Era un ultimo minuto di prenotazione, posizione saggia accanto a una grande autostrada che non si sente confortevole, ma se dovesse andare all'aeroporto, è perfettamente vicino 👍🏻 La stanza era pulita, decente, e ha tutto quello che hai bisogno 👍🏻👍🏻 è stato un soggiorno molto decente, mio figlio 4yro lo ama! La colazione era solo buona, aveva un panino, un toast, riso, curry, porridge, cereali, frutta. Solo mancanza di spazio per camminare, ma è bene per un breve soggiorno, la grande TV era abbastanza buona!

Una notte di transito, l'hotel è nuovissimo, la stanza è molto pulita, a 5 minuti di auto dall'aeroporto. La colazione inizia alle 6:30 ed è fantastico. C'è un autentico ristorante tailandese a 100 metri sulla sinistra uscendo dall'hotel, il prezzo è basso e la porzione è abbondante. Particolarmente consigliato per i passeggeri in transito. L'unico inconveniente è che è vietato fumare in tutto l'hotel, anche all'esterno. Se vuoi fumare, devi uscire dall'hotel.

Ho avuto recentemente il piacere di rimanere a Aura e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza eccezionale da iniziare a finire; il momento in cui sono arrivato, il caldo benvenuto del personale ha posto il tono per una visita memorabile. Il processo di controllo è stato flessibile ed efficiente, e il concierge è stato incredibilmente utile con le raccomandazioni per le attrazioni locali. La stanza era ben decorata, spaziosa e pulita senza spot.Apprezzo il comodo letto e l’attenzione per i dettagli in ogni aspetto della stanza, dalle moderne strutture ai pensieri complimentari. La vista dalla mia stanza era stupenda, e si faceva per un bel retro per rilassarsi dopo un giorno di lavoro che esplorava la città. Il ristorante sul sito ha offerto un menu diverso con piatti deliziosi, ciascuno preparato con ingredienti freschi e di origine locale. Che si tratti di colazione o cena, ogni pasto è stato un piacere e mostra l’impegno dell’hotel a qualità e eccellenza. Il servizio impecabile è stato quello che ha davvero lasciato l’Aura Hotel. Ogni membro del personale che ho incontrato è andato di sopra e di là per assicurarmi che il mio soggiorno fosse comodo e piacevole. La loro genuina amicizia e attenzione ai dettagli mi hanno fatto sentire come un ospite prezioso. In generale, la mia esperienza qui non era meno di fantastica. Raccomando fortemente questo hotel a chiunque cerca una miscela di lusso, comfort e servizio eccezionale. Non posso aspettare di tornare per un altro soggiorno!

I really love the room, everything was so clean, new and hygienic. The room was so big as well. I really appreciate the stay so much! The staff were so nice as well. And the location is nearby Central Hatyai but it would be a bit far if you go there by walk. So taking a motorbike would be more recommended.

Overall satisfied with the cleanliness. Opposite is big shopping mall, Makro Hypermarket just beside and Greenway Night Market just within 15 minutes walk.

Booked for 2 rooms and thanks for the connecting rooms. My child likes to walk from this room to another room. When we reached there one of the lifts was undergoing maintenance so we had to wait for awhile to go to our floor. Next time would like to book New Season Square Hotel with a nicer lobby.

A quick one night stay so that we could catch a ferry the next day to the islands. The room was as described but very dated and worn looking. Our bathroom also wasn’t that clean and the shower never actually got hot (a bit complex on how to use the showers, there were printed instructions in the shower stall). The pools were nice though and the restaurant was good (we had dinner and breakfast). Breakfast buffet was a good variety and plentiful at 7:30-8:00 am. Would recommend for a cheap stay if you need to be to the airport early the next morning.

Last minute book, disponibile anche poche ore prima di check-in. Camera un po' sporca con polvere e rifiuti sul pavimento. Mancanza di servizi igienici, ma credo sia ok per dormire anche il letto abbastanza duro.

The hotel is right in downtown Hat Yai, meaning you’re just steps away from shopping malls like Lee Garden Plaza, Odean Mall, Central Department Store, and many food stalls and massage places — perfect for exploring on foot without needing transport. The Hat Yai Railway Station is also only about an 8-minute walk away, which makes travel super convenient. Rooms here are spacious and comfortable (many guests said the beds are great and some deluxe rooms feel like suites), and there’s even an outdoor pool you can relax in after a day of sightseeing. It’s a solid choice if you care more about a clean, easy stay in the city center rather than luxury. The hotel is not brand new — some guests mentioned it’s a bit dated in places — but for the price you pay and how central it is, it’s still good value for money, especially if you’re planning to shop, eat, or visit night markets nearby. A few people found the hotel older and wished for renovations, but that’s common for great location hotels that are priced well.
