Hotel a Kathmandu con piscina

This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in Nepal! I really enjoyed so much here! Excellent food and services, facilities are new and clean, I love its design and some lovely writings in the room. I love reading the books in the ground floor restaurant during my breakfast time. All the services here are exceptional, especially during my breakfast hour, special thanks to Priyanka (who remembers my coffee preference and even brought me my coffee before I asked her❤️) and Kritan (who would greet me every time when I’m there, and keep on asking if I need anything, especially omelette😂) for their excellent service. Also thanks to Manita for making my room clean and fresh❤️ Lastly, I really appreciated the hotel’s policy of half day booking, since I have a late night flight, this policy allows me to checkout at 6pm, that save my day, I could join a half day Tour on my last day, then back to hotel for a little rest and do the packing. I really felt being taking good care of during my stay. Thank you so much Moxy Kathmandu!

I had an exceptional stay at Dusit Princess Hotel in Kathmandu! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel at home right away. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending modern architecture with a touch of traditional Nepalese charm. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with fresh fruit and a kind hand written card. The dining experience was outstanding, with a range of delicious options at the thai restaurant and the rooftop bar. The breakfast buffet was a particular highlight, offering a great selection to start the day. I also had the chance to unwind at the hotel’s spa and fitness center, both of which were top-notch. Really enjoyed the use the sauna and steam room. The location is ideal as well, with easy access to major attractions and shopping areas in Kathmandu. Overall, Dusit Princess exceeded all my expectations. The service, facilities, and atmosphere were all impeccable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Kathmandu!

Sappiamo che il servizio sarebbe stato buono non appena avessimo prenotato, e entro ore abbiamo ricevuto un'e-mail di benvenuto, elencando i modi in cui potremmo contattarli se dovessimo. Sulla raccolta all'aeroporto, erano veloci ed efficienti e il taxi ci ha portato solo 20 minuti di traffico. Quando passeggiammo attraverso la porta, ci fu soffiato via la decorazione interiore, solo allora per scoprire che l'hotel era stato un ex palazzo! Gli oggetti storici e le immagini sono stati scorreti attraverso le strade e l'esterno solo corrispondeva alla sensazione reale con perfezione. Siamo rimasti nella suite reale, con un grande letto e balcone. Il personale era grande, il colazione era standard per le ore di riposo e anche se la posizione non è nella profondità di Tamel, la zona più uscirà per mangiare e bere, era entro 30 minuti di guida della maggior parte dei segni e come era l'ambasciata/ La zona di lavoro, c'era una bella vibrazione. C'erano alcune cose che non possono essere controllate.L'hotel ha fatto un buon lavoro di fornitura di calore, poiché il tempo di febbraio è ancora freddo. L'inquinamento era reale. Soprattutto quando si cammina più vicino alle strade, qualcosa di pensare se si è sensibili a questo. A parte questo, tutto è stato davvero meraviglioso. If you're staying in Kathmandu, this hotel is a good choice. The best thing about it is that it's a new hotel (opening in 2024). Everyone, including the staff, spa staff, and breakfast staff, is very cooperative. Also, everything is well-maintained, including the showers and toilets in the rooms, Wi-Fi, electronic key cards, and internet TV. I'm sorry to say that other hotels tend to be a little older, with broken, slightly dirty, or non-working electronic devices. While it's true that older hotels have gardens and great locations, they can't compare to newer facilities. The breakfast had a nice view, too. 私は海外在住の日本人です。お子様連れの方には静かで落ち着いてるこのホテルを薦めます。もちろん一人旅も。

Il nostro aereo è arrivato a Kathmandu alle 22:00, e ci è voluto un'eternità per passare il controllo immigrazione, così siamo usciti dall'aeroporto quasi alle 23:00. Avevamo inviato una email all'hotel in anticipo per richiedere il servizio navetta, e pensavamo che a quell'ora tarda e senza un numero di telefono per contattarci, non ci sarebbe stato nessuno ad aspettarci. Ma tra la folla di persone che aspettavano i taxi all'uscita, abbiamo visto il nostro nome su un cartello! È stata una sorpresa inaspettata e un'accoglienza molto calorosa per chi arriva in un posto nuovo! Ci hanno portati in hotel. La posizione è ottima, nel vivace cuore di Thamel, proprio sotto c'è un ristorante cinese. L'hotel è uno degli edifici più alti della zona, con un ristorante panoramico in vetro al 12° piano e una piscina e spa all'11° piano; il design è piuttosto audace. La colazione era buona! Anche il servizio era attento. È comodo per spostarsi, in 6 minuti di risciò si arriva a Durbar Square. La dimensione della camera era adeguata, ma avevamo chiesto un piano alto e ci è stato dato solo il quarto, il che è stato un po' deludente. Inoltre, c'era un forte odore di scarico dal bagno che, anche chiudendo la porta, si diffondeva nella stanza. Questo problema di odore è legato all'hardware e alla manutenzione e andrebbe migliorato. Per il resto, tutto bene!

Clean. Nice selection of breakfast. The concierge was professional and helpful. The valet staff was very helpful with the taxis. The reception desk staff was not quite familiar with his work. 1. Couldn’t find my booking. 2. Miscalculated the number of nights to stay 3. Didn’t realize the room was prepaid and was going to charge again. But he acknowledged his mistakes.

Our stay was okay, and the bed was comfortable. However, for a five star hotel, the place isn’t that nice.

Nice Old Hotel, Great Staff with few needs to improve. Swimming pool is totally disappointment. Better to shut down, than keep running and not swimmable, waist of energy. The water is dirty, no star at all. The lobby, the room and Ghurka bar are still great. 2 power shutdowns in 1 day, I believe they are struggling with power shortages due to dark lounges. Breakfast was so so, coffee or tea should be not a challenge to serve first, sometimes took half of meal before they come. Many Tables are not stable and aligned, egg can easily roll over to other side. Atleast 3 tables on my experience. Room is comfortable, nice bed and always fresh linen. Only noisy from AC , maintenance team came twice on my room to fix, though transfer was offered on my last 2 days. Managers should not standing in buffet line, either they should help the line staffs or directing the team, talking business in public is not of our guests concern. Front desk Trainee, has good presence, I thought first he is manager. A lot can be improved and polished, the hotel has a great potential, nice design, great facilities and great staffs. I wish that management should look all themselves and review those small details.

The hotel is perfect location 20 min drive from airport. Hotel is Amazing,like room is big ,bathroom amenities all very useful, service is excellent,and breakfast has a lots of variety and testy as well .value of money
