Hotel con parcheggio a Hat Yai

Small hotel in a convenient location with restaurants nearby and a nice café inside. Parking is limited. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was not very soundproof, so we could hear emergency vehicles from the nearby hospital at night. The pool is small, better for kids, and not very clean. Overall, good value for the price.

Ha avuto un ottimo soggiorno al Richmann Resort Hotel a Hat Yai. L'ambiente è tranquillo, rilassante e perfetto per una via di cammino. La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e molto confortevole. La piscina è stata ben mantenuta e un grande luogo per rilassarsi. L'hotel offre anche parcheggio gratuito, molto conveniente, e avere una stazione di carico EV è un enorme bonus per i proprietari di veicoli elettrici. In generale, è un ottimo luogo per soggiornare con eccellenti impianti. Lo raccomandarei e sarò di nuovo!

La camera era abbastanza pulita. Ma la mia prima esperienza è stata deludente. Ho prenotato 2 camere per 2 notti. La prima camera al check-in puzzava di fumo di sigaretta. Devo cambiare stanza. Anche la seconda camera deve essere cambiata perché i rubinetti del lavandino sono allentati e non possono essere usati correttamente. Anche lo scarico del bagno non funziona. Penso che la manutenzione dell'hotel sia scarsa. Nel complesso, il personale della reception è buono e anche le pulizie sono buone. Posizione vicino al centro commerciale di Hatyai, Greenway e Aseania. Spero che la manutenzione dell'hotel migliori. L'arredamento della camera da letto non è come in foto.

I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

Abbiamo prenotato una camera gemella, e una delle letti era molto ubriaco, e ogni volta che qualcuno si muove, l'altra letto era buona. Nonostante queste questioni, il servizio amichevole e la posizione conveniente hanno reso il nostro soggiorno piacevole. Se le questioni di manutenzione e rumore non vi disturbano, questo hotel è una scelta decente per un breve soggiorno a Hat Yai.

Si trova a circa un chilometro dall'aeroporto, ma chiamare un taxi Grab costa quasi 100 baht, il che è accettabile e comodo. Nella zona ci sono ristoranti, centri massaggi e caffetterie, il che è ottimo. L'alloggio è confortevole, spazioso e pulito.

Malese per visitare Hatyai, vi suggerisco di rimanere qui.L'hotel è situato in una zona tranquilla (al di là c'è un ospedale di Bangkok, ma la sirena di ambulanza è raramente sentita). La camera è la più grande con balcone, frigorifero, guardaroba, TV, tavolo, specchio e ecc. Letto confortevole, frigorifero. Il personale è amichevole. Camminando a nomjeen na Halal ristorante, caffè amazono, il più grande 7e in hatyai anche grande supermercato C extra. Sono davvero soddisfatto di questo soggiorno alberghiero. Prenota qui.

The hotel hygiene is well maintained. We love the ambience. If you need to shop, there’s a mini Big C store right infront of the hotel. Entrance for hotel is behind Big C. There’s no lift, so the staff helped us to carry our luggage. We checked in late around 9pm and the staff on the duty at the receptionist that night wasn’t so friendly. Had the difficulty to communicate and gave us look when she was frustrated. The staff we meet earlier in the morning and during the checkout were nice and warm. The TV was not a smart tv, so there’s only 3 news channel available. Tv remote control not functioning. The blind/curtain is see through.

Un semplice soggiorno L'hotel, in pieno centro della città, offre un modesto soggiorno per i viaggiatori che cercano alloggi di base senza frittelle. Quando arrivato, il processo di check-in era regolare, e il personale era cortese, ma non troppo attento. Il lobby esulò un fascino funzionale, con decorazioni minimalistiche e aree di seggio che servivano il loro scopo senza molta flirt. Quando mi sono recata in camera, ho notato che i corridoi erano puliti, ma un po’ date, riflettendo il carattere inaspettato dell’hotel, e che la stanza stessa era abbastanza spaziosa per un soggiorno confortevole, anche se con mobili che mostravano segni di indossamento e lacrime. Il letto, pur non lussuoso, ha fatto dormire una notte decente, e le lamiere erano pulite. Uno degli aspetti notevoli dell'hotel era la sua pulizia; il personale di custodia ha fatto un lavoro prezioso di mantenere la temperamentalità per tutta la mia permanenza. Tuttavia, l'assenza di pranzi compiacenti o addirittura di una colazione è stata deludente, soprattutto per i viaggiatori che cercano comodità. In termini di attrazioni, l'hotel ha offerto gli elementi essenziali: Wi-Fi, una TV e un bagno funzionale con sapone. Mentre queste strutture sono sufficienti per il mio breve soggiorno, possono essere scarse per gli ospiti che si aspettano più moderne comodità o strutture ricreative. In generale, l'hotel è un'opzione a buon mercato per i viaggiatori che cercano un'opzione di alloggio senza frills in una posizione conveniente.
