L'hotel è pulito, conveniente e vicino all'attrazione turistica. C'è un caffè sotto l'hotel che è di proprietà dell'hotel, e il cibo è sorprendente! È anche vicino al lavanderia pubblica, ospedali e negozi convenienti. Il personale è amichevole e professionale. L'unica questione minore è la tubatura di fuga, ma, a parte questo, abbiamo avuto un sorprendente soggiorno di 4 notti.

I had a wonderful stay at Saran Inn & Spa Hatyai. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always welcoming throughout my stay. The hotel is very clean, quiet, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax. One of the best things is the spa located downstairs, which is super convenient if you're looking for a massage after a long day of exploring. The location is also great, and everything about my stay was pleasant. I booked during a promotion, so the price was very affordable and offered excellent value for money. Highly recommended if you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly hotel in Hatyai!

Have a pleasant stay here. Location not very close to lee garden or kim yong but is walkable distance (acceptable). Hygiene acceptable. Bed and pillow is comfortable. Have water dispenser and coffee at the lobby. Only downside is need to climb staircases(we stayed at 3th floor), quite tiring, but is indicated on the description so no complaint.

Location: 10/10 The location is excellent. The hotel is right next to Hatyai Central Mall and a 7-Eleven. Both the ASEAN Night Market and Greenway Night Market are within a 5-10 minute walk. Cleanliness: 10/10 The room was spotless, with no unpleasant odours at all. The hotel even provided a pleasant aroma diffuser, which made the stay even more comfortable. Service: 10/10 The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Facilities: 9/10 The facilities were almost perfect. The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi could be a little slow at times. Overall Overall, I have virtually no complaints about this hotel. It offers excellent value and a very comfortable stay. I would highly recommend it for solo travellers as well as couples visiting Hat Yai.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel nel 2023 prima, ma questo mi delude tanto quanto i miei amici. 1⃣I miei figli hanno molti punti rossi sulla pelle. Non sono sicuro che insetti li bicicli. 2⃣ La pressione dell'acqua è super bassa, non possiamo nemmeno lavare i capelli, quindi immagina quanto l'acqua sta arrivando. E il bagno viene fluendo mentre si bagna. 3⃣Molto polvere nella stanza. Ma il loro servizio è buono dopo aver lamentato, lavorando in modo efficiente. La posizione è buona, l'opposto e dietro l'hotel ha 7-11 negozio, anche ristoranti famosi vicino. Passeggiate verso Lee Garden area 10mins e Kim Yong mercato in 15mins. L'hotel darà un buono da 150 bagni per il rimborso al caffè al check-in. Il parcheggio è gratuito ma limitato. Non consiglierà di rimanere qui, e il prezzo non vale per questo.

Great place with a Baba n Nyonya vibes. Got the room with complimentary breakfast sets for 2. Which is good local selection. The room is not big as it is full of the furniture's. But good enough. The bed is good to sleep in most of all clean. Service is good.

4th time here at p residence, very good price, clean, room fully equipped with kettle, proper place to hang clothes, good size square layout, with balcony, walking distance to all major attractions, plenty of shops.. With all these mentioned above, the small issues like low water pressure and taking stairs become non issues.. Reminder though; no lift, all walk up rooms, you might get lower or upper unit, not suitable if you have elderly who struggle with mobility, other than that, I say book early.. Especially weekend and holidays..

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Grande posizione strategica, solo pochi minuti’ cammino verso Lee Garden e Kim Yong Market. È anche molto conveniente per ottenere un tuk-tuk, e New Season Hotel è solo circa a 1-minute cammino lontano, rendendo facile trovare il trasporto. Nonostante fosse vicino alla zona occupata, era sorprendentemente tranquillo di notte, che rendeva la nostra permanenza molto comoda. Il soggiorno è spazioso, con una grande sala da pranzo e un sacco di tavoli e sedie, che lo rende grande per le riunioni con la famiglia o gli amici, e ogni camera ha anche abbastanza forniture di energia e un asciugacapelli, che è stato molto conveniente. Il proprietario è molto amichevole e responsabile. Quando abbiamo avuto domande o domande aggiuntive, il proprietario ha risposto rapidamente e ha sempre avuto un aiuto. Molto raccomandato!Abbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno e saremmo sicuramente tornati alla nostra prossima visita a Hatyai. Il migliore!!!

Il personale era bello e accogliente. Se si trova un dormitorio, Bill, si sarà al quarto piano, nessun ascensore e il Wi-Fi è praticamente inesistente. Le mattresse erano sul lato incomfortabile. Se rimase qui, chiederei la seconda o la terza camera da letto, ma se non me l'avessero dato, troverò un altro ostello.

The view are nice, the staff are friendly, send us up and down from the mountain. But after sunrise not suitable to stay in room, cause very hot.
