"Room was perfect for the three of us - we managed to squeeze and open all our own 24” luggage in the room. The hotel was a stone throw away from Don Quijote, and several restaurants were nearby the hotel too. Would love to be back if we’re ever visiting Okinawa! But just note that the shower room has a glass door. This means that when someone is showering, the other people can’t use the basin nor toilet since they’re all in the same enclosed area."

"Hotel carino e accogliente. Siamo una famiglia di 4 persone e i 4 letti singoli erano belli, morbidi, piuttosto grandi e comodi. Anche la stanza era spaziosa. Se rimani più giorni, la stanza viene rifatta solo ogni 3 giorni. Forniscono articoli da toeletta self-service (flusso libero) che possono essere ritirati al banco del check-in. Anche la carta igienica, le pantofole e il pettine sono a flusso libero. Anche il gel da bagno, lo shampoo e il balsamo sono buoni. Il bagno ha una vasca da bagno. Se noleggi un'auto, dovresti controllare più attentamente il processo di parcheggio poiché ci sono solo 4 parcheggi associati all'hotel. Ci sono altri parcheggi pubblici nella zona che sono relativamente economici, ma dovresti affidarti alla fortuna per la disponibilità. C'è un Lawson nelle vicinanze, quindi puoi ritirare la spesa di cui hai bisogno da lì. Questo è il vantaggio poiché non ci sono molti altri servizi in giro. Il servizio dipenderà da chi hai di turno. Poiché sono rimasto una settimana. Abbiamo avuto una serie di persone di servizio molto gentili e altre che non sono così pazienti perché spesso hanno difficoltà a capire l'inglese. "Great location on Kokusai-dori, located within walking distance from the Prefectural Office monorail station, lots of food and shopping options available within a stone's throw away. Service from staff was impeccable as expected from Japanese service standards, great buffet breakfast which we added-on on our last day before checking out. The room was fine, and were already considered spacious for Japanese standards. Bath and toilet were clean and well-maintained. Our only gripe was that the room furniture was starting to get worn out, and the carpets had quite a few stains. Maybe some deep cleaning would do the job. Overall, a very good stay, and will definitely choose Gracery Naha again at the right price point."

"The hotel was generally clean and comfortable, with the added convenience of a 24-hour English-speaking receptionist. However, the check-in process was a bit chaotic due to the small lobby space. There were only 2 automated check-in kiosks and 1 manual counter, which wasn’t sufficient to handle the crowd. During our check-in, the lobby was packed with guests waiting, making it feel cramped and disorganized. We booked a standard triple room, which felt just barely adequate for two people. There was hardly any space to place our luggage comfortably. One major issue was the door stopper located in the middle of the walkway — it was quite hazardous, and I accidentally hit my foot on it several times during our stay. Bathroom is wet-dry separated. Bath tub included. On the positive side, the location is very convenient. It's just a 1-minute walk to Miebashi Station, a 10-minute walk to Kokusai-dori, and about 5-minutes to several convenience stores. Parking is available for 1,500 yen per night, which is slightly above the average rate in the Naha area. Also worth noting: there is no microwave in the room. The only one available is located on Level 2, along with the laundry area, where washing costs range from 300 to 500 yen."

"Fantastic Onsen Hotel Near the Beach – Perfect for Relaxation! I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sansui Naha Ryukyu Onsen Naminoue-No-Yu. The highlight of the hotel is definitely the onsen — clean, spacious, and incredibly relaxing after a long day of exploring. It felt like a true Okinawan experience. The location is also excellent — just a short walk to Naminoue Beach, which is perfect if you want to enjoy both city life and some beach time. The area is peaceful but still close to shops and restaurants. The hotel was spotless, staff were friendly, and the amenities were great. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Naha!"

"Nest hotel was good, although small like all Japanese hotels it was clean and the location was good. It would have been good if the laundry was included in the hotel package. We rented a car and the team was super helpful but didn’t feel free to easily get the car whenever we wanted as they used a complicated system of parking the car."

Fantastico

CC_PWe booked our stay here thinking that, for the hefty price tag, access to a lounge would be included as standard. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to learn that wasn’t the case. Had we known this upfront, we likely would have chosen a different, more affordable hotel *WITH* a lounge access. That said, the location is fantastic if you want to be right next to the action of Kokusaidori. The facilities are top-notch, and the rooms are incredibly spacious, which was a nice surprise. A highlight of our stay was the restaurant staff, who were exceptional. Breakfast was first class, with high-quality ingredients and a pastry selection that was probably the best we've had at a hotel in Japan. The staff made us feel incredibly welcome and well taken care of, adding to the overall positive experience during breakfast. Overall, while the price didn't quite meet our expectations, the excellent location, impressive facilities, and outstanding service—especially from the restaurant team—made the stay memorable.

Llilym00Overall, I don’t think I would stay here again. Maybe it is worth to spend a night or two here. Details below: During my 6D5N trip, I have stayed in different hotels. This hotel had the most expensive parking by far. It was ¥2000 / night. Also the parking was a bit inconvenient since the parking area uses an elevator-system and you need a staff to operate the parking system machine to get your car each time you need to use your car. There were a lot of families with young children during my stay, not the best place if you’re looking for a quiet place to relax. There were also only 2 elevators so sometimes it takes a long time to wait for the elevators due to the crowd. The hotel provides a lot of amenities, including some daily activities from 17:00-18:00, noodles from 20:30-21:30, and free flow drinks from 10:00-22:00 (no free laundry tho). I got to try the traditional outfit dress up session, it was a good experience to quickly try on the Okinawan-style kimono. Just a personal preference, I did find their soaps and skin care products heavily scented, which I wasn’t a fan of.

AAngelineI love this hotel! Exterior + interior! It looks classy and sophisticated! Carpark is just opposite the hotel if you need to park your rental car there. It is 1500 yen per night, but it is on a first come, first served basis. Otherwise, they will direct you to a nearby parking area if it is full. Language wise, no issues, they will understand and converse in English. WIFI is strong, with no connection issues so far. Room wise is big enough for us, bigger than I have expected for a standard room. Amenities are great. They have in room safe + hair dryer + coffee machine with capsules + air freshener spray for fabrics, and it smelled so nice! They even have a bathtub for standard room! Toilet seat always feel so warm and comfy with their warmer and shower, taps, toilet, and sink are all in good condition. Water power is strong! They even have a full-length mirror for those who wanna make up with ease or check their clothings prior to heading out. There are also 2 umbrellas in the room for usage in case it is raining. Toilet amenities are plentiful, ranging from bath towel, shower cap, toothbrush for both kid and adult, facial cotton, cotton buds, comb, razor, rubber bands, bath salts, shampoo, conditioner, hand and body wash and cream. Not forgetting the mineral water in the room, too, plus complimentary cookies from the hotel! Also, bathroom slippers and bath robes are also provided as well for those who need them. The pillows and mattresses feel so comfy, and every night is a wonderful sleep! Feel so touched and pleased with its tip-top service and amenities. Thumbs up! Breakfast wise, I can not comment as I choose the room without breakfast as there are plentiful eateries nearby, and some open as early as 8am. There is nothing else to fault for the stay as everything is so wonderful! Highly recommended!

It took about 12 minutes and cost ¥240. Ryumao Department Store is right here. It took another 5 minutes to reach the Comfort Hotel Naha Prefectural Office. The transportation is very convenient. There are restaurants, bakeries, convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. G/F has coffee and hot water for guests to enjoy at any time. The free continental buffet breakfast does not have many varieties, but it is sufficient and delicious. The hotel room is about 85% new. It has a 4.5-foot double bed. Although the room is small, it can accommodate two 20-inch suitcases. It has a small table, a small seat, a TV, an electric kettle, a clothes rack, a small refrigerator and a small wallet. The power supply is sufficient, the sheets and duvet covers are white and clean, the split air conditioner is cold enough, and the WIFI is fast. The small toilet and bathroom are separated from wet and dry, and there is a bathtub. The tap water is clear and can be boiled for drinking. The toilet drains quickly and the hot water in the shower is OK. This hotel is cost-effective. I will consider it again when I come to Okinawa.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Their warm hospitality made the stay even more memorable. One highlight was onsen. The onsen was exceptional and added to the overall experience. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Okinawa, whether for business or leisure. I hope to return again in the future!
