Hotel in zona Croydon Green, Sydney

Un posto confortevole se dovete solo stare e pianificare di essere fuori per la maggior parte del tempo. La posizione è conveniente, poiché il trasporto pubblico è vicino, come sono locali per mangiare e un IGA. La gente che lavora là è amichevole e voglia assicurarsi di avere quello che hai bisogno. Il migliore di tutto è il parcheggio gratuito incluso, che è un bonus a Sydney.

Il principale vantaggio per questo motel è la relativa vicinanza alla città e all'aeroporto, il parcheggio gratuito è ampio sul posto, è su una strada occupata, ma il rumore stradale nella stanza è stato molto accettabile. Purtroppo, il motel mostra la sua età (pintura sulla finestra del bagno deteriorata e punto di potenza tirando fuori dal muro) ma i proprietari stanno facendo un grande lavoro per assicurarsi che le unità siano ben pulite e le lastre/tovaglie ecc sono pulite. Il letto era confortevole e l'acqua era calda e forte. In generale, un posto per soggiornare al prezzo, soprattutto se avete bisogno di parcheggio e di vicino accesso alla città.

L'hotel è situato nella zona di raccolta cinese e la vita è molto conveniente.L'hotel è in generale pulito e standard di 3 stelle e 4 stelle a casa.L'hotel ha un limite di tempo per la pulizia dell'igiene. È sorprendente. Non ci sono servitori che puliscano l'igiene dopo le 4 p.m. ogni giorno.La colazione è fatta di pasticcio e buona. In un'altra parola, il servizio di Trip.com non ha nulla a che vedere con l'hotel. Questo è ciò che faccio. Posso praticamente risolvere bene.

Le camere sono piccole, molto pulite, senza rumore da Parramatta Rd, parcheggio sicuro. Nessuna unità di aria con, finestre non si apre, porte aperte a un corridoio esterno che si guarda al giardino che è sicuramente chiuso alla notte. Tutte le strutture usuali si aspettano in un motel. Avrei preferito un secondo sediale e un distributore di sapone sul bacino della mano. In buon tempo sarebbe un piacevole passo al ristorante Haberfield *****. In pioggia, era un viaggio Uber. Bus correvano verso la città lungo Parramatta Rd.

I recently stayed here with my husband and young son. I have given it a 1 star rating for the ease of parking, friendly management and location. Sadly that’s all it has going for it. Yes it’s a budget hotel, however I still expected some services. The building is pretty run down, however this wasn’t the issue. The room wasn’t warm or welcoming for a family. Tiles on the floors, not great when you have a toddler who likes to play on the floor. The room was dirty, someone else’s soap in the bathroom and signs of mould in the bathrooms. Sheets didn’t fit the beds and came off during the night. If you stay here, don’t expect a good nights sleep, as the lights from outside shine through the old 80s style glass above the entrance doors. Also don’t expect your room to be serviced. After discovering the room wasn’t serviced the first day, we asked for fresh towels and requested our room to be on the service list for the following day. No problems was the response. However the next day came and again no service was done. WIFI also did not work. The other guests also made me feel uneasy. Do not recommend for a family or for more than a quick overnight stay. Faulty towers came to my mind!

The bed was comfy and staff were friendly, I guess you get what you pay for. Liked: The staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable. Disliked:  Bathroom was dirty, hairs in the sink the toilet paper hadn't replenished from the previous guests the balcony was tiny and guests above were very noisy to the point it sounded like they were running and jumping around.

Ottimo e meraviglioso hotel che ho mai visto nella mia vita, godere della felicità lì mentre giocare un buon gioco. Sono felice di rimanere qui.

Positives - Easily accessible bus stop right out front - ID and card details to check in so no annoying bond held - EXCEPTIONAL customer service!! The lady at check in was so warm and welcoming and made me feel like a valued guest which is so refreshing as having stayed in many budget price point accommodations over the years great customer service is definitely not the norm so I thank them greatly for that. - Excellent price point paid $85 for the night - Great standard of cleaning - Quiet - Microwave available in common area Negatives - The plastic stool was very short and uncomfortable. - No tea bags or anything in the room, says all removed due to COVID prevention but doesn’t really make sense considering everything e.g. soap bars, bed sheets, are all going to be handled and put in the room so how individually packaged coffee/tea is higher risk I don’t understand.

You’ll want to read this, its GREAT!!! My partner and I checked into the Greenacre Hotel on November 24th. After checking in, the desk clerk brought us to the entrance of the hotel building and handed us our room card keys. He then said to us “ The bathrooms are located down the hall outside of your room so don’t leave your room without your cards. You also need them to get into the building so make sure to always have your card on you. I don’t want to receive a call in the middle of the night that you’re locked out of your room”. Totally reasonable , I can understand how that could be frustrating. Many people, throughout the night, forgot their cards in their rooms. How do I know this? They body checked themselves against their door screaming “ let me in”. That wasn’t even the bad part. That I could put up with. The next day, my partner and I woke up early because we had an International Flight to catch. My partner went downstairs to load the car and then I followed about 10 minutes later. When I came outside the building, my partner shouted something at me but it was to late. The door to the building shut behind me. What my partner yelled at me was “ Don’t let the door close, the card isn’t working”. When I tried my card on the door, it just beeped and flashed red. I tried my partners card, the same thing happened. We were locked out and we had to return our rental car within the hour and catch our flight. I immediately called the desk clerk/manager. I told him what happened and his response was “ What do you want me to do, I’m in bed”……..well here’s an idea for you, GET OUT OF BED!!!!!!! I WAS FURIOUS!!! We had both of our cards and it was nowhere near checkout time!!! What kind of response is that, here’s the correct response: “ Oh my goodness, I am so sorry sir. I am currently unavailable but I will send someone there to open the door. Again I cannot apologize enough, this is totally unacceptable. Please send me an email at your earliest convenience and I will provide some kind of compensation, this is truly unacceptable. There will be someone there within the next half hour. Here’s my personal number in case he doesn’t show.” But of course that was not his response. After a bit of arguing, he let me know that someone was going to be opening up the bar downstairs within the next half hour. So, we waited. After a half hour, a gentlemen did show up and I have to give him praise. He moved with urgency and at the end of the day got us back into the building and we made our flight. I still can’t get over “ I’m in bed” , what is that! I’ve worked in the tourism industry for 5 years and this whole experience was just totally unprofessional. I’m looking forward to your response.

I had such a good stay there. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were particularly excellent - every person was incredibly kind and friendly. Binay was really lovely and helpful and Jandro, the manager was wonderful and always had an incredibly welcoming smile. I wasn’t expecting such a good experience considering how cheap it was, right in the heart of the city, but the hotel ticks all the boxes. I would definitely recommend this, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
