Hotel con colazione a Hat Yai

La stanza era spaziosa e ben mantenuta, con un letto confortevole che assicurava un grande sonno notturno. Il personale era amichevole, professionale e sempre disposto ad aiutare con qualsiasi richiesta. Le strutture complessive erano eccellenti. Ci siamo davvero goditi della nostra esperienza e consigliereremmo molto questo hotel a chiunque cercasse un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole a Hatyai. Guardate che vi vedete di nuovo in futuro.

1. Personale gentile e disponibile 2. Ho dormito molto in questo hotel economico (consigliato) 3. Comodo per raggiungere il centro commerciale Central Mall, che si trova di fronte alla strada principale 4. Nessun problema di parcheggio 5. Questa volta ho avuto la doccia con acqua ad alta pressione. Purtroppo, però, l'aria della stanza non era così fredda (il che significa che non ho bisogno di coperte per dormire)

I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

New Season Square Hotel Located just a 5-minute walk from Lee Garden Plaza, making it a very convenient location. The room was spacious and comfortable. Our first room had an unpleasant smell when we walked in, so we requested a room change at the front desk. The staff were helpful and upgraded us to a larger room with a bathtub, which made our stay much more enjoyable. We booked the Twin Single Bed Room, and it cost around RM250 per night. Overall, it was a great stay with good value for money. The only downside was that the soundproofing wasn’t very good, so you could hear some noise from outside the room.

Questo hotel situato a Songkhla è molto nuovo e abbastanza pulito. Non si lamenta molto di essere onesti. Tuttavia, è molto difficile prenotare Grab o ottenere un taxi qui come è la zona rurale e molto lontano da Hatyai. Fortunatamente, da giorno 1 ci incontriamo con un amichevole pilota Grab e gli ha sempre chiesto di venirci a prendere personalmente. Se non lo fa, sarà così tanto di problemi per quanto riguarda il modo di andare da questo hotel a Hatyai o tornare all'aeroporto.

Very nice location, nice parking places, clean, but water pressure was low, hope can improve it, other than that, good to stay here, will come back again😍😍

Having a proper water heater unit in the shower ensures a consistently warm experience. • Comfortable Layout: The seating area by the window is a nice touch for morning coffee, and the AC unit is well-positioned to cool the entire room effectively. Verdict: A solid choice for anyone looking for a clean, modern, and spacious room. The large desk and storage make it much more functional than a typical cramped hotel room. I would definitely stay here again.

Dal momento in cui entrate, la lobby fa una grande prima impressione spazioso, ben designato, e dotato di tutto quello che avete bisogno. L'iscrizione era pulita, e la gamma di strutture offerte significava che non c'era motivo di guardare altrove. Le camere sono pulite e mantenute con pensiero, con un semplice, senza fuss che mantiene le cose comode senza un'abbinazione inutile. In generale, una scelta affidabile per i viaggiatori che valgono la pulizia, la comodità e uno spazio comune benvenuto.

The Owner Saved Our Lives During the Flood My family and I were stranded in Hatyai for 7 days due to the severe flood, and staying at this hotel truly became a blessing. I want to express my deepest gratitude to the hotel owner and his team. Their kindness, dedication, and genuine care went far beyond the responsibilities of a normal hotel. The owner personally made sure every guest was safe, well-informed, and supported throughout the crisis. He arranged food daily, checked on us regularly, and ensured we were all well taken care of during a very frightening time. His calm management and quick action gave us comfort and hope when everything outside was uncertain. We will forever remember his generosity and how much he did to help us through this difficult situation. This is not just a hotel — it is a place run by people with real heart. Rest assured, you can stay at this hotel with complete confidence.Highly recommended, not only for its facilities, but for the outstanding humanity shown by the owner. We are truly grateful.
