UUtente ospiteNice four star 🌟 hotel that’s easy to find, well located and close to the monorail and downtown Naha. Room was good, bit dusty but fine. Lovely toiletries & comfy bed. Service could do with a smile and a friendly welcome as was efficient but offhand.

UUtente ospiteI love this hotel! Exterior + interior! It looks classy and sophisticated! Carpark is just opposite the hotel if you need to park your rental car there. It is 1500 yen per night, but it is on a first come, first served basis. Otherwise, they will direct you to a nearby parking area if it is full.
Language wise, no issues, they will understand and converse in English. WIFI is strong, with no connection issues so far. Room wise is big enough for us, bigger than I have expected for a standard room. Amenities are great. They have in room safe + hair dryer + coffee machine with capsules + air freshener spray for fabrics, and it smelled so nice! They even have a bathtub for standard room! Toilet seat always feel so warm and comfy with their warmer and shower, taps, toilet, and sink are all in good condition. Water power is strong! They even have a full-length mirror for those who wanna make up with ease or check their clothings prior to heading out. There are also 2 umbrellas in the room for usage in case it is raining. Toilet amenities are plentiful, ranging from bath towel, shower cap, toothbrush for both kid and adult, facial cotton, cotton buds, comb, razor, rubber bands, bath salts, shampoo, conditioner, hand and body wash and cream. Not forgetting the mineral water in the room, too, plus complimentary cookies from the hotel! Also, bathroom slippers and bath robes are also provided as well for those who need them. The pillows and mattresses feel so comfy, and every night is a wonderful sleep! Feel so touched and pleased with its tip-top service and amenities. Thumbs up!
Breakfast wise, I can not comment as I choose the room without breakfast as there are plentiful eateries nearby, and some open as early as 8am.
There is nothing else to fault for the stay as everything is so wonderful! Highly recommended!

JjaybbHad a packed itinerary on this day so only spent the night and checked out early morning for our flight. As compared to the other hotel rooms in Okinawa, this was the smallest we had for 3 pax - it was very squeezy.
The room was clean with a comfy bed and pillows. Even the lighting was dimmable. Charging points available against each bed. TV came with Netflix, YouTube and Prime Video apps for your own login. And quite near to the monorail station - walk for about less than 10mins.
Friendly polite staff. They kept our luggage as the check in was strictly at 3pm, while we went shopping at Kokusai. There's a Donki nearby too and 7-Eleven, Family Mart as well.

UUtente ospiteMia madre, 74 anni, si è ustionata quando una tazza che stava sollevando nella guesthouse si è rotta verso le 23:00. Ha chiesto al proprietario di casa una pomata per le ustioni, ma poiché aveva bevuto, non poteva guidare per comprare le medicine. Il proprietario mi ha solo detto di andare in ospedale o di chiamarle un taxi. Ho dovuto continuare ad applicare impacchi di ghiaccio per alleviare il dolore fino a dopo le 4 del mattino. Il proprietario ha spiegato che era dovuto alle differenze nella cultura giapponese del vetro, ma perché non avevano messo un cartello accanto al bicchiere che indicasse che non poteva essere usato con acqua calda? Questo mi ha fatto arrabbiare ancora di più. Il nostro viaggio non è potuto iniziare come previsto e ora abbiamo delle vesciche. Abbiamo anche mal di testa per la mancanza di sonno, per fortuna abbiamo delle medicine per il mal di testa. Questo incidente mi ha fatto sentire molto strana riguardo alla cultura di Okinawa. Questo era il secondo giorno del mio primo viaggio a Okinawa con mia madre e l'itinerario di oggi ne è stato decisamente influenzato. Sono molto delusa.
Inoltre (non avevo intenzione di lamentarmi), il materasso sul pavimento è così sottile che non è adatto alla maggior parte delle persone. La qualità del materasso in un'altra guesthouse in cui ho soggiornato a Okinawa era di gran lunga inferiore. È chiaro che non hanno minimamente considerato il comfort dell'utente.

What stood out most was how effortlessly everything worked—from stepping out of the international arrivals hall to checking into the compact cabin in just a few minutes. Despite its airport location, the space felt calm, with soft lighting and well-kept shared facilities that never felt crowded. The cabin itself was simple but thoughtfully arranged, providing enough privacy and comfort for a refreshing rest. Early-morning departures became stress-free, as I could reach the check-in counters without rushing. For travelers who value efficiency and a quiet place to reset between flights, this hotel delivers exceptional convenience.

JJoannenceLa camera singola era perfetta per una persona senza bagagli enormi e il letto era comodo. Il prezzo era molto ragionevole nonostante la posizione a due passi dalla stazione di Omoromachi. L'hotel era dotato di numerosi servizi, il che lo rendeva molto comodo. L'hotel non offre il check-in anticipato gratuito e l'onsen pubblico è piccolo e aperto solo in determinati orari. Il parcheggio è molto limitato e costoso (1100 yen a notte) e ogni sera dovevamo parcheggiare dall'altra parte del parco (3 minuti a piedi) perché il parcheggio dell'hotel era pieno. Un po' scomodo perché pioveva quasi tutte le sere. Tuttavia, il prezzo ne vale sicuramente la pena.

TTellaWe chose this hotel for the pool and close proximity to both the monorail and the ferry ticket office.
It was ideal for this reason. The pool was nice and quiet during the day.

We went to Naminoue beach, about 25-30min walk away - we tried the bus according google maps but the bus didnt arrive as expected.
For the rest, the hotel is clean and comfortable and decent size rooms. the washing machines are busy in the evening but convenient for use.
The area around the hotel I wouldnt really recommend for families - its a little rundown and had a bit of a strange vibe, not as welcoming as other parts of Japan. Still clean and seems safe, but our least favourite area during our 3 week trip.

- La camera era spaziosa e molto confortevole.
- L'hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione, a pochi passi dal centro di Naha, dalla via dello shopping e dal castello di Shurijo.
- Ci sono molti negozi nelle vicinanze, il che lo rende comodo per cenare e fare shopping.
- Poiché l'hotel si trova leggermente fuori dal centro città, il traffico è meno congestionato, il che rende più facile spostarsi.
Cose da considerare:
- L'hotel era affollato di uomini d'affari, probabilmente a causa delle sale per eventi in loco.
- C'era un notevole odore di fumo nella hall e nel seminterrato, dove il seminterrato è l'uscita per il parcheggio.
- Nessun servizio di parcheggio e riconsegna auto e il parcheggio ha uno spazio limitato.
- C'è un costo per il parcheggio al giorno (va bene anche l'ingresso multiplo).
- Il personale non è stato molto disponibile, dal check-in al check-out.
- C'erano rumori dal piano superiore e rumori strutturali, come quelli della porta del bagno e della doccia, che hanno disturbato il nostro riposo. - Anche il rumore del traffico era udibile nella stanza, il che potrebbe essere un problema per chi ha il sonno leggero.
Nel complesso, la posizione dell'hotel e le camere spaziose sono sicuramente punti di forza, perfetti per soggiornare e viaggiare dentro e intorno alla città.
Ma il servizio, il rumore e altri inconvenienti potrebbero non renderlo la scelta migliore per chi cerca un soggiorno rilassante.
