There are dedicated security guards providing a sense of safety for guests and their vehicles. In house cafe’: The Café Sebastian, with its cozy ambiance and wide array of beverages and snacks, offers a perfect setting for casual meetings or unwinding after a long day. The relaxed atmosphere, coupled with the courteous staff, enhances the experience, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable visit. Room, Bathroom & Amenities: The rooms are comfortable, well-furnished, and equipped with modern amenities. The bathrooms are clean, spacious, and stocked with quality toiletries, ensuring a pleasant stay. In-House Restaurants: The hotel's main restaurants, Namari Japanese Bistro and Cactus Jack Smokehouse, offer an exquisite dining experience for lunch and dinner. Moreover, during our stay on December 28, we encountered a lady housekeeper in the lobby and elevator who displayed exceptional dedication and accommodation. This housekeeping team member went above and beyond to maintain impeccable cleanliness standards, creating a consistently pleasant and hygienic environment for all guests. Breakfast Buffet: The breakfast buffet is impressive, featuring a variety of fresh and delicious options catering to different tastes. Io sono andato il giorno prima per assicurarmi che le cose fossero buone e tutto andava bene. Il giorno dopo, il check-in iniziava alle 4:00. Ho arrivato alle 4:35 e la mia stanza non era pronta fino alle 4:50...questa è l'unica denuncia che ho. Charmaine e le altre giovani signore del front desk erano molto professionali e cortesi, con un grande senso di umorismo. Ho soggiornato nella camera 508 e non ho lamentele sulla stanza. Guardate che era infettiva...Mi prenoterei sicuramente di nuovo questo hotel!

The room was clean, making it a comfortable and pleasant experience. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the easy access to everything I needed, and the location made exploring the area hassle-free. Overall, it was definitely worth the price. I would happily stay here again!

The Location was brilliant walking distance to the bottom of Walking street 8 minute walk which as you know its the start of everything destination wise. The food was very good the menu adequate for such a short stay, The pool area and the Tamarind trees made it a great place to relax during the day. No loud music either during the day, peaceful. The deluxe rooms were roomy and add wardrobe or chest of drawers to store clothes in and also a very good refrigerator. The shower room was good with hot water in abundance. The reception area was efficient and the staff attentive and clear in any communication. The little snack store was a good addition to the overall offer on site. The security guys on front of house were really god need a cab or trike they were able to get for you within minutes. This was quite a find and I booked and extended my stay three times. Loved it will defo book again
