Free shuttle service from Narita Terminal 2 to the hotel . Nice and clean. We didn't get to go around the area as it was raining.

Ideal for layover transiting to/from Narita airport. Hotel provides airport pick-up & drop-off in the morning, afternoon & evening. Although located further away from JR & Keisei line stations, there is a FamilyMart convenient store in the hotel lobby, AEON mall & restaurants nearby. Walking to Naritasan, Shinsoji Temple, and the Omotedsando Street. Rooms are larger than those in Tokyo.  Recommend to stay here 1 or 2 nights before your flight out from Narita airport or relax before taking the Keisei line to central Tokyo.

We enjoy our 3 day stay and definitely on the next visit to Japan we will book at this hotel again and again and again we love staying at Chiba❤️❤️❤️

The hotel is conveniently located, closed to a shopping mall. However, it is a little bit far from the train stations, about 1km away. The hotel provides free shuttle to and from the airport. Breakfast is very nice.

Room was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The free shuttle bus to the airport is very convenient. There are many restaurants nearby and a small shop downstairs.

Hotel near to Shopping Mall and have Free Shuttle Bus very comfortable to Airport every 1 hour. I like its quiet and flowers front yard very beautiful. Amenities have things to customers in their needs and enough. I just take rest and relax a very very warm room although cold outside. All is just reasonable

One of best breakfast offer 3 star hotel in Japan. Near to a famous temple. Kindly recommend this over night near NRT.

Location is kinda far from Narita airport but they have free shuttle service. They said it’s more crowded in the morning so I had booked it before making a reservation for hotel room. Also I didn’t know that I booked a room for three people. Amenities are to me little disappointing since there was no bottled water, hand soap and shower cap. My husband wanted to go to a pharmacy in an emergency situation, but then there was no Pharmacy near there around 22:00. We arrived around 18:30, there were many restaurants opened in walking distance but no shopping mall kinda thing. We had dinner at the closest restaurant where you can get a good hamburg steaks and bread. Hotel staffs were kind and friendly.
