After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable. Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us: · Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer. · Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch. Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back! This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends. On the day I checked in, I left my things in the room and I went shopping. I did leave a Do Not Disturb sign on my door. When I came back, the minute I put down my shopping, someone tried to open my door. Looked through my peep hole and saw a middle aged woman. The key obviously did not work. She left after a while but came back with a bell boy who rang in my doorbell. I opened the door and bellboy apologised and asked if I was staying here. I said I have checked in at 3pm. Bellboy pointed at two luggages and said he sent them to the wrong room? Wait what? Whose are these? The woman said they were hers. Bell boy said he delivered them to the wrong room. Next, front desk called me and asked for my name. Not to apologise but ask for my identity. She confirmed that there’s been a mistake in assigning rooms. I asked her what do I need to do. She said nothing. No apologies. I asked her why the bellboy entered my room even though the Do Not Disturb sign was there. No answer. My advise to those who choose to stay here - double lock your doors and keep your valuables with you. They did not respect my DND sign and entered my room.

L'hotel è a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla parata di Ipoh! Vicino anche all'aeroporto (circa 20 minuti) e il servizio di pulizia era ottimo! Anche il personale dell'hotel era cordiale. Un ringraziamento speciale al ragazzo malese responsabile della postazione delle uova al buffet dell'hotel, che si è davvero impegnato a friggere ogni singola frittata!

Me and my family had stayed here for many times. And we still prefer to stay here for the strategic location. It’s very convenient for us to go downtown for food and to places of interest. They are all within 10-15min driving. And we realize there are more places of interest around this area nowadays.

I am very satisfied with this accommodation. The room was exceptionally clean, tidy, and comfortable throughout my stay. The facilities provided were also well-maintained and in excellent condition. The location is very strategic and easily accessible, with various amenities nearby. What I appreciated most was the convenience of having a shop located on the ground floor, offering a wide range of essential daily necessities, making it easy to get what I needed without having to travel far. Overall, this accommodation provided a comfortable, practical, and worthwhile experience. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean accommodation in a convenient location

Upon arrival the 2 contact details provided don't respond and it's really annoying and disappointing. 1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply) The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional. The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint) The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet) They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower.You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!) As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing.The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment.You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper.They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead. Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel provided.Very inconsiderate!!! The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!! If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!! I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards.The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out.

L'appartamento è enorme e molto conveniente. All'interno di tutte le aree di cena e shopping. Molto parcheggio e il livello superiore è molto tranquillo. L'appartamento è pulito con check-in è stato facile.

Booked here because my husband attending event nearby. For me this hotel is overrated, cleanliness wise need to improve a lot. Doesn’t look like newly refurbished / renovated. - wall: mold - toilet shower area: mold - light : detached - plug : far from bed, the nearest plug voltage not stable, cannot charge at all. - sofa: old. - curtain over bathtub: not function - window : dirty -soundproof : poor Overall i would rate 2 star only. Paid rm200/night+- for this room, probably no next time for me.

La posizione era buona, ma non c'erano parcheggi e il motivo non era spiegato chiaramente. Gli stranieri spesso non capiscono il sistema di parcheggio malese e sono stato multato due volte dal governo statale, per un totale di 30 ringgit malesi.

Il soggiorno è stato buono, tranne che la posizione è vicino all'autostrada e non potevamo dormire bene a causa del rumore di traffico. Suggerire di installare finestre di cancellazione del rumore per tutta la stanza. Altrimenti il soggiorno non sarà piacevole e influenzerà il vostro business. Per la vostra considerazione pls.
