We found all the latest hits, classics, and Cantonese songs · Retro Arcade Games & Pool Table: The arcade cabinet had so many classic games for a serious nostalgia trip. After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable. Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us: · Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer. · Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch. Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back! This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends. Hotel perfetto per un breve soggiorno. Confortabile, pulito e conveniente, specialmente se stai cercando un posto per soggiornare per una notte e godere di una bella esperienza di cena senza dover andare lontano. Il parcheggio di Valet è disponibile a RM20 per notte, che è molto ragionevole. La colazione era decente e aveva una buona varietà. L'hotel ha due ascensori, quindi non c'era tempo di attesa. In generale, la stanza era comoda e l’intera stanza si sentiva piacevole e senza problemi. Certamente una buona scelta per un soggiorno di una notte, soprattutto per un viaggio d'affari o un viaggio veloce.

The stay was comfortable and chill. The hotel is newly open and clean. Parking is convenient and the gym was the best gym I have in Ipoh. The gym machine is new and well function. The jogging and cycling machines also a lot so that I don’t need to wait for others. There is jazcuzi and swimming pool as well. The garden are beautiful and nice photo session.

Generally quite good but the smell issues from the shower / toilets is quite annoying. Besides, the cleanness of the sofa is a bit worse. The facilities are good, swimming pool, gym , etc are good for us.

L'hotel ha ospitato un check-in precoce per noi a 1.00 pm. Abbiamo una stanza al 5° piano. La dimensione della stanza era giusta per 2 px. La camera da bagno n è separata con una porta a tiro. Ci sono cibo indiano, ristorante dim sum n caffè intorno all'hotel. Il conducente, Addy, ha fatto un servizio fantastico durante il viaggio, condannandoci e fornendo meravigliose raccomandazioni alimentari.

Questa è stata la mia seconda permanenza qui, e ancora amo la stanza spaziosa. Tutto era perfetto in generale. 🤩 Questa volta, siamo stati un po' sfortunati, perché la stanza era bruscamente in aria a mezzanotte mentre dormivamo; la mattina dopo aver chiamato il contatore, il personale si accorse che era stato bruciato un filo elettrico. Si è offerto di lasciarci cambiare le stanze diverse volte, ma da quando ci siamo recati presto, era bene che ci fermassero. Nonostante questa piccola questione, mi fermerò di nuovo qui perché la posizione è eccellente, molto vicino alle attrazioni turistiche e all'autostrada.👍

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel suite. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a large king-size bed that made for a great night's sleep. It also came with simple cooking equipment, a large refrigerator, and a washing machine, which made the stay feel just like home. The ambient lighting created a cozy atmosphere, and the large bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The water pressure was decent and perfectly adequate for a comfortable shower. The self-check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with clear video instructions and prompt assistance via WhatsApp. The agent was approachable, friendly, and always replied quickly whenever I had questions. The agent even allowed me to check in 1 hour early and check out 1 hour late, which I really appreciated because I had a lot of work to do and was unable to follow the regular check-in and check-out times, and because of the room availability too. The property was easy to find, as it shares the same lobby as Wyndham Garden. The surrounding area felt safe and was conveniently located near plenty of eateries, shopping malls, and other amenities. Overall, it was an excellent stay with great facilities, outstanding service, and a convenient location. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again.

Typical ‘Airbnb’-like experience , everything is digital, just follow instructions you’ll be fine. Online WhatsApp to contact the management team, they are pretty responsive. 2 issues Our unit in 08-07A, the common toilet started to stink after a shower, think the plumbing needs to be rechecked. Strangely the stink went away the next day after the toilet dried out by itself. The car park for this development is REALLY NARROW and u have to park designated lots. We drove 4 levels up and sharp turn saw many cars scratch their side on the pillars. Not the fault of the accommodation but be wary if u r driving a car and a new driver, go SLOW! Good stay overal

Upon arrival the 2 contact details provided don't respond and it's really annoying and disappointing. 1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply) The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional. The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint) The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet) They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower.You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!) As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing.The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment.You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper.They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead. Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel provided.Very inconsiderate!!! The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!! If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!! I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards.The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out.

Il soggiorno è stato buono, tranne che la posizione è vicino all'autostrada e non potevamo dormire bene a causa del rumore di traffico. Suggerire di installare finestre di cancellazione del rumore per tutta la stanza. Altrimenti il soggiorno non sarà piacevole e influenzerà il vostro business. Per la vostra considerazione pls.
