The location of the hotel was perfect when you landed in narita terminal 3, a few minutes walk going to hotel, the room was so clean and so big for the two people, the place was so clean, and the amenities was totally complete, shops, Restaurant, ***** store and pool

The room was big and quiet. There is a convenience store, cafe, and restaurant on 1st floor. There is a laundromat, too. There was no water in the room, but there is a container for ice. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport and the Aeon shopping center. I do not like smoke and the floor I was on did not smell like smoke; however, in the annex hallway it did smell like smoke and I had to walk through the connecting hallway to get to the ice machine. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet even included a supplement bar.

Mystay ticks all the boxes , fair and very reasonable prices for a room larger than average in Japan! (21SQM). A pool, spa, Zen-garden, reliable free bus service to Narita station, Aeon shopping centre, airport ( all terminals) . There is a convenience shop inside with oodles of items to choose from, a typical Japanese Onsen for 500yen , fully equipped gym. The staff are friendly and overall i give it full thumbs up. Ultimo arresto prima di tornare indietro. La dimensione della camera è grande, le strutture fornite erano di prima vista. Anche se la camera sembra un po 'antica ma è tutto a posto per noi. Il colazione era buono come al solito. Il personale era amichevole, utile e accogliente. Rimarrà ancora per il prossimo viaggio.

The staffs are very helpful and great that they are from all internationality, therefore, language does not seemed to be a barrier. The amenities in the room is lack of: cotton buds, the rest are well provided(thank you). The size of room and bed is big and comfortable. Gym was great with many equipment, but I still do not understand why do we need to pay for using your swimming pool. Breakfast has varieties of food, but I stayed here for 6 nights, the food are the same everyday(bored). The info.on shuttle bus is unclear- E.g pick up from which part of Aeon Mall. And suggest to update your media for such info.under the right category.

UUtente ospiteNon c'è bisogno di prendere un autobus all'hotel. Il ferro elettrico di Peking che ha preso l'aeroporto di Chengdao è pronto a Chengdao City. Due strade.Per i turisti che sono stati brevemente fermati per un giorno di questo tipo di gioia, è assai conveniente.Il sistema ferroviario è molto conveniente, ma la stazione di Chengdao non sembra essere progettata per i turisti. Quindi, se c'è un bagaglio, può essere gestito con forza alla stazione di Chen Tin, e le scarpe della stazione di cammino sono molto stanche.Dirlo all'aeroporto deve fare il tuo lavoro in anticipo e studiare una mappa. Per raggiungere il corridoio di ferro ad alta velocità, vedrai l'hotel.Per quanto riguarda l'entusiasmo dell'ospite, voglio dire che questo è un hotel giapponese piuttosto che occidentale.Il personale che gestisce il soggiorno è molto consapevole del servizio e mi ha portato all'hotel al terzo piano con attenzione, e il hall non appartiene all'hotel. Come tutte le altre politiche governative attuate in tutti gli hotel, quando si tratta di soggiorno, ci sono anche richieste di passaporto o di certificato di identità giornaliera.Ho scoperto che la loro capacità inglese non è ancora in grado di comunicare, ma non mi aspetterò che tutte le vostre domande possano essere risolte. La stanza dell'hotel è tranquilla, pulita e confortevole.La superficie della stanza dell'hotel giapponese e dell'hotel occidentale sono naturalmente visibili.Ma le esigenze di base di soggiorno possono essere soddisfatte: tavola, bagno, letto.Il paesaggio della stanza è molto noioso, proprio contro il muro di un altro edificio. Non c'è niente di strano nella stanza, super pulito.Ci sono colazione di colazione.Il tempo di fornitura è lo stesso ogni giorno, è lo stile di lavoro giapponese. Non puoi fare niente prima o dopo un minuto.Il cibo non è lo stile occidentale, non c'è speranza. EElisia LohThe hotel offers a regular shuttle service between Narita Terminal 1 and Terminals 2-3, shared with the Hilton hotel. The journey from Narita Terminal 1 to the hotel takes approximately 30 minutes. Additionally, there is a shuttle to Narita Train Station and Aeon Mall.
The room is clean, and the bed is very comfortable. The mattress is firm but not too hard, offering a soft yet supportive feel. The pillows provide good neck support without being too firm.
The breakfast spread is standard, but the highlight is the pancake machine. With just a wave of your hand, the machine starts, and in about 30 seconds, you can enjoy a freshly made pancake.

UUtente ospiteSleeping pods (capsules) are at two levels - crawl in at floor level or climb up to second level (small ladder). Capsule has mattress, doona/duvet/quilt, wi-fi, and adjustable light. You can sit up comfortably inside capsule. Retractable curtain covers the entrance to capsule. So you have to be very quiet so neighbours aren’t disturbed, and snoring can be an issue (yours or others). Hotel divided into two sections - men only and women only. Reception hands you a bag containing towels and robe. Door from reception opens to locker room. Lockers are good size - can fit the largest suitcase, and more. Leave your shoes in locker and use slippers. Then head to shower/toilet area or capsule-bed area. No eating or drinking in capsule-bed area. No lounge area. Hotel connected to Terminal Two by two walkways (underground near train station entrance, or overpass at level two). Terminal Two has 24hr convenience store and a Yoshinoya, and usual shops and restaurants open during business hours. Connecting passageway to Terminal 3 from Terminal 2, or Shuttle bus to Terminal 1 every ten minutes (takes 7 minutes).

UUtente ospiteIt was located near Narita airport, although it’s a bit farther than we expected it was still very convenient. You can take free shuttle to and from the hotel / airport from early hours. Great choice for early flight! The room was huge, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great! It has international food and you get a lovely view looking out from the restaurant.

UUtente ospiteLocation is near to the airport so therefore there will be some noise from flight. i would say is quite old and door in steel. Hate the fact that the keys are super bulk and long . Very inconvenient.nothing much around but narita airport and the food court close at 7pm for certain shop.
Dont think will consider narita airport otherwise require.

UUtente ospite- Musty smelling toilet - Very old fittings and room doors that don't close fully - Friendly staff but poor English overall and unobservant - Old-fashioned owner with very poor customer skills, cannot problem-solve - Bath and water mixer very hard to use as they are very old fashioned - Fridge full of cold drinks, but with no space to put anything except tiny bottles and some small items I was very surprised and unhappy with what the ryokan owner told us today - the last night of our 10-night trip across the wider Tokyo region. Some context first: my flight departs at 6.20pm tomorrow and we have to check out of our room at 10am, as planned. What was unplanned, was that I was only told at 7pm today that they would have maintenance coming so there are 'no staff' and 'the whole ryokan will be closed', so my elderly parents (78YO and 70YO) and I would have to take our 3 large luggage bags with us by 2pm. They will not be able to hold our luggage for even 2 hours until 4pm, nor will they be able to call us a taxi; we will have to walk to the taxi stand ourselves. What is funny, is that as I was negotiating with the owner in the lobby, 4 new guests arrived to check-in. Now, there is a whole hotel with numerous rooms and new guests, but he cannot (will not) hold our luggage for 2 hours more? He proceeded to tell us they 'are not responsible to us for anything once we check out' and that 'there is nothing he can do' and when I said hotels in other countries hold the luggage for their guests after they check out for the same day until the flight time, he said 'this is Japan, not other countries'. Wow. I get it that he's used to running things his way, but this makes for a horrible customer experience. We had booked this ryokan over 6 weeks ago online, so there were many opportunities to tell us in advance of this scheduled maintenance. One great opportunity was yesterday at 5.30pm, when we checked in. Side points are: - Staff are not trained on the safety equipment in the rooms. I had taken the emergency torchlight off the charging mount and instead of the staff reinserting it, I had to figure out how and tell the staff (to his credit he really tried) - Housekeeping were unaware they took my mother's personal spoon by mistake and phew! the translation issues... we got it back though - Housekeeping replaced the tolietries we clearly had no need of, but not the items we used up! Basically they gave us 3 more toothbrushes in addition to the 3 unused, but did not top up the cotton pads. It was all very clearly placed in the bathroom for them to observe. - Creepy horror movie vibes

LLGAIM-Mark2成田駅から徒歩10分弱、イオンモールから徒歩5分、新勝寺も徒歩圏内で、とてもよい立地です。 フロントの方からは、とても親切に宿泊について説明をしていただいたので記憶にのこり、そのホスピタリティに感謝しました。 館内にはコインランドリ、電子レンジ、製氷機、両替機が設置されており、さらに自販機でジュースやスナック菓子が100円で購入でき、長期滞在者にも最適です。 外国人の入国に制限があるにも関わらず、ホテル内では多くの宿泊客を見かけたことから、人気のホテルかもしれません。 紙のコップや消毒をしたところには消毒済みのシールが貼られ、新型コロナ対策も万全です。 宿泊料は5,000円を切り、コストパフォーマンスはとても高いのですが、インターネットが若干遅く、ダウンロードが0.78Ｇでしたので、評価は5に近い４としました。

HHo LunGot a really early flight from Narita in the morning so decided to stay here. It's 1 station away from the airport and easy enough to walk to the station. Rooms are bigger than average Tokyo hotel. Highly recommended.

C'è un autobus dall'aeroporto di Narita. Circa una volta ogni 30 minuti. Ci sono anche autobus per la stazione di Narita e l'Aeon Mall Narita.
Si prega di notare che gli orari e le fermate degli autobus sono cambiati da febbraio 2024.
Quando l'autobus è arrivato in hotel, la persona alla reception è stata in grado di guidarci bene.
C'è un FamilyMart all'interno dell'hotel, quindi penso che sia carino che tu possa comprare cibo anche dopo l'apertura del ristorante.
Se avrò la possibilità, mi piacerebbe usarlo di nuovo.
