Hotel a Angeles con piscina

La prima notte non era così buona, perché mi diedero una stanza al terzo piano, che aveva un paio di anzi la mattina dopo, quindi mi chiedei di cambiare la stanza, e mi diedero una stanza al sesto piano, che era molto meglio. La custodia di casa era buona perché puliscono tutti i piatti, ma non forniscono asciugamani, forniscono solo pacchetti di gel da bagno e shampoo e sapone a basso costo che non ho usato. E l’acqua calda era solo calore tutto il tempo e non avevano un secondo cassetto dopo che ho cambiato le stanze, che è strano; inoltre, dovevo chiedere i cassetti cassetti perché sembra piuttosto grosso senza di loro. Se si occupassero di questi piccoli problemi, il soggiorno sarebbe quasi infettivo. Questo hotel è ben situato a Los Angeles, ha una grande piscina e il personale è fantastico e sempre utile. Il secondo giorno ci siamo trasferiti in una piscina e mentre siamo usciti, il personale ha anche trasferito il nostro bagaglio nella nuova stanza. Il cibo è grande con una grande selezione da scegliere dal menu. Siamo sicuramente tornati.Grazie, squadra.

My family had a decent stay in this hotel it was a sweet and simple stay and affordable price . Well definitely comeback again. And the service is so fast even though its Christmas

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno in questo accogliente hotel. Mio marito e io abbiamo partecipato a una riunione 3-day a SMX Clark e abbiamo portato insieme i nostri 2 adolescenti. La suite 2 dormitorio era solo per noi. L'hotel dispone di un personale cortese e amichevole. Le richieste sono state rivolte immediatamente. La piscina era piccola, ma abbastanza per i quattro di noi. Un problema negativo è stato la microonde che dobbiamo pulire completamente a causa delle scorie alimentari lasciate dagli occupanti precedenti: non c'è ascensore e potrebbe essere difficile per coloro che hanno problemi di ginocchio. La posizione è piuttosto ombra, ma questo è ok perché abbiamo portato la nostra auto e Grab era sempre disponibile.

We were looking forward to trying out Prime Asia Hotel based on the photos seen online. We have mixed experience after our stay. GOOD: 1. The rooftop pool was big enough with numerous seating options around it. The asian inspired gazebos on both ends gave a relaxing ambiance to the space. 2. Breakfast buffet had a wider array of dishes. We loved that they have two dishes each for Indian and Korean guests. Tumeric basmati rice was savory. Gochugang Eggs and Fish Cakes dish was delicious. Although Masala Chicken was lacking spices so was bland. 3. Housekeeping and Breakfast restaurant staff were engaging and quick to serve. Special mention are Iya of housekeeping and Ross of IMO. 4. Smart TV in the room so Netflix ready. COULD BE IMPROVED: According to their website: ”Welcome to Your Perfect Getaway. A contemporary retreat featuring spacious accommodations and carefully curated amenities for every traveler.” 1. We booked a family room. Upon entering we were surprised to find NO bedside table. Does hotel management expect their guests to place their mobile phone, eyewear/prescription glasses, TV remote, etc on the floor? In the photos online, rooms had side tables. We had to go down to the reception to ask. To be fair, housekeeping staff searched for a side table and was able to bring a table (see photos). 2. No electric kettle and coffee/tea making amenities. Even lower standard hotels/motels have these. Had to borrow from IMO Restaurant. 3. Smart TV would not load Netflix. Another call to reception to have their technical staff come to fix it. 4. Room refrigerator would not turn on. Fourth call to reception for assistance. Housekeeping came again and we found out that the ref was defrosted by turning off the breaker. To summarize, the hotel has a lot going for it. Hopefully management acts on these improvement points which are not hard to rectify. So for now only ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ overall.

I had an amazing experience with SureStay Studio by Best Western Clarkview. I was looking for a special place where I could treat my wife and 3y/o son for Valentine’s Day. I’m currently working abroad, so I wanted to make the celebration extra meaningful even if I couldn’t be there with them. I messaged the property two weeks in advance with a special request a bouquet of flowers for my wife and Kinder Joy chocolates for my son. I knew this was beyond their usual scope, but they gladly assisted me. I sent the funds via GCash, and they took care of everything. I also requested if they could print a personal letter for my wife. I forwarded my message to them, and without hesitation, they printed it beautifully and included it in the bouquet of flowers. That extra effort truly meant so much to me. I would also like to mention that the bouquet in the photo (price list probably from their partner) they initially sent didn’t look very impressive but in actual, it was beautifully arranged and looked classy and expensive. My wife was really impressed! 😁 What truly touched my heart was that they went above and beyond my request. They prepared the room with a romantic setup, complete with petals and candles something I didn’t even expect. My wife was so amazed and happy. When they arrived, they were greeted warmly and with genuine excitement by the staff. The team was very responsive and accommodating from the beginning until the day of the surprise. Their effort, sincerity, and attention to detail made this celebration unforgettable for my family. The place itself is cozy, clean, and well equipped with a rice cooker, water heater, induction cooker, refrigerator, a very spacious bathroom, dining area, and even an indoor pool for both adults and kids. I highly recommend this place not just for a comfortable stay, but especially if you’re celebrating a special occasion. They truly care about their guests and make every effort to create beautiful memories. Thank you so much for helping me make my wife feel loved despite the distance. ❤️

Ho prenotato per 1 notte solo per vedere come andro' con questo hotel come è la mia prima volta. . La casella di sicurezza non funziona, le tolette non funzionano, nessuna toletta, deve chiedere una, il mini frigo non funziona.Ho controllato tardi, dopo il mio volo, volendo prendere il sonno molto necessario. La mattina dopo, circa 715am, il custode ha colpito, e poi mi ha svegliato la campana della porta, dicendo che stanno facendo un Check-in in camera e questo è un PROTOCOLLO in El Vistra per fare quello che è completamente stupendo. Ho controllato subito dopo, poi la ricezione mi ha detto che stanno facendo un Check in in camera per assicurarmi che tutto sia in ordine per me per ottenere il mio deposito. Che esperienza!!

Ho fatto un check-in tardi. Era liscio. Camera con letto comodo, ma il cappello era molto sottile.L'aria condizionata era buona.L'accento era il forte doccia calda. Neanche il mattone o i bagni.
