La nostra camera era molto pulita e il personale dell'hotel era gentile e utile. Concierge all'arrivo, quindi non c'è bisogno di mettere tutti i bagagli dal vostro trasporto nella vostra stanza. Spa, sauna e piscina all'hotel. Si trova a pochi passi da grandi siti e attrazione a Jogja. A mio parere, si tratta di un hotel molto lussuoso a un prezzo incredibile.

If you’re looking for a luxurious experience, this might not be the best fit, but for a short, peaceful trip, it does the job well. The dining options were decent but not remarkable. Stavo per 8 notti in questo hotel e mio figlio era molto felice di stare lì, tutti i dipendenti erano molto amichevoli e molto gentili, ogni volta che mi serviva qualcosa, rispondevano molto rapidamente, Il cibo è sempre stato delizioso e ciò che mi rende felice è che mio figlio mangia sempre bene quando ho comprato il cibo dall'hotel perché è un cibo molto fuzzy, lo consiglierei certamente ai miei amici e alla mia famiglia e sicuramente resterai qui ogni volta che torno a Jogja. Grazie 🙏

Male receptionist not helpful to resolve water issues in the hotel. 1 room was bad because the water runs out black and dirty. We had to call the manager to resolve but it took us a lot of effort to resolve. We are not the emotional type but his unfriendly attitude make us angry and impatient. Sorry please train your front desk people because they are the first time we meet. I request for twin bed, he said I did not request. Attitude problem front staff, the male staffs.

Booked the room with pool view (a bit higher price compared to non pool view, you decide from my photo whether it’s worth or not). Everything was great. Room is very cozy. I love the long sofa beside the window, very comfortable to do everything. Service is awesome. Parking spot is a lot. Breakfast is one of the best. Only few steps away to Pakuwon mall (exactly next to the hotel).

Très bon hostel, les chambres étaient propres, pas d’insectes, bonne AC, jacuzzi, les SDB/WC en extérieur sont propres. Le personnel est très sympa et serviable. Les activités proposées sont tops 👍 Le petit déjeuner en supplément varie tous les jours et est bon Je recommande.

There are so many things I love about the hotel. I can't wait to drop my genuine feedback here upon checking out from the hotel. 1. We feel welcomed as their guests. Each and every staff is well trained. They are attentive and greet you at every corner of the hotel. 2. I love the scent of lemongrass once entering the lobby. A welcome drink is placed at the lobby. Feel free to drink as many glasses as you want after the heat along the Malioboro street. 3. Clean room with satellite TV programme. 4. Bottles of hand sanitiser are placed in and outside tge lifts. 5. Amazing breakfast spread. The staff who handle food are on facemask at all time. 7. Javanese music and gamelan accompany us while having our breakfast. 8. Many sofa chairs/armchairs at the lobby. This is indeed very thoughtful especially for the elder people and guests from big tour groups who need time to check-in. I spent an hour sitting on the sofa to do my work. No distractions at all. You can choose to sit near to the main entrance, lounge or coffee house. 9. Plenty of wall plugs/electrical sockets. I charged my phone before leaving the hotel at 3pm to airport. El Hotel embraces generosity to create memories among their guests. Thank you

Room Is cleaned without any bad smell, shower water is hot, TV got many different channels, got small fridge and safe. All people working in the hotel are very friendly and easy to communicate in English. Location is about 20 minutes walked from Jalan Malioboro and Plaza Malioboro. Breakfast variation is limited, but it's enough for us. Overall, it's a pleasant stay for us.
