"Had a pleasant stay at Weil Hotel Ipoh with my family. The location was excellent and very convenient, especially for getting around and finding food nearby. The service was good overall, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room and hotel were generally clean, although there is still a little room for improvement in cleanliness. The amenities were good and made the stay comfortable. Overall, it was a nice experience and I would consider staying here again."

"Ciao Tui Haven, è la prima volta che visito questo posto e vedo informazioni su Tui Haven. Prenoto 2 ore prima di arrivare a Ipoh perché mio marito si è appena ricordato dell'Haven, quindi ho controllato e ho prenotato una camera qui. Residenza sul lago davvero bella. La receptionist è molto gentile e ha svolto il servizio in modo rapido al momento del check-in e del check-out. (Una signora indiana) è stata così gentile che ho dimenticato di chiedere il nome. Il paesaggio e la vista erano incredibili. Anche la camera era molto bella e pulita. Il bagno è molto pulito e adoro l'idea del bagno. Adoro la vista dalla camera. Ho avuto vista sul lago e sul tramonto. Il che è davvero bello. La camera era davvero spaziosa per noi e ci hanno offerto snack e bevande gratuiti. I servizi sono perfetti e completi. E abbiamo ricevuto rinfreschi gratuiti al ristorante. Anche la colazione a buffet offre una vasta scelta. La piscina è davvero grande. Piscina per adulti e bambini e ha una vasca idromassaggio. Mi è piaciuto tutto qui, compreso il parcheggio comodo e le tante attività da fare. Ci sono anche due ottimi posti per scattare belle foto."

"The exterior is pretty grand for first impression. Security Guard is super friendly and helpful. Do keep this up. We arrived after 10pm and we have to checked in with the help of a security guard as the receptionist closes at 10pm, but all good. Location wise, a drive/ grab is necessary for all foodies. The infinity pool was amazing, overlooking the polo ground. Suppose to have a cafe and kopitiam at the top floor, but since this condo project is still new, it is still not operating yet. Maybe my next visit. Interior of the room is spacious, there's NETFLIX, YOUTUBE and etc. Fridge, microwave and kitchen utilities, Hair dryer, iron. Floor not so clean though - rather dusty. we booked a unit with 2 rooms (1 room with 2 twin bed and 1 room with Q bed). No private bathroom in the bedroom though, only one bathroom. The Bathroom drain hole was clogged during our stay. Therefore, the draining was a bit slow, and it causes mini flood inside the bathroom. Things to improve (in my opinion, that is): 1. to add an extra latch at the entrance door for extra safety, I will not have a peaceful sleep if I am staying alone though. 2. Only have one bedside table. would be nice to have another bedside table so I don't have to place my things on the floor. 3. Dressing table inside the main room not to be placed facing the bed for feng shui purpose (just saying) Overall, I had a nice stay here and the bed is so comfortable. I had a good rest though."

"The unit itself was very nice—modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel both comfortable and luxurious at the same time. One of the highlights was definitely the facilities. They were brand new and in excellent condition, which made using them even more enjoyable. While the pool was a bit small, it was still clean, well-kept, and perfect for a quick relaxing dip. The ambience was absolutely the best. It was peaceful, cozy, and perfect for unwinding away from the usual busy routine. The atmosphere really made the stay feel special and memorable. Overall, I had a wonderful staycation and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway."

"The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. Since it is a new building, some floors are still under renovation. This was my first experience having a blackout while showering at night. I tried to contact the agency, but there were no staff available, so the only solution offered was a room change. We had to spend extra time moving all our belongings to another floor. One suggestion is to consider waiving the deposit requirement, or for the agent to contact guests one day before check-in to reconfirm the booking and deposit payment. I had already submitted my deposit before check-in, but the agency may have missed my message. I only received the entry QR code after being stopped and questioned by the security guard, which made the experience stressful."

"a great stay at Meru suites. huge rooms, friendly staff that will go the extra mile for a service for customers. great team, clean rooms as well. Quiet at night making it a wonderful stay. Only downside is the location as it is situated a 15mins drive away from town, but for such a wonderful stay I would not mind to come back here again."

"I forgot to take photos but trust me, I think this property is new, so it is very clean, everything looked new, not crowded at all, check in process also very simple, no deposit needed. Room is very cozy and comfortable. You may get confused upon arrival but the security guards are helpful and able to communicate in English. I enjoy staying here very much!"
