Hotel con balcone a Naha

Close to the centre of international street, a few mins walk to Donki. It’s always nice to have kitchen and washing machine and dryer (you need to pay for detergent for 100 JPY).

Location The hotel is conveniently situated on a side street just off the main road. It’s a quiet spot but offers easy access to nearby restaurants. Service Issues • Poor Communication: I arrived an hour before the 3:00 PM check-in time. While I understood that early check-in wasn't available, the staff directed me to a small, uncomfortable bench at entrance of restaurant to wait. It was pouring rain outside, and the seating was so poor I eventually chose to go out into the rain just to kill time. I later discovered a proper reception area with comfortable seating on the 11th floor—I wish the staff had directed me there instead of the hallway. • Misleading Incentives: The hotel provides an information card stating that guests receive a 1,000 credits for skipping room cleaning. I opted out twice during my first stay but never received the credit. When I returned for a second stay and inquired about it, the receptionist told me that since I had already checked out, there was ”no proof” the room wasn't cleaned no credit can be provided. It’s small, but the lack of accountability felt deceptive. Room Quality On a positive note, the rooms are very spacious, which made the physical stay quite comfortable

La camera era molto pulita e ordinata. A circa 10 minuti a piedi dal porto di Tomari e a circa 15 minuti a piedi da un'estremità della via dello shopping Kokusai-Dori. Ci sono anche molti izakaya e ristoranti da provare nei dintorni! C'erano due posti auto al piano terra, al costo di 1000 yen a notte. Ci sono anche altri parcheggi a pagamento intorno all'edificio, e la reception può fornire maggiori informazioni al riguardo. Il detersivo per il bucato costava 50 yen per una piccola confezione (per un lavaggio), mentre l'ammorbidente costava circa 100 yen. La lavatrice e l'asciugatrice in camera funzionavano perfettamente. Un appunto: ho contattato la struttura tramite Trip.com per informazioni sul parcheggio più di una settimana prima del mio arrivo e ho ricevuto risposta solo il giorno prima, quando mi hanno chiesto a che ora sarei arrivato. Non so se sia stato un problema di Trip.com. Nel complesso, un ottimo posto dove soggiornare, lo consiglio, soprattutto se dovete prendere un traghetto di prima mattina dal porto di Tomari per una delle isole in giornata :)

The location is super convenient — the bus stop is right in front of the hotel, and the train station is only about 200 meters away (less than a 2-minute walk) 🚶♀️ However, the room feels very boxy and there was no proper air-conditioning. It was quite hot, and even after asking the staff to fix it, the room was still uncomfortable 🔥 The air ventilation is weak, and unfortunately the toilet had a very strong unpleasant smell. 😧 Because of this, I honestly couldn’t stay any longer

1. C'è un Lawson al piano di sotto, un 7-11 e un FamilyMart nelle vicinanze, quindi è perfetto per chi torna a casa tardi. 2. Questa volta abbiamo prenotato una camera doppia. È un piccolo appartamento con un soppalco al piano terra, quindi lo spazio è limitato e disporre i bagagli è un po' complicato. Il lato positivo è che può creare un po' di disordine al piano di sotto, ma la zona notte è molto pulita. 3. L'asciugacapelli ha un flusso d'aria molto basso; non c'è la lavanderia, quindi bisogna andare in una lavanderia a gettoni nelle vicinanze. L'insonorizzazione è nella media, quindi consiglio di indossare i tappi per le orecchie per evitare di essere svegliati. 4. Ogni volta che entravo in camera, sentivo un forte odore di muffa. Non so se fosse tipico di questa stanza, ma è scomparso dopo aver acceso il condizionatore. 5. Il personale della reception era composto da nonni, molto cordiali e non avevano paura di comunicare in inglese. 6. Questo soggiorno di tre notti è costato meno di NT$ 3.000, il che è un vero affare considerando la zona molto frequentata.

Sound proof could be improved. Can hear other guest talking voice outside the corridor. It would be better to provide a recycle bag for guest to bring the room slipper to the room instead of holding them with hand.

Ho usato questo hotel durante il viaggio di laurea!A causa dell'assenza di parcheggio, ho dovuto parcheggiare in un parcheggio in moneta in vicinanza, e'un po'deludente, ma a parte questo, mi piace davvero!!!!Grazie!

The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the train station.😓 The hotel room was clean.👍🏻 It's comfortable to have a terrace.👍🏻 Sufficient hot water👏🏼 There are no breakfast shops, only Family Mart stores, near the hotel.😮💨 High cost performance👍🏻

La posizione è comoda, vicino al quartiere dello shopping e a Kokusai Street, e i servizi sono puliti e l'aria condizionata è perfetta. Lo spazio di fronte alla reception è perfetto per ricaricare il telefono, sorseggiare un drink leggero o fare colazione, quindi è stato fantastico.

Вполне чисто, локация прикольная (квартал с заведениями, где работают люди древнейшей профессии, но при этом все тихо-мирно и цивильно). Минус в том, что здесь бесконтактная регистрация, а это значит, что нельзя оставить багаж до регистрации, которая только в 15:00. В остальном, за свою невысокую цену очень даже хорошо. В номере есть стиралка с сушкой, чайник, микроволновка и смарт тв. Рекомендую! На фото вид с лестницы
