After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable. Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us: · Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer. · Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends. Le camere sono belle, spaziose e pulite, appena rinnovate. L'hotel dispone di 2 piscine. Anche la palestra è ben tenuta. Al mattino, nella hall, vengono offerti gratuitamente caffè e pasticcini da asporto.

L'M Roof Hotel è spazioso e pulito. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la disposizione e la zona del bagno, e il letto era comodo e accogliente. L'aria condizionata era buona e rinfrescante. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno piacevole. Il parcheggio era pieno a causa delle festività e della cena, quindi abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare più lontano.

Abbiamo prenotato una suite, ed è stato incredibilmente spazioso! avere quella stanza extra per muoversi è un salvatore di vita quando viaggiare con i bambini. Inoltre, ha una piccola cucina, che ha reso il nostro viaggio incredibilmente conveniente. È stato un enorme plus essere in grado di preparare facilmente snack o cose per i bambini nella stanza. Un altro grande punto di vista per noi è la piscina all'interno. Mia figlia l'ha amata assolutamente! E' un grande schema perché non devi preoccuparti del sole di mezzogiorno o di una pioggia improvvisa che rovina il tempo della piscina. Prima di prenotare, ho cercato ovunque online, ma non ho trovato nessuna informazione o foto sul colazione. L'unica recensione che ho potuto tracciare ha detto che la selezione era ”limitata”. Ora che sono rimasto qui, volevo condividere queste foto, così i futuri ospiti sanno esattamente cosa aspettare. Sì, la selezione è sul lato più piccolo, ma la qualità è grande. Anche con meno opzioni, ogni prodotto alimentare fornito è stato un mio preferito personale! Quindi, sebbene non sia una massiccia diffusione di buffet, sicuramente colpisce il punto per noi.

It was a pleasant stay overall.. except that the hand basin was clogged, the traffic noise from the adjacent main roads was a bit too much to bear at times, especially for those light sleepers. There was one early morning that we were abruptly waken up at about 6:30am by the heavy and persistent cigarette smoke from the centralised air conditioning system. With this, we asked for a room changed and the reception was responsive and willing to accommodate to our request.

Il parcheggio interrato è disponibile al costo di 2 RM ogni 24 ore con ingressi multipli; è necessario convalidare la tessera alla reception. La colazione a buffet è piuttosto buona, con una varietà di piatti tipici locali come nasi goreng Kampung, ketupat, nasi lemak, roti canai, roti jala, nasi dagang, rendang, laksa, kuih melayu e così via. Upon arrival the 2 contact details provided don't respond and it's really annoying and disappointing. 1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply) The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional. The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint) The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet) They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower.You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!) As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing.The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment.You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper.They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead. Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel provided.Very inconsiderate!!! The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!! If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!! I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards.The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out.

We travelled in a group of 3 female friends. I have to say I booked this place due to its industrial themed rooms. It's definitely nostalgic and rustic but the cleanliness is still very much up to standard. We even had a balcony and managed to catch a glimpse of fireworks in a distance. In the morning, we caught the sunrise as well. It's beautiful. The location is best! 👍🏼 it's just next to the famous Thean Chun Coffeeshop, where you get to eat shredded chicken noodles, popiah, asam laksa, Satay, char kway teow. Will definitely recommend this place to others. The only one thing is u will need a little patience when it comes to service. The staff left us standing aimlessly where she went up to the room.

The location very good. You can walk to many famous restaurants in Ipoh old town. All not more than ten minute, very convenient. House is very big and bed is comfortable. But the smell from the sewer is very strong and extremely unpleasant. It helped when you close the toilet’s door. Not much soundproof,you can hear other guests walking and chatting at the corridor. It can be quite noisy in the morning and night when people passing by. The design of the car park is a nightmare. It’s octagon shaped - really challenging when you drive the car up to level 7 in one go. The management team quite approachable. They will collect RM300 for damage deposit through credit card. And will return in 1-2 days after your check out. ( I haven’t checked if I received the return).

Il soggiorno è stato buono, tranne che la posizione è vicino all'autostrada e non potevamo dormire bene a causa del rumore di traffico. Suggerire di installare finestre di cancellazione del rumore per tutta la stanza. Altrimenti il soggiorno non sarà piacevole e influenzerà il vostro business. Per la vostra considerazione pls.
