Hotel a Naha con piscina

Le camere sono dotate di un'esperienza molto buona, con un bar a 24 ore, crema e bevande, un piatto pieno di shampoo e sapone per voi, che si sceglie di non essere quelli già forniti nella stanza. A terrazza della stanza, ci sono tavole, rack, scala di pesatura, e molti altri strumenti che si possono prestare. I bambini sono così carini e la spazzola dentale. Anche la loro mascotte appare di tanto in tanto!

One of the best hotels we have stayed at during our trip. The staff are very attentive and the room is spacious. The location is good, close to shopping and eatery. 10 out of 10.

Location The hotel is conveniently situated on a side street just off the main road. It’s a quiet spot but offers easy access to nearby restaurants. Service Issues • Poor Communication: I arrived an hour before the 3:00 PM check-in time. While I understood that early check-in wasn't available, the staff directed me to a small, uncomfortable bench at entrance of restaurant to wait. It was pouring rain outside, and the seating was so poor I eventually chose to go out into the rain just to kill time. I later discovered a proper reception area with comfortable seating on the 11th floor—I wish the staff had directed me there instead of the hallway. • Misleading Incentives: The hotel provides an information card stating that guests receive a 1,000 credits for skipping room cleaning. I opted out twice during my first stay but never received the credit. When I returned for a second stay and inquired about it, the receptionist told me that since I had already checked out, there was ”no proof” the room wasn't cleaned no credit can be provided. It’s small, but the lack of accountability felt deceptive. Room Quality On a positive note, the rooms are very spacious, which made the physical stay quite comfortable

Questo grande hotel, situato vicino a Kokusai-dori a Naha, è ideale per famiglie con bambini. Le camere sono spaziose e dotate di doccia e vasca. La colazione a buffet offre un'ampia varietà di deliziose opzioni. È disponibile un parcheggio attrezzato, comodo per chi viaggia in auto.

La prima notte, il check-in è stato ritardato di oltre 40 minuti a causa di un errore del personale della reception. Ci hanno persino chiesto di contattare Ctrip, solo per scoprire che il personale aveva commesso un errore con i dati di prenotazione, facendoci perdere la prenotazione al ristorante. La posizione dell'hotel è estremamente scomoda. Sebbene sembri a 10-20 minuti a piedi da Kokusai-dori, centri commerciali e ristoranti, l'intero percorso è collinare, rendendo i taxi il mezzo di trasporto principale. Il ristorante per la colazione in stile occidentale aveva un'atmosfera e un servizio buoni, offrendo una scelta di cinque portate principali. Durante il nostro soggiorno di tre notti, la nostra famiglia di quattro persone ha provato quasi tutto e il sapore generale era buono, sebbene la selezione a buffet fosse limitata. I miei genitori hanno provato la colazione giapponese una volta e, a quanto pare, l'hanno trovata mediocre. La piscina esterna era piccola ma immersa nel verde, creando un ambiente piacevole. Lo shampoo dell'hotel è stato una grande delusione; non ne usavo uno così scadente da molto tempo. Nel complesso, non consiglierei di soggiornare in questo hotel.

We arrived almost midnight after a long day, looking forward to a good rest. The room (Deluxe Twin) was okay and comfortable, nothing much to complain about. However, the service was quite disappointing. We booked a Deluxe Twin under one name and naturally expected breakfast for two persons. Upon check-in, we were told breakfast was only for one, and we had to top up more than ¥5,000 for the second person. That was quite a surprise. What made it worse was the receptionist repeatedly making remarks in Japanese mentioning “Singaporean” during the conversation. Even if we didn’t fully understand everything, the tone and body language were uncomfortable and unnecessary. After a long journey, you really hope for warm hospitality — unfortunately, this was not the experience we had. Just sharing our experience.

Ho passato molto tempo qui. Rispetto al prezzo, questo hotel vi dà tanta soddisfazione. Ero davvero soddisfatto. Rispetto ad altri hotel in Giappone, la camera era molto ampia e così pulita. Puoi usare il bagno e rilassarti anche. Mi piaceva vedere tutte le visione della città di Naha da questo hotel. Anche io ho goduto il tempo in piscina infinita al terzo piano. Anche se non ho avuto la possibilità di guardare intorno alla visione panoramica del 15° piano. (Ho dimenticato di salire 😅) Per favore, andate al 15° piano e controllate la vista panoramica. Anche se il tempo era molto cattivo (per tutto il giorno pioveva 🥲) durante la mia visita a Okinawa, rimanere in questo hotel mi ha fatto sentire bene. Grazie.

Bella camera e hotel. Nell'hotel lobby c'è un 7-11 che è molto conveniente. - La flessibilità del personale del desk front needs to improve. Check in at 2pm, arrive 1.30pm. Il personale ha ancora voluto vendere per il check in precoce. Questo è qualcosa fuori dalla persona / squadra ordinaria può pensare! - poco dopo il check-in, mi rendo conto che la piscina è chiusa fino a giugno/luglio. Il servizio dovrebbe essere recuperato.Esempio: check-in precoce, colazione complementare e così via. - the fitness Center may add in some machine since it’s have the space.

L'hotel situato nella collina, che guida o taxi è l'unico modo di andare. C'è un negozio di comodità all'hotel, provando snack e necessità.  Il personale è gentile con buon comando inglese. Possono rispondere con precisione alle domande.  La dimensione della camera  è decente, e il letto è grande e comodo.

Впечатление об отеле двоякое. Не новый конечно, но и не обветшалый. Номер понравился, очень просторный и удобный, ковровое покрытие чистое, не пыльное. Освещения не достаточно. Софиты расположены странно. Уборка хорошая. Прожили 4 дня, убирали 1 раз. Расположение не идеальное. Низкая транспортная доступность. До станции монорельса далеко, но в трех минутах ходьбы есть автобусная остановка, можно легко добраться до нужного пункта. Напротив отеля продуктовый супермаркет. Это замечательно, там есть готовые продукты. Голодным, точно не останешься. Завтрак в отеле очень понравился, все вкусное, даже готовили вагю. Мясо нежнейшее, повара отличные. Отрытый бассейн не работал и это очень огорчило, так как было очень жарко и мы мечтали в нем купаться. Крытый бассейн комфортный. Вода в Онсене очень горячая, расслабиться в нем не удалось. Правда содержится в чистоте со всеми сопутствующими принадлежностями. Перемещение по отелю не удобное, запутанное и очень долгое. Номер выбрали с балконом. Стульев и столика на балконе нет. Сушилки для вещей нет, веревочек для сушки одежды нет, но в отеле бассейны и Онсен, а это предполагает стирку и сушку купальников и плавательной одежды. В целом вроде и не плохо, но есть нюансы. Персонал очень доброжелательный, отзывчивый. Благодарим за хорошо проведенное время.
