Appartamenti vacanze a Ipoh

Booked this apartment for its location and also because it was almost brand new. Positives: + Location - close to town and very convenient + It's almost brand new and low occupancy so very quiet and amenities in building are brand new although things like spa pool and atapchi pool are closed. + Good customer service from IWH. Customer service officer Dee was very helpful and friendly. + Cukcoo water dispenser in unit which is great was getting both hot and cold drinking water. + Branded appliances. Negatives: - Apartment's furnishing wasn't great. Dining stool has this metal ***** around it that is sharp and actually cut my daughter's leg. - Mattress was ultra hard while pillow is too soft. - While towels and shower gel and shampoo is provided, there is no handwashing soap provided. - Towels provided are fairly low quality and one even had cigarette smell which we asked to be replaced. - While we appreciate the separate shower cubicle and toilet, there is no curtains to separate the bathroom area and the living area making changing clothes coming out of shower abit of a hassle. - Water pressure is not great. Overall, while the price is good, this we feel is one of those case where the apartment looks much better in photos than actual due to the budget friendly furnishing used.

La posizione è stata grande e l'esperienza di soggiorno è stata eccellente! La posizione è stata anche molto facile da esplorare la zona. L'unica questione minore che abbiamo incontrato è che le tovaglie fornite avevano un odore di musty notabile. Oltre a questo piccolo dettaglio, tutto era perfetto, e consigliamo fortemente questo posto per grandi gruppi o famiglie!

Il Condominio è un po' nascosto, mentre si trova dietro l'Ipoh Hotel Impiana. La strada per entrare nel Condominio non è veramente visibile mentre guida. Il Condominio è stato nuovamente costruito, quindi l'unità è considerata nuova. Il parcheggio è temporaneamente gratuito fino a ulteriori notizie. Finora, un buon soggiorno. L'unica cosa da commentare è che ci sono molti di Phereoeca uterella al tetto interno dell'unità e anche al corridoio. Forse è necessario un più attento mantenimento di casa. Le strutture sono buone, ma ho notato che le persone che si trovavano in altre unità non seguivano le regole quando usavano la piscina, non indossavano un giusto attrezzo di nuoto, non avevano una doccia prima di entrare nella piscina, facendo sì che l'acqua nella piscina diventasse sporca e oliosa. E' davvero disgustoso, spero che la guardia di sicurezza e di gestione possa essere più rigorosa su questo argomento.

Appartamento vicino al ristorante e l'ipermercato Abbiamo unità vicino al parcheggio e affrontare le piscine. Assicurarsi di portare un controllo di sicurezza di vestito da nuoto ogni angolo delle piscine. Slide d'acqua non funziona bene troppo male per i bambini. Rate abbiamo 200+ accettabile se più di 250 non è consigliato di rimanere. Difficoltà di raccogliere la chiave e assicurarsi che u sbloccare la griglia quando si raccoglie la chiave 😅 se non avete bisogno di qualcuno per inserire la password dalla parte esterna .

A great stay for my family. The unit is clean and spacious enough for us. 1 parking slot is provided and it is near the lobby. Check in was easy too. Owner was quick to response to my questions and requests. The kettle was malfunctioned and they give us another the next day despite it’s a weekend. My boy had so much fun at the playground and swimming pool. Will come again if there’s a chance.

Overall Rating: ★★★☆☆ The apartment's biggest advantage is its excellent location. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and shopping options within walking distance, making it very convenient for families and larger groups. The host was responsive and replied promptly when we raised issues during our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property fell well below our expectations. We encountered ants throughout the apartment—including the living room, sofa, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms—which made it difficult to enjoy our stay. Although the host provided insect spray after we reported the issue, the infestation was so widespread that spraying the entire apartment was neither practical nor a comfortable solution. Several areas were dusty, the curtains had a noticeable layer of dust, and the bedsheets and toilet rolls appeared old. We were also charged RM60 for an extra bedsheet for two nights, but the condition of the bedding did not justify the additional fee. The sofa showed signs of wear, and one of the ceiling fans was noisy during operation. For larger groups, please note that when someone showers upstairs, the downstairs bathroom cannot be used properly due to water pressure issues. We were informed that this affects every unit in the building, suggesting it is a known issue rather than an isolated incident. The facilities were also disappointing. The jacuzzi was unavailable during our stay and appeared to be non-functional, making it more decorative than usable. The host initially agreed to compensate us for the cleaning fee due to the cleanliness issues, but we did not receive any further update after that. Overall, the apartment has great potential because of its strategic location, but significant improvements in cleanliness, pest control, maintenance, and facility upkeep are needed before I could recommend it to others. Pros Excellent location with many restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. Responsive communication from the host. Cons Widespread ant infestation throughout the apartment. Dusty environment, including dusty curtains. Old bedsheets, worn furniture, and additional bedding charges that did not reflect the quality provided. Noisy ceiling fan. Water pressure issue prevents simultaneous use of upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Jacuzzi was not usable, just a decoration. Compensation for the cleaning issue was promised but never followed up.

Il soggiorno è stato buono, tranne che la posizione è vicino all'autostrada e non potevamo dormire bene a causa del rumore di traffico. Suggerire di installare finestre di cancellazione del rumore per tutta la stanza. Altrimenti il soggiorno non sarà piacevole e influenzerà il vostro business. Per la vostra considerazione pls.

PROs: Cute and clean unit. Perfect for a group stay in Ipoh. Located near the town; able to reach by car within 5-10mins. Everything in the unit is working properly except the WiFi. There’s even a washer for laundry. Recommend to bring your own toiletries and laundry detergent. Overall it’s a great place for quick getaway. CONs: Bad building management, which is no fault of the unit owner. Rude security guards, unclear signage both inside and outside of the parking lots, even worst is the wretched traffic management. If you are driving and parking in this building, I suggest you go slow and take your time looking out at the signage, lest you fall victim to their management’s ridiculous rules. This was my second stay at The Anderson condo, while I knew from the first stay that their parking lots had poor lighting and signage, I’m surprised that it can get worse.
