I loved the pool as well but be aware that day time is free but from 7pm - it will cost 1,000 yen per person (comes with one drink) Amazing hot tub so I thought it was worth it.
Many travelers from around the world staying here.
I think it is a nice causal stay either solo or with friend & Family.
One thing I noticed (you may notice too) is that the bathroom smelled just a little. It may be from the pool above.

Ho prenotato al buio il LA'GENT Naha ad aprile e non mi ha deluso! Ho completato il check-in e ritirato i servizi alla reception in pochi minuti, poi sono andato nella mia splendida camera da letto nuova di zecca al 12° piano, che offriva una splendida vista libera sul centro di Naha. La colazione del mattino era freschissima e il caffè delizioso, che delizia.
L'hotel si trova probabilmente nella posizione migliore: vicino alla metropolitana, ai centri commerciali e anche al porto dei traghetti per le escursioni giornaliere verso le altre isole di Okinawa.

The breakfast buffet is quite good.
We stayed in the hotel on the New Year’s Eve and the New Year Day. They offer festive food which is impressive to tourists.

You need to pay for the spa, but worth the money.
However the WiFi is TERRIBLE. You connected it but never works.

Posizione: Nella periferia della città di Naha - 15 minuti di auto da un aeroporto (permesso di traffico) e da un centro città. Anche all'interno del quartiere di luce rossa non è raccomandato di andare a piedi a notte (vedi foto)
Parcheggio: L'hotel dispone di parcheggio limitato all'interno delle sale per 1.500 yen al giorno (ma non limitato di guidare in e fuori parcheggio), e deve prenotare all'hotel alle 11 (pertanto se arrivate alla notte dovrete almeno ordinare la prima notte da soli) . Ci sono piccoli parchi auto attrezzati intorno alla zona, ma in primo luogo, i parchi auto sono piccoli, quindi non sono garantite spazi e, in secondo luogo, i parchi auto sono situati tra diversi hotel amore. Il migliore trovato (in termini di posizione e sicurezza) è uno a Costa Village ESPANA che è a 5 minuti a piedi dall'hotel (500 yen per notte e 700 yen parco di giorno) (vedi foto)
Camera: Molto piccola (cioè standard giapponese semi-due), ma il bagno è spazioso con strutture onsen

The hot spa was nice but the staff didn’t seem like they knew much. Parking is confusing, I arrived early was told to park at the parking tower then was directed to park to a lot of the right. Had to tell them about my parking then they charged me 1800 yen. Note there’s a 800 yen parking lot across from the hotel.

CC_PWe booked our stay here thinking that, for the hefty price tag, access to a lounge would be included as standard. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to learn that wasn’t the case. Had we known this upfront, we likely would have chosen a different, more affordable hotel *WITH* a lounge access. That said, the location is fantastic if you want to be right next to the action of Kokusaidori. The facilities are top-notch, and the rooms are incredibly spacious, which was a nice surprise. A highlight of our stay was the restaurant staff, who were exceptional. Breakfast was first class, with high-quality ingredients and a pastry selection that was probably the best we've had at a hotel in Japan. The staff made us feel incredibly welcome and well taken care of, adding to the overall positive experience during breakfast. Overall, while the price didn't quite meet our expectations, the excellent location, impressive facilities, and outstanding service—especially from the restaurant team—made the stay memorable.

SsandyhowThe hotel was generally clean and comfortable, with the added convenience of a 24-hour English-speaking receptionist. However, the check-in process was a bit chaotic due to the small lobby space. There were only 2 automated check-in kiosks and 1 manual counter, which wasn’t sufficient to handle the crowd. During our check-in, the lobby was packed with guests waiting, making it feel cramped and disorganized.
We booked a standard triple room, which felt just barely adequate for two people. There was hardly any space to place our luggage comfortably. One major issue was the door stopper located in the middle of the walkway — it was quite hazardous, and I accidentally hit my foot on it several times during our stay. Bathroom is wet-dry separated. Bath tub included.
On the positive side, the location is very convenient. It's just a 1-minute walk to Miebashi Station, a 10-minute walk to Kokusai-dori, and about 5-minutes to several convenience stores. Parking is available for 1,500 yen per night, which is slightly above the average rate in the Naha area. Also worth noting: there is no microwave in the room. The only one available is located on Level 2, along with the laundry area, where washing costs range from 300 to 500 yen.

I took the TK02 bus from Okinawa Naha International Airport and got off at Kokusai-dori Entrance Station. It took about 12 minutes and cost ¥240. Ryumao Department Store is right here. It took another 5 minutes to reach the Comfort Hotel Naha Prefectural Office. The transportation is very convenient. There are restaurants, bakeries, convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. G/F has coffee and hot water for guests to enjoy at any time. The free continental buffet breakfast does not have many varieties, but it is sufficient and delicious. The hotel room is about 85% new. It has a 4.5-foot double bed. Although the room is small, it can accommodate two 20-inch suitcases. It has a small table, a small seat, a TV, an electric kettle, a clothes rack, a small refrigerator and a small wallet. The power supply is sufficient, the sheets and duvet covers are white and clean, the split air conditioner is cold enough, and the WIFI is fast. The small toilet and bathroom are separated from wet and dry, and there is a bathtub. The tap water is clear and can be boiled for drinking. The toilet drains quickly and the hot water in the shower is OK. This hotel is cost-effective. I will consider it again when I come to Okinawa.

- only 2 slow elevators serving 13 floors, long queue in the morning during checkout.

Zero sonoroprotezione! Ci sono tutte queste regole che ci dicono “no chiamate, state calmi”, ma si può sentire tutti le porte sbattute nella sala e usare il secchetto e lavatrice di capelli alla notte. C'era anche un gran rumore dalla strada, che fossero feste di notte o bambini che urlavano durante il giorno. Ero fino a tre di notte a causa di persone sia all'interno che all'esterno. Le pareti sono così sottili, che potevo ascoltare sniffare dalla stanza accanto a me. Perché ci sono tutte queste regole sul suono, ma è ancora così alto? ! Ci dicono: “per favore, continua a chiamare la zona comune”, ma la finestra della zona comune è anche sulla strada, quindi ho dovuto prendere una chiamata di lavoro con le sirene che urlano attraverso la zona.
La stanza era anche congelata. Era 17-20 gradi fuori dalla maggior parte dei giorni, e anche nella hall era buona la temperatura. Ma nella mia stanza, mi sentivo come se fosse 12. Ho dovuto pagare per affittare pigiama extra da loro perché era così freddo alla notte. E c'era sempre un vento che veniva da qualche parte nella mia stanza! Ma perché non c'era nessuna AC controllata individualmente, non c'era niente che potessi fare. Potrei sentirmi malato qui

- There was noise from the upper floor as well as structural noises, like from the bathroom door and shower room, which disrupted our rest.
- Traffic noise was also audible in the room, which might be an issue for light sleepers.
Overall, the hotel’s location and spacious rooms are definite highlights, perfect for just staying and travelling in and around the city.
But the service, noise, and other inconveniences might not make it the best option for those looking for a relaxing stay.

AAdele BrielleMolto valore per soldi! La stanza era una buona dimensione, le strutture erano sufficienti. Cambio di legno (per richiesta) ogni giorno e dato nuovi asciugamani ogni giorno. La colazione inclusa era buona, ci sono varie opzioni da scegliere, il loro riso taco era delizioso! A proposito 15-17 min passeggiata a kokusai dori. Stazioni di treno e autobus camminano a distanza 5-7 min.
