Hotel con colazione a Hat Yai

I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

Love this hotel so much. the design are modern with great facilities. love the design of the pool and very suitable for family holiday as they have kids lounge too. Great service from the front desk staff as well. staff are very helpful to made a last minute booking for my visit to Koh Lipe Island via Pak Bara Pier. For the room, love the hotel bathtub and all all the amenities. Will definitely will choose this hotel again for my next visit in Hatyai. Breakfast are standard but hope they are egg station available and open to public.

La camera era abbastanza pulita. Ma la mia prima esperienza è stata deludente. Ho prenotato 2 camere per 2 notti. La prima camera al check-in puzzava di fumo di sigaretta. Devo cambiare stanza. Anche la seconda camera deve essere cambiata perché i rubinetti del lavandino sono allentati e non possono essere usati correttamente. Anche lo scarico del bagno non funziona. Penso che la manutenzione dell'hotel sia scarsa. Nel complesso, il personale della reception è buono e anche le pulizie sono buone. Posizione vicino al centro commerciale di Hatyai, Greenway e Aseania. Spero che la manutenzione dell'hotel migliori. L'arredamento della camera da letto non è come in foto.

New Season Square Hotel Located just a 5-minute walk from Lee Garden Plaza, making it a very convenient location. The room was spacious and comfortable. Our first room had an unpleasant smell when we walked in, so we requested a room change at the front desk. The staff were helpful and upgraded us to a larger room with a bathtub, which made our stay much more enjoyable. We booked the Twin Single Bed Room, and it cost around RM250 per night. Overall, it was a great stay with good value for money. The only downside was that the soundproofing wasn’t very good, so you could hear some noise from outside the room.

Ho avuto recentemente il piacere di rimanere a Aura e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza eccezionale da iniziare a finire; il momento in cui sono arrivato, il caldo benvenuto del personale ha posto il tono per una visita memorabile. Il processo di controllo è stato flessibile ed efficiente, e il concierge è stato incredibilmente utile con le raccomandazioni per le attrazioni locali. La stanza era ben decorata, spaziosa e pulita senza spot.Apprezzo il comodo letto e l’attenzione per i dettagli in ogni aspetto della stanza, dalle moderne strutture ai pensieri complimentari. La vista dalla mia stanza era stupenda, e si faceva per un bel retro per rilassarsi dopo un giorno di lavoro che esplorava la città. Il ristorante sul sito ha offerto un menu diverso con piatti deliziosi, ciascuno preparato con ingredienti freschi e di origine locale. Che si tratti di colazione o cena, ogni pasto è stato un piacere e mostra l’impegno dell’hotel a qualità e eccellenza. Il servizio impecabile è stato quello che ha davvero lasciato l’Aura Hotel. Ogni membro del personale che ho incontrato è andato di sopra e di là per assicurarmi che il mio soggiorno fosse comodo e piacevole. La loro genuina amicizia e attenzione ai dettagli mi hanno fatto sentire come un ospite prezioso. In generale, la mia esperienza qui non era meno di fantastica. Raccomando fortemente questo hotel a chiunque cerca una miscela di lusso, comfort e servizio eccezionale. Non posso aspettare di tornare per un altro soggiorno!

I stayed at Subanan Resident in Hatyai and had a really good experience overall. The cleanliness is the first thing that stood out — the place is spotless, probably one of the cleanest I’ve stayed at in this price range. The service was also impressive. When I had an issue with the WiFi, I just gave them a call and the staff personally came over to hand me the code face-to-face. Check-in and check-out were both quick and smooth. Even on my first visit, the parking service was clear and well-organised, which made things easier. Location-wise, it’s not in the busy tourist area, which I actually liked. It’s surrounded by local houses, so the vibe is calmer and more relaxing. Within walking distance (about 4 minutes) there’s a Big C Mini, and a 7-Eleven about 7 minutes away. It’s a nice balance — not too far from convenience, but away from the tourist crowds and heat. As for amenities, they’re average. One of the rooms came with a Netflix account, while another didn’t, which was a bit inconsistent. Also, setting it up wasn’t the most straightforward — you need to switch between the TV remote and the Xiaomi box remote, which takes a little figuring out. Overall, if you value cleanliness, friendly service, and a calm local atmosphere over being in the middle of the tourist spots, Subanan Resident is a solid choice. Btw the coffee n tea pastries is just a cupcake and milo powder

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. While the location is a little far from the town center, it offers a peaceful and relaxing environment away from the crowds. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the facilities were well maintained.

Hotel carino per soggiornare a Hat Yai...non si può ottenere la camera che abbiamo chiesto ma non ha problemi...hotel pulito con il miglior letto e un molto buon aircond nella nostra stanza.. per aircond daremo 5 stelle ❤️🥰😘

Grazie alla signora che ha lavorato la mattina del 15 dicembre. Cordiale e disponibile. Ci hanno permesso di effettuare il check-in alle 9:00. Il nostro autobus da Kuala Lumpur è arrivato a Hatyai alle 8:00. Non vedo l'ora di tornare a soggiornare qui.
