After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable. Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us: · Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer. · Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch. Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back! This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends. L'hotel è a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla parata di Ipoh! Vicino anche all'aeroporto (circa 20 minuti) e il servizio di pulizia era ottimo! Anche il personale dell'hotel era cordiale. Un ringraziamento speciale al ragazzo malese responsabile della postazione delle uova al buffet dell'hotel, che si è davvero impegnato a friggere ogni singola frittata!

Ho soggiornato in questo nuovo hotel a Ipoh per due notti. Si trova proprio dietro l'AC Hotel e proprio di fronte all'Ipoh Parade, il che lo rende una posizione molto strategica e comoda. Tutti i ristoranti più popolari sono raggiungibili in 15 minuti a piedi. La camera è spaziosa, più simile a un monolocale; molto pulita e piacevolmente silenziosa. Per un soggiorno da una o due persone, sembra davvero più una casa che un hotel. Il personale è cordiale. Anche se non sembra esserci un servizio in camera o di pulizia regolare, è possibile richiedere assistenza al banco. Nel complesso, altamente consigliato!

Se si guida in Malaysia, questo è un buon hotel entro 5 minuti di auto a Chinatown. Offre parcheggio sicuro gratuito. Le camere sono pulite e il letto è comodo. La ricezione front desk è amichevole e offre efficaci check-in e check-out servizio. L'unico lato inferiore di questo hotel è la visibilità delle finestre è debole. È possibile sentire il rumore del traffico. Se siete sensibili al rumore durante il sonno, è necessario chiedere il lato tranquillo dell'edificio che affronta le montagne e lontano dalla strada principale.

Nice scenery of unblock view. Friendly counter staff/mgr and speedy response from maintenance staff. Will come again when promo price is given. Good location of hotel , that is short driving distance to old town and concubine lane.

We travelled in a group of 3 female friends. I have to say I booked this place due to its industrial themed rooms. It's definitely nostalgic and rustic but the cleanliness is still very much up to standard. We even had a balcony and managed to catch a glimpse of fireworks in a distance. In the morning, we caught the sunrise as well. It's beautiful. The location is best! 👍🏼 it's just next to the famous Thean Chun Coffeeshop, where you get to eat shredded chicken noodles, popiah, asam laksa, Satay, char kway teow. Will definitely recommend this place to others. The only one thing is u will need a little patience when it comes to service. The staff left us standing aimlessly where she went up to the room.

Upon arrival the 2 contact details provided don't respond and it's really annoying and disappointing. 1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply) The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional. The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint) The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet) They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower.You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!) As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing.The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment.You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper.They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead. Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel provided.Very inconsiderate!!! The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!! If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!! I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards.The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out.

L'appartamento è enorme e molto conveniente. All'interno di tutte le aree di cena e shopping. Molto parcheggio e il livello superiore è molto tranquillo. L'appartamento è pulito con check-in è stato facile.

Il soggiorno è stato buono, tranne che la posizione è vicino all'autostrada e non potevamo dormire bene a causa del rumore di traffico. Suggerire di installare finestre di cancellazione del rumore per tutta la stanza. Altrimenti il soggiorno non sarà piacevole e influenzerà il vostro business. Per la vostra considerazione pls.
