JJen Ng Chin YuI had a great stay at ABC Hotel in Clark. The room size is more than sufficient, providing a comfortable space to work and relax. Its location is very convenient—just minutes from Clark International Airport and right across from SM City Clark, making it easy to get around. The hotel’s facilities are also not bad, with access to multiple outdoor pools, a spa, and high‑speed WiFi that’s ideal for business travellers. The helpful staff and variety of dining options further enhanced the experience. Overall, a solid choice for both work and leisure.

AAlcosI have never regretted booking at Clarkton Hotel. The entire front desk staff and the whole hotel team are truly amazing—always helpful, professional, and attentive to every guest’s needs. I want to give a special mention to Ann at the front desk, who goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and cared for.
To the owner and management: your team deserves a special appreciation award for their outstanding service and dedication. Their hard work and positive attitude make Clarkton Hotel a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommended!

MMartinThis hotel is really central within the night life of Angeles and even though the room was quiet. There are lots of parking spots which is an advantage, especially if you arrive late afternoon. The room was simple but clean and spacious. There is also a swimming pool that I did not experienced. The service was friendly and professional.

MMhinjiAbbiamo soggiornato presso Prime Asia Hotel dal 15 aprile –16, e in generale abbiamo avuto una piacevole esperienza.
Una cosa che apprezziamo davvero è la flessibilità con l'iscrizione: benché il tempo di iscrizione standard sia 4 PM, siamo arrivati presto a circa 2 PM, perché siamo già in zona e viaggiamo con un toddler. Grazie a loro ci hanno accolti, il che ha fatto una grande differenza per il nostro viaggio.
Il personale era sempre caldo e accogliente, e, sia nella hall che nell'ascensore, ci salutarono sempre con un sorriso, che ci faceva sentire confortevole per tutta la nostra permanenza.
Le strutture dell'hotel sono state anche impressionanti. There's a 24/7 café in the lobby and a rooftop restaurant that's also open 24/7, which is very convenient. La piscina è aperta tutto il giorno, e poiché non era piena durante la nostra visita, mia madre e la mia toddler potevano goderla completamente.
La nostra stanza era spaziosa e ben preparata. Hanno anche messo in piedi un letto extra per mia madre, anche se non lo chiesemo. Abbiamo apprezzato anche i piccoli tocchi, come dare delle tovaglie fresche e calde.
Un ringraziamento speciale anche per aver messo a disposizione YouTube Premium il mio bambino ha davvero goduto di guardare i bambini' spettacoli, che li hanno tenuti divertiti.
Abbiamo provato anche il buffet per colazione, e non è stato deluso.La tapa e il bacon erano particolarmente deliziosi.
L'unico svantaggio che abbiamo notato è stato il parcheggio limitato.
In generale, è stato un grande soggiorno e ci riferiamo a tornare.

UUtente anonimoHo avuto una bella esperienza in questo hotel. Il personale era eccezionalmente amichevole e attento, facendomi sentire benvenuto dal momento che sono arrivato. Le camere erano senza spot, ben attrezzate, e offrono tutti i comfort che mi servivano per un soggiorno rilassante.
L’unico punto di svolta è la posizione it’s un po’ lontana dalle principali attrazioni e richiede tempo di viaggio aggiuntivo. Anche se questo potrebbe non essere ideale per coloro che vogliono essere nel cuore della città, la qualità dell’hotel stesso è più che componente per esso.

UUtente ospiteFirstly, the room is clean, hot shower and air-conditioning works perfectly fine, rooftop deck is impressive . Breakfast is okay. I booked for 1 night just to see how I go with this hotel as it is my first time. . Safety deposit box is not working, towels are overused, no handowels, have to request for one, mini fridge bar is not working. I checked in late, after my flight , wanting to catch up on much needed sleep. Next morning around 715am housekeeping knocked, then rang the doorbell bell woke me up, saying their doing a ROOM CHECK and that's a PROTOCOL in El Vistra to do that which is totally INSANE. I checked out right after, then reception told me they're doing a ROOM CHECK to make sure everything is in order for me to get my deposit. What an experience!!

UUtente ospiteI chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed.
While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird.
The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work.
Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice.
But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.

UurunawaygirlI expected worse because it was very affordable but it exceeded my expectation. The room was huge, the bed was soft and clean. The bathroom was okay. If you're just having a layover, it's perfect.
