite small, but they have everything you need and although traffic was wizzing past outside our room, it did not disturb us. There’s a cosy lounge and bar area plus a gym with a shower, which we were able to use to freshen up after checkout before our evening flight, The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Peter at reception who gave us maps, tips, advice etc to help make our stay as good as possible.

The reception staff and housekeeping staff are beyond exceptional - better than some 5 star hotels! Great location and fantastic experience overall. Great value especially with early check in and late check out on offer. There are steep, narrow stairs leading to the front door so please contact the hotel staff before booking and keep this in mind if you have any accessability requirements.

Si ascolta sempre più in riferimento agli hotel. ”Si ottiene quello che paga.” Quindi questo posto è economico. Per Sydney (dove gli hotel diventano assurdamente costosi) è molto economico. Alcuni sono più costosi che hanno solo bagni condivisi; alcuni sono molto meno costosi che erano effettivamente hotel di pod o capsula. Qui si può ottenere una camera giusta, una camera accogliente, con un bagno condizionato, proprio nel cuore della città, meno costose che alternative meno ben progettate. Certo, è vecchio. Non è il Ritz. Ma non paga neanche i prezzi Ritz. In realtà è un istituto medio, ma lo giudico molto bene perché è in realtà molto meglio di quanto si aspettasse, e il prezzo - per l'ubicazione - è fantastico, e la gente si lamenterà perché è vecchio. Finalmente sarà migliorato, e poi sarà moderno, bianco e brillante - e molto più costoso! Fino a quel giorno, resterò ancora lì, felicemente.

Stay here every time when in Sydney. Have made comments of excellence previously. Love the heritage style. Rooms adequate. Have also attended meetings and special events here. Centrally placed for theatre and library. . Unfortunately no forward hint when booking this time that work directly below me would begin at 7. Drilling at 8. Bad luck if sleeping. I was attempting Zoom work meetings. Impossible. One should have been advised in advance. 2 of 3 lifts down. Up to 15 people waiting at a time. 10th floor a bit much for me to dash up the stairs. Disappointing this time.

We always stay here when we're are in Sydney. Great location, well equipped suites with style and attention to detail. The staff are professional and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We felt very welcomed and looked after as Accor members. Highly recommend, We will be back!

Ho passato degli anni cercando di guardare questo come X Backpackers, Nomads backpackers e tu hai questo elencato come Base Backpackers. Ho prenotato questo per 4 notti $214-00 che era abbastanza ragionevole. Quando sono arrivato lì, hanno detto che era $215-60 che ho pagato. No, quando ho ricevuto il ricevimento nella mia yahoo, era $220-5 come $4-90 commissione.Quando mi sono lamentato di questo, hanno detto che era la commissione per gli agenti. Ho mandato i feed al direttore e lei ha detto che avevano preso questo a bordo e dovevano pagare da Eftos all'ostello e non da Visa tramite un agente, ma la signora receptionista era molto gentile e mi ha dato una stanza unica per nessun costo aggiuntivo. Ho anche due salsicce e due pezzi di pane e due bevande in una notte di barbecue, e la casa era piuttosto slanca, come in quattro notti non sono mai arrivati in camera e hanno cambiato i tovaglioli, le foglie, le vasche vuote o il nuovo shampoo, condizionatore e gel. Il ricevitore mi ha dato una nuova tovagliola e ha preso gel, shampoo e condizionatore, ma non ha mai detto loro quanto erano sleali La stanza era pulita. Bella letto e sicura con un codice per entrare e la TV nella stanza, così aveva un piacevole soggiorno. Non ho mai lasciato il latte nel frigorifero, l'ultima volta che è stato rubato o gettato fuori.Fortunatamente era troppo caldo per non uscire!
