I had a great stay at ABC Hotel in Clark. The room size is more than sufficient, providing a comfortable space to work and relax. Its location is very convenient—just minutes from Clark International Airport and right across from SM City Clark, making it easy to get around. The hotel’s facilities are also not bad, with access to multiple outdoor pools, a spa, and high‑speed WiFi that’s ideal for business travellers. The helpful staff and variety of dining options further enhanced the experience. Overall, a solid choice for both work and leisure.

We checked in very late and appreciated that the hotel still accommodated us without any hassle. The staff were polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only downside was the unstable Wi-Fi. Overall, it was a good experience.

You can't beat the staff friendliness and service. The hotel is just off the main road, and is very comfortable. The facilities are very nice. The pool is so relaxing to just sit outside and have a coffee. Will return at a later date.

Quando siamo entrati, ci sorprendeva di trovare una tavola a letto. La gestione dell'hotel prevede che i suoi ospiti mettano sul pavimento il loro telefono cellulare, occhiali/occhiali di prescrizione, TV remoto, ecc? Nelle foto online, le camere avevano tavoli laterali. Dovevamo andare alla ricezione per chiedere. Per essere equi, il personale di custodia ha cercato una tavola laterale e poteva portare una tavola (vedi foto). 2. Non ci sono impianti per la fabbricazione di caldaie elettriche e caffè/tea. Anche gli hotel/motelli standard inferiori hanno questi. Doveva prestare dal ristorante dell'IMO. 3.La TV intelligente non carica Netflix.Un'altra chiamata alla ricezione per farla riparare dal personale tecnico. Il frigorifero non si accendeva.Quarta chiamata per l'assistenza.La custodia è tornata e abbiamo scoperto che il rifugio era stato scongelato disabilitando il dispositivo. In sintesi, l'hotel ha molto da fare. Spero che la gestione agisca su questi punti di miglioramento che non sono difficili da correggere. Per ora solo ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ in generale.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spotless, well-appointed, and offered all the comforts I needed for a relaxing stay. The only downside is the location—it’s a bit removed from the main attractions and requires extra travel time. While this might not be ideal for those wanting to be in the heart of the city, the quality of the hotel itself more than makes up for it.

Getting a hotel at this price is, ”you get what you pay for”. The Pro's: Customer service was great from the start, from the doormen to the front desk receptionist and the bartender/waitress. Hotel lobby, restaurant, and the rooms are clean. The Cons: The problems I had on my first room was that the room a/c was blowing cold air on my 1st day only, and my fridge didn't turn ON when I plug it into the outlet. No microwave. Bad smell was coming from from the drain pipe in the restroom. The 4th day I moved into a different room with GREAT a/c unit. Now that room has no fridge, leaking water fixture below the restroom sink, no microwave, and the room was close to the road so you hear all the loud noises from morning till 9 or 10pm. I hope the management change the windows to soundproof the noise out. It didn't really disturb me since I just put my earphones in and listen to music. Overall, great price and great customer service. Management just need to fix some appliances and plumbing issues.

Ho prenotato per 1 notte solo per vedere come andro' con questo hotel come è la mia prima volta. . La casella di sicurezza non funziona, le tolette non funzionano, nessuna toletta, deve chiedere una, il mini frigo non funziona.Ho controllato tardi, dopo il mio volo, volendo prendere il sonno molto necessario. La mattina dopo, circa 715am, il custode ha colpito, e poi mi ha svegliato la campana della porta, dicendo che stanno facendo un Check-in in camera e questo è un PROTOCOLLO in El Vistra per fare quello che è completamente stupendo. Ho controllato subito dopo, poi la ricezione mi ha detto che stanno facendo un Check in in camera per assicurarmi che tutto sia in ordine per me per ottenere il mio deposito. Che esperienza!!

It is what it is. You kind of know what the area is like when there are 2 ”massage parlors” across the street and tons in the area, and the facility has surcharges for bringing in an ”outside masseuse.” The room was large and reasonably clean. The towels were fraying, and the ”white” sheets were gray. The room refrigerator was bigger than average. There was a small table and chairs in the room - you could eat or do work there. The air conditioner worked just fine. The place is located above a 24 grocery store. This is convenient, nice, and adds a layer of security. We had some issues sleeping for 3 reasons: 1. Pillows were high and rock hard. My wife and I each got stiff necks. 2. There were some inebriated individuals who had a very loud argument @ 3 am. 3. Worst of all, there was a rooster fairly close to our room. Like most roosters, every time he saw a car with its lights on, he went crazy. This happened all night long. Pictures are from inside the building and will give you a feeling for the area.

I chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed. While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird. The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work. Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice. But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.
