UUtente ospiteBooked this apartment for its location and also because it was almost brand new.
Positives:
+ Location - close to town and very convenient
+ It's almost brand new and low occupancy so very quiet and amenities in building are brand new although things like spa pool and atapchi pool are closed.
+ Good customer service from IWH. Customer service officer Dee was very helpful and friendly.
+ Cukcoo water dispenser in unit which is great was getting both hot and cold drinking water.
+ Branded appliances.
Negatives:
- Apartment's furnishing wasn't great. Dining stool has this metal ***** around it that is sharp and actually cut my daughter's leg.
- Mattress was ultra hard while pillow is too soft.
- While towels and shower gel and shampoo is provided, there is no handwashing soap provided.
- Towels provided are fairly low quality and one even had cigarette smell which we asked to be replaced.
- While we appreciate the separate shower cubicle and toilet, there is no curtains to separate the bathroom area and the living area making changing clothes coming out of shower abit of a hassle.
- Water pressure is not great.
Overall, while the price is good, this we feel is one of those case where the apartment looks much better in photos than actual due to the budget friendly furnishing used.

UUtente ospiteL'M Roof Hotel è spazioso e pulito. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la disposizione e la zona del bagno, e il letto era comodo e accogliente. L'aria condizionata era buona e rinfrescante. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno piacevole. Il parcheggio era pieno a causa delle festività e della cena, quindi abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare più lontano.

UUtente anonimoL'unità è stata pulita, moderna e ben mantenuta, offrendo un ambiente confortevole e piacevole per rilassarsi. La stanza era spaziosa, ben progettata e dotata di tutte le attrezzature essenziali necessarie per un breve soggiorno.
Il processo di autocontrollo era regolare e senza problemi, con chiare istruzioni fornite in anticipo, e l’edificio si sentiva sicuro e tranquillo, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La posizione è anche un grande plus, con un conveniente accesso alle opzioni alimentari, aree commerciali e attrazioni popolari intorno a Ipoh.
In generale, questo alloggio offre un ottimo valore per i soldi.

UUtente ospiteUn soggiorno assolutamente grande a Ipoh. Il processo di check-in e check-out è stato molto facile, veloce e conveniente. L'equipaggio di gestione è stato molto utile e attiva considerando che il mio libro è stato confermato dopo l'11.30 pm. Questo condo è dotato di piscina privata e mini-acqua parco per i residenti. Adatto per coloro con bambini per godersi. Prenderò questo condo per il mio prossimo soggiorno.

AAlvinOngThis is a new building, checking in and out is easy as there is a reception counter on level 1. Room is spacious and bright. Fan and AC are working well. A large and comfortable bed. In the room all is good. Ipoh parade is also very near. Just a 5 mins walk.
But the basement carpark is not fully ready. Gantry is not up yet. There is no guard. I parked my motorbike there for 3 nights. On the day I check out. My left mirror was loosen. Somebody must have messed with it. So makes it not as secure as I would like too. It’s a BMW 1250 cc bike, so security in carpark is important to me.

UUtente ospiteStayed at Hotel 1969 and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were polite and kind throughout our stay, especially the concierge, who also acted as our airport transfer driver. Although I did not get his name, he was very responsible and ensured we arrived at the airport on time.
We also enjoyed a nice breakfast before heading off, which was perfect and satisfying. The hotel location is very convenient, with many coffeeshops nearby.
Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely return again.

UUtente anonimoIt was a last minute booking, yet the host was able to reply as soon as possible. Just waited for a while for them to help out the check in procedures. He/She has been very helpful with the questions. The room is very clean (which I really like) and everything is in good condition (maybe the couch can be cleaned a lil as there is a little stain on it when we entered the room. But overall, everything is good and they also have a water dispenser prepared.

Excelsior with my family tand it didn’t disappoint. The Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We were fortunate this time to be allocated the newly renovated triple room and it was nice and classy. There was some issue with the plumbing connected to the toilet bowl but a staff was sent over in less than half and hour to fix the issue. The hotel room was clean and one of the concierge staff named Hazz was extremely helpful and took his initiative to help google for information on places in Ipoh we asked him about. He also gave a number of good recommendations for alternative places to visit as well. Another thing I like about this hotel is, they usually have iced lemon tea at their lobby for guests to drink. This is a godsend when guests like me
return to the hotel, given the sweltering heat in the afternoon. Nothing beats having a glass of iced lemon tea before heading up to your room. We will definitely return to Hotel Excelsior the next time we come to Ipoh.

Suggerire di installare finestre di cancellazione del rumore per tutta la stanza. Altrimenti il soggiorno non sarà piacevole e influenzerà il vostro business.
