Recensioni su Kimpton Margot Sydney, an IHG Hotel

Worst "five star" hotel I stayed in twenty years. I recently stayed at Kimpton Margot and had a thoroughly unpleasant experience. Frankly I want my money back for the two night stay. Here are the main issues I encountered: 1. Cleanliness: • The first room had visible stains on the bed. • The second room had long black hairs on the bed. 2. Noise: • The first room was extremely loud due to machine noise from above, making it impossible to sleep. • The second room was quieter, but there was constant noise from outside during the day. 3. Room Amenities: • The air conditioning in the second room was problematic, making the room ice cold regardless of the set temperature. 4. Breakfast: • The breakfast selection was extremely limited, with the buffet offering only croissants. Overall, my stay was very disappointing. I hope management will address these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

Overall our stay in Kimpton is amazing! Good hospitality, cleanliness, good front desk services, quick check in/out. Room is clean and wonderful, have the room ipad for us to choose amenities, room yoga class and etc. Love the mini bar, shoes and everything in kimpton! Definitely will come. Back again

Twin was very spacious. Travelling for work and was economical to share, including breakfast. Excellent sized room, decent in-room dining options and quality. Beyond expectations for a la carte breakfast, really smooth coffee. Gym was very well equipped, with light refreshments and storage available. Staff helpful, jovial, patient and friendly. Lovely, heritage building close to light rail and either end of Sydney CBD.

Five Star service I will stay again the facilities are so new

Great location, near Town Hall Station. Good breakfast and facilities. Very clean and stylish hotel.

Stylish & Comfortable Great to have a non classical hotel in Sydney CBD! The hotel was celebrating its grand opening during our stay, so very new. Service and setting (specially in Lobby) still need to be fine tuning.

入住首晚在一樓，窗户都貼着磨砂膜，昏暗的光線極不舒適，溝通後次日換至4樓好一點。衞生打掃很不及時，也不乾淨，要送2條浴巾催了3遍，半個多小時過去了也沒送到。早餐衹有西點，個人感覺很難吃。沒有小童用品，説了三次要小童用品，送來的都是成人的。唯一的優點是位置在市中心，比較方便。

中規中矩的酒店 沒什麼特別

除了早餐比較正規，其他都垃圾得很。 衞生間沒有浴缸，馬桶沒有加温，看不出高檔的感覺。 環境：走廊裝修感覺是00年的風格。 入住第一天，mini bar丟東西了，打電話給前台，她説你退房時候説不是你吃的就行，大哥，丟東西了哎，還是我入住期間，無語。 衞生：如果要打掃衞生需要跟前台講，你掛不掛牌子沒用，那還要牌子幹啥？ 服務：房間沒水了，打掃衞生也不會給你更換，必須要打電話跟前台要，啥服務啊，一天衹能要兩瓶，多了收費，即使前幾天沒給你換。 另外，我住了4天了，房費是含早餐的，結果第五天，服務員突然讓我簽一個早餐的賬單，太不專業了吧，就算5天了還不認識我，那你查不到我的房費含早嗎？ 窗外沒有任何風景，握手樓，衹能看到對面樓。 總結一句話，去體驗一下早餐可以，酒店，非常一般，就這樣。

酒店硬件條件不錯，床很舒服，也很趕緊。另外，酒店的早餐特別好。缺點是minibar第一天少了幾瓶酒，給前台説了後，沒有得到任何反饋。然後第三天自己買的的coke放在minibar也不見了。第一次住酒店發現這種情況，還是5星酒店，感覺太不safe了。另外，5星酒店沒有浴缸也是讓人挺不理解的

位置絕佳，由歷史建物改建的新飯店，2022年才開幕，因此設備跟得上流行，超大的電視支持手機投放，看劇看YT非常方便，建物原始格局挑高超過三米，增加採光外也讓室內看來更大，床具床組非常舒適好睡，小缺點老建築都有隔音不好的通病，但還在可接受範圍，非常推薦

호주는 자체적으로 호텔 등급을 정한다던데 그래서 그런지 전체적인 서비스나 시설이 5성급 같지는 않았어요. 그래도 직원분들이 다 친절하시고, 체크아웃 후에도 짐도 맡아주고, 위치조 너무 좋아서 만족스러웠습니다. 아 야외수영장은 기대하지 마세요..ㅎ

地理位置非常優越， 去哪裡都很方便， 酒店也乾淨也很安靜！周圍的商業和餐廳也很多，值得住的酒店， 推薦給有需要的朋友！

酒店是存在的，並沒有歇業（23.09.30）。 除泳池較小不實用外，其他服務都很完美，早餐很棒。
