Hotel con colazione a Angeles

Questo hotel è ben situato a Los Angeles, ha una grande piscina e il personale è fantastico e sempre utile. Il secondo giorno ci siamo trasferiti in una piscina e mentre siamo usciti, il personale ha anche trasferito il nostro bagaglio nella nuova stanza. Il cibo è grande con una grande selezione da scegliere dal menu. Siamo sicuramente tornati.Grazie, squadra.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso Prime Asia Hotel dal 15 aprile –16, e in generale abbiamo avuto una piacevole esperienza. Una cosa che apprezziamo davvero è la flessibilità con l'iscrizione: benché il tempo di iscrizione standard sia 4 PM, siamo arrivati presto a circa 2 PM, perché siamo già in zona e viaggiamo con un toddler. Grazie a loro ci hanno accolti, il che ha fatto una grande differenza per il nostro viaggio. Il personale era sempre caldo e accogliente, e, sia nella hall che nell'ascensore, ci salutarono sempre con un sorriso, che ci faceva sentire confortevole per tutta la nostra permanenza. Le strutture dell'hotel sono state anche impressionanti. There's a 24/7 café in the lobby and a rooftop restaurant that's also open 24/7, which is very convenient. La piscina è aperta tutto il giorno, e poiché non era piena durante la nostra visita, mia madre e la mia toddler potevano goderla completamente. La nostra stanza era spaziosa e ben preparata. Hanno anche messo in piedi un letto extra per mia madre, anche se non lo chiesemo. Abbiamo apprezzato anche i piccoli tocchi, come dare delle tovaglie fresche e calde. Un ringraziamento speciale anche per aver messo a disposizione YouTube Premium il mio bambino ha davvero goduto di guardare i bambini' spettacoli, che li hanno tenuti divertiti. Abbiamo provato anche il buffet per colazione, e non è stato deluso.La tapa e il bacon erano particolarmente deliziosi. L'unico svantaggio che abbiamo notato è stato il parcheggio limitato. In generale, è stato un grande soggiorno e ci riferiamo a tornare.

I chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed. While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird. The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work. Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice. But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.

I had an amazing experience with SureStay Studio by Best Western Clarkview. I was looking for a special place where I could treat my wife and 3y/o son for Valentine’s Day. I’m currently working abroad, so I wanted to make the celebration extra meaningful even if I couldn’t be there with them. I messaged the property two weeks in advance with a special request a bouquet of flowers for my wife and Kinder Joy chocolates for my son. I knew this was beyond their usual scope, but they gladly assisted me. I sent the funds via GCash, and they took care of everything. I also requested if they could print a personal letter for my wife. I forwarded my message to them, and without hesitation, they printed it beautifully and included it in the bouquet of flowers. That extra effort truly meant so much to me. I would also like to mention that the bouquet in the photo (price list probably from their partner) they initially sent didn’t look very impressive but in actual, it was beautifully arranged and looked classy and expensive. My wife was really impressed! 😁 What truly touched my heart was that they went above and beyond my request. They prepared the room with a romantic setup, complete with petals and candles something I didn’t even expect. My wife was so amazed and happy. When they arrived, they were greeted warmly and with genuine excitement by the staff. The team was very responsive and accommodating from the beginning until the day of the surprise. Their effort, sincerity, and attention to detail made this celebration unforgettable for my family. The place itself is cozy, clean, and well equipped with a rice cooker, water heater, induction cooker, refrigerator, a very spacious bathroom, dining area, and even an indoor pool for both adults and kids. I highly recommend this place not just for a comfortable stay, but especially if you’re celebrating a special occasion. They truly care about their guests and make every effort to create beautiful memories. Thank you so much for helping me make my wife feel loved despite the distance. ❤️

In primo luogo, la camera è pulita, doccia calda e aria condizionata funziona perfettamente bene, il tetto è impressionante.Colazione è ok. Ho prenotato per 1 notte solo per vedere come andro' con questo hotel come è la mia prima volta. . La casella di sicurezza non funziona, le tolette non funzionano, nessuna toletta, deve chiedere una, il mini frigo non funziona.Ho controllato tardi, dopo il mio volo, volendo prendere il sonno molto necessario. La mattina dopo, circa 715am, il custode ha colpito, e poi mi ha svegliato la campana della porta, dicendo che stanno facendo un Check-in in camera e questo è un PROTOCOLLO in El Vistra per fare quello che è completamente stupendo. Ho controllato subito dopo, poi la ricezione mi ha detto che stanno facendo un Check in in camera per assicurarmi che tutto sia in ordine per me per ottenere il mio deposito. Che esperienza!!

Per me è la prima volta. La camera è pulitissima e carina. La colazione è a buffet. Mi piace il Chicken Currency. Mi è piaciuto. Il personale è molto cordiale e ha risposto a tutte le mie domande in modo eccellente. Prenotare un taxi dall'hotel all'aeroporto è il modo migliore. Il ristorante Fragrant Thai si trova nelle vicinanze dell'hotel. Ho apprezzato molto il pranzo e la cena. Il prezzo non è troppo alto. Mi è piaciuto. Grazie mille. L'unico difetto è che la qualità del WiFi è molto scarsa, la velocità è molto lenta, spero che il negozio possa migliorare Altri aspetti sono in buona posizione geografica e molto buona 1° piano è molto conveniente per comprare cose in un posto di vendita

Il servizio è come se non sapessero cosa faranno ... Hanno un certo tipo di problemi in tanti modi, ma hanno almeno 4 ricevimenti in avanti, ma il modo in cui hanno fatto il loro lavoro per me. Abbiamo chiamato il servizio clienti per quello che hanno fatto il bagno troppo tardi abbiamo dovuto chiamare almeno 2-3 per portarlo..

I expected worse because it was very affordable but it exceeded my expectation. The room was huge, the bed was soft and clean. The bathroom was okay. If you're just having a layover, it's perfect.
