Hotel con colazione a Naha

Love the excellent location which is just 5 mins walk to Makishi Station and Kokusaidori Shopping street. There's family mart and Cargoes supermarket at L1 and linked to car park. The room is clean and consider spacious. We can choose either to make up room or change towels every day. It would be good if hotel can also provides shower cap. The staff are friendly and helpful. I think it deserves as a 4 stars hotel instead of 3 stars as it exceeded our expectations.

Situato a pochi minuti da Kokusai Street, è molto comodo da raggiungere in auto. Nelle vicinanze si trovano minimarket e numerosi ristoranti. La camera offre una bella vista sulla città. È ben attrezzata e include una macchina per il caffè a capsule. Nel complesso, un'esperienza positiva. Il parcheggio costa 1500 yen a notte.

ReTime located just shy away from Asahibashi station and a perfect walking distance from KOKUSAI DORI shopping street, tourist spots and various supermarkets. The hotel offers capsule rooms, family rooms and a cabin themed room where you are assigned either a top or bottom bunk. You also receive free slippers and borrow sleepwear during your stay. The hotel also offers complimentary basic amenities such as toothbrush, comb, shower caps, razors if you need them. At the lobby, there’s a beautiful wooden set of keyed lockers to choose to put away your shoes upon entering the building. The common space is cleaned very frequently, almost every few hours (Japan's standards will make you rethink your definition of cleanliness) and where guests can eat and drink (water and additional soft drinks provided, there's also a vending machine with a nice selection of snacks). The space very pleasantly airy with lots of sun, and overall a nice place to work, snack or relax as the cabin and capsule rooms have no windows. I loved the creativity as you are essentially sharing a bunk bed with privacy that’s provided with a sliding screen door. It’s decent, with adequate room for luggage but few may struggle if the luggage is quite large as the aisle can be a bit narrow. This can be reflected from your neighbour next door at times~! I found overall it was very comfortable and I was assigned the top bunk during my long stay. The bed is clean, with complimentary cleaning on the 7th day (10am-3pm), and there’s a decent sized desk. The privacy of the cabin room is definitely the main highlight about ReTime if one wishes for privacy but reduced budget than a standard hotel room. A slight issue with this kind of arrangement is shutting the screen doors may end up being noisy (the screen door naturally reduces soundproofing). However having stayed for quite some time, I found the bed and room overall very comfortable and decently spaced. If I stayed longer, this would not be an issue as the bed was quite spacious personally. The shower option as opposed to the public onsen baths is much appreciated as 1) some women are not comfortable with the public baths, and 2) when that time of the month happens...this would reassure future guests planning to come to ReTime. The additional complimentary ammeties such as toner, cleanser and lotion were surpising and great to use also. Some crticisms regarding the stay: upon entering, I was told check in was at 4pm, which is quite later than average . I found a coin locker nearby but would have liked to be informed I could have stayed in the common area until check in if desired. It was a bit dissapointing as I could have saved a few hundred yen and energy after a flight. The washing machine instruction was unclear as the yellow button had to be pressed before scanning the touch bracelet, the step which is not in the images, and the staff member assisting was a bit rude (it likely shows the issue with this particular step had occurred many times). Perhaps putting some numbered stickers may help with step by step - especially turning that yellow button to green. Overall it’s a positive experience to recharge and stay long term, however I personally found that the service can be improved. The hotel is conveniently located. It is opposite a big bus terminal and easy to get to/from the airport. There are many eateries nearby. Room cleaning is done every 3 days. However hotel will provide clean towels and water everyday. Additional cleaning comes with a fee. There is a public bath which can be very crowded in the evening. We had to queue sometimes. Breakfast buffet offers variety which is nice. Our room has a good view and we find the staff helpful and friendly.

Location The hotel is conveniently situated on a side street just off the main road. It’s a quiet spot but offers easy access to nearby restaurants. Service Issues • Poor Communication: I arrived an hour before the 3:00 PM check-in time. While I understood that early check-in wasn't available, the staff directed me to a small, uncomfortable bench at entrance of restaurant to wait. It was pouring rain outside, and the seating was so poor I eventually chose to go out into the rain just to kill time. I later discovered a proper reception area with comfortable seating on the 11th floor—I wish the staff had directed me there instead of the hallway. • Misleading Incentives: The hotel provides an information card stating that guests receive a 1,000 credits for skipping room cleaning. I opted out twice during my first stay but never received the credit. When I returned for a second stay and inquired about it, the receptionist told me that since I had already checked out, there was ”no proof” the room wasn't cleaned no credit can be provided. It’s small, but the lack of accountability felt deceptive. Room Quality On a positive note, the rooms are very spacious, which made the physical stay quite comfortable

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Soggiorno meraviglioso al Mercure Okinawa Il nostro soggiorno al Mercure Okinawa è stato eccellente sotto ogni aspetto. Il personale è stato cordiale e accogliente, la nostra camera era pulita e confortevole e la posizione non potrebbe essere più comoda. Anche se abbiamo scelto di mangiare nei numerosi ristoranti deliziosi raggiungibili con una breve corsa in monorotaia, le opzioni di ristorazione dell'hotel ci sono sembrate allettanti. Una breve nota sui trasporti: l'hotel offre il noleggio auto, ma abbiamo avuto un'esperienza fantastica con Flight Rent a Car nelle vicinanze e lo consigliamo. 5/5 - Sceglieremmo sicuramente di nuovo il Mercure Okinawa per la nostra prossima visita! Il perfetto mix di comfort e praticità.

L'hotel è nuovissimo e il check-in si fa all'ultimo piano. Il personale parla inglese e la maggior parte delle richieste possono essere gestite in autonomia, il che rende il processo molto efficiente e ben progettato. Abbiamo soggiornato ai piani alti, ma onestamente non ne è valsa la pena. L'hotel è un po' distante dal mare e dai piani alti si vede solo uno scorcio della città. Un piccolo neo è la posizione non proprio comodissima per i trasporti. Dalla stazione ci vogliono circa sette-otto minuti a piedi e molte linee di autobus non passano vicino alla stazione di Miebashi. Bisogna prendere il tram e poi cambiare autobus. Se si prevede di fare escursioni giornaliere a nord di Naha o alle isole circostanti senza noleggiare un'auto o prendere un taxi, potrebbe essere un po' scomodo. La colazione era deliziosa! 😋

Staying at First Cabin Naha Airport offered a surprisingly seamless experience for a short transit night. What stood out most was how effortlessly everything worked—from stepping out of the international arrivals hall to checking into the compact cabin in just a few minutes. Despite its airport location, the space felt calm, with soft lighting and well-kept shared facilities that never felt crowded. The cabin itself was simple but thoughtfully arranged, providing enough privacy and comfort for a refreshing rest. Early-morning departures became stress-free, as I could reach the check-in counters without rushing. For travelers who value efficiency and a quiet place to reset between flights, this hotel delivers exceptional convenience.

Arrivammo quasi a mezzanotte dopo un lungo giorno, in attesa di un buon riposo.La stanza (Deluxe Twin) era ben e confortevole, non c'era molto da lamentarsi. Tuttavia, il servizio è stato deludente. Abbiamo prenotato un Deluxe Twin con un nome e naturalmente si aspettava un colazione per due persone. Quando ci sono entrate, ci è stato detto che il colazione era solo per una persona, e abbiamo dovuto alzare più di 5000 per la seconda persona. È stata una sorpresa. Il peggiore è stato che il ricevitore ha ripetutamente commentato in giapponese che durante la conversazione ha menzionato “Singapore”. Anche se non abbiamo pienamente capito tutto, il tono e la lingua corporea erano inconfortabili e inutili. Dopo un lungo viaggio, si spera davvero di una calda ospite', purtroppo, non è stata l'esperienza che abbiamo avuto. Condividere solo la nostra esperienza.

Il Naha Seaside Hotel è generalmente buono, è un hotel a 3 stelle. Si trova in un'ottima posizione, vicino all'aeroporto e raggiungibile tramite la stazione monorotaia di Asahibashi. Le camere sono spaziose e dotate di balcone, alcune con vista mare. La colazione è ricca di prelibatezze locali, il servizio è attento e il personale è entusiasta e multilingue.
