Spacious room, old but does the job, good location, easy to airport

Dry clean and comfortable. Will definitely visit again in the future!

The hotel is spacious and near to train station and can walk to the naritasan omotesando and has free car park available so it’s very convenient for those who use the car. The hotel breakfast serves very nice croissant 🥐. Really good 👍 Thanks for the wonderful experience. Highly recommended

A quiet and tranquil town. Good for stay over to Narita airport the following day. Hotel not allowed for late checked out. Need to top up yen1100/hrs.

This is my second time staying in the hotel. Because the very convenient location. Few minutes away from JR and Keisei station . Old hotel but well maintained, you will see old bathroom equipment still functional. You can walk through old street and have a fresh air.

1 mins walk to train station. 2 stops to airport took around 10 mins. Room is big but very old style. The toilets is not smart system in winter quite difficult to use. There are many unagi rice restaurants around (10 mins walk) worth to try.

Close to Kansai Narita station, a few minutes walk away. Accessible to restaurants, convenient stores and public transportation stations. We enjoyed the 30mins walk from hotel to Naritasan Omotesando.

Room is clean and comfortable for a quick stay. The location is easy to access by train if you need to be near the airport. Would stay again if in the same situation of needing to stay near the airport, but still want to get out for nice food and things to do to pass the time.

Very centrally located. Older hotel that is reflected in the decor. Not much in the way for amenities. But if you want to stay right in the midde of town close to the stations then this is a good option. With frequent trains from both stations it is probably a better choice than staying at an airport hotel that requires a shuttle.

The room is bigger than a lot of Japanese business hotel. I am able to open my full suitcase and still have a lot of room. Located easily just one train station away from airport. Best option for transit customers.

I fell in love with Narita and I fell in love with Welco hotel’s convenience. I will definitely come back to Welco whenever I visit Narita/Kanto again.

Thought there’s a gym to use but it’s temporarily closed in the moment. There’s a Lawson right across from the hotel entrance, which is super convenient. The room is spacey but a bit old. Despite of that, the staff are super helpful and nice! Great experience.

Its near Narita airport , I booked it on a pick time but Well furnished accommodation for various rooms! It’s all over good!

I’d preface the review by saying the hotel is by no means filthy, but it is not sparkly clean like all the other fantastic Tokyo hotels I’ve stayed at. The hotel’s exterior and interior is terribly dated, walls covered in black mould. The hotel is confusing as well, it has 2 buildings and to get to where the rooms are (annex building) you have to go through level 3 and make your way there. It was hard to find the exit on the annex building’s ground floor, and my partner even tripped on the ‘pothole’ on the ground outside the hotel. Of course that isn’t the hotel’s fault but the location in general isn’t well-maintained. The room’s bathroom is certainly old and had a musty smell. There was no bidet. The taps were different as well, having to pull up for water. Never seen that before. Worst of all, I booked this room for the gym. But when I asked, the staff said it was not in service. At this price point, you could stay at a business hotel.
