Impeccable service from the front desk, stayed for 9 nights in Naha. There's an attached mechanical carpark right beside hotel for 1050 yen a night. Very clean hotel with nice bath tub. Room was compact with very strong wifi.
For the first one week of stay during golden week, there was all sorts of free gift from mouthwash, eye mask, yakult toner and face wash, msucle patch etc to pick up freely at the coffee booth.
The first izakaya on the left of the hotel right near the main road has really good soki ( braised pork ribs), tender n juicy.

Conveniently located close to the red light district and walking streets. Just a short drive to the airport and Itoman area.
If you are driving anything but a K-Car , you will find it difficult to find a parking spot nearby. It doesn’t help when anything taller than a Mazda CX-30 doesn’t fit inside the hotel parking lot. So if you’re on a road trip and need to stay around this hotel, choose your car carefully.
For a Japanese hotel, the customer service is definitely lacklustre. I’m happy with self check in, but when the machine doesn’t work it’s not very welcoming when the disgruntled staff are don’t feel happy to help.
The swimming pool looks amazing , but in both mornings I was there, they opened the door 15mins late. If you like a morning swim and expect a pool to be open at 7am before heading out, this is not the place for you.

The location is very unique. It’s far away but that it’s uniqueness too. It is located underneath the highway and harbor. The second floor rooms have high ceiling and face the sea. Although the hotel front faces a construction site, the room view can see big cruise ship and hear the howling winds. The first floor is also an art gallery. The room is big in terms of Japan hotel room. Has parking at 1500 yen per night.

KKI TAIL'hotel ha aperto un nuovo 𩓙 , anche se non molto, ma anche molto grande, può guardare il panorama delle strade intorno all'ultimo anno. La stanza è pulita e pulita, la posizione è molto buona. A piedi per 1 minuto è andata alla più calda e prospera strada di shopping di International
Il tipo di colazione non è ricco, ma molto delicato e buon sapore. La volta ho soggiornato in tre hotel a Okinawa. CC_PWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is located in a quiet area just off the lively Kokusaidori street. It’s a perfect spot, with only a 5-minute walk to the Kenchomae monorail stop, making it easy to get around. The Naha airport is just 20 minutes away by monorail, adding to the convenience. We stayed in the club room, which gave us access to the hotel’s lounge that offers light meals and drinks, including alcoholic options. While it's advertised as ”light meals,” it was hearty enough to serve as a full dinner, which many of the Japanese guests seemed to enjoy. One minor downside was that the male staff in the lounge could have been a bit more friendly and welcoming.
Breakfast was served in the lounge area, which felt a bit small for this purpose. However, the food was exquisitely prepared and varied. The selection was smaller than other hotels we’ve stayed at, but somehow it felt much more diverse and satisfying. The room itself was spacious, with a large window that offered beautiful views. Since it was our last night in Naha, the comfort and space made a lasting impression. All in all, this hotel provided an excellent balance of location, amenities, and comfort.

Non si può davvero aprire un bagaglio di più di 24 pollici a meno che il bagaglio non sia quello che apre davanti. Io viaggio solo con una cassa di 20 pollici, quindi è bello per me, ma non c'è molto spazio per mettere i miei ricordi (non voglio mettere sul pavimento). Se hai più di 1 grande bagaglio e pianifica di acquistare un sacco di souvenir, allora devi considerare la prenotazione di una camera o di altri hotel più grande. Tuttavia, il letto è stato più grande di quanto mostrato nelle foto. Non c'è un guardaroba, si può appendere i vostri vestiti sul rack. La temperatura più bassa della stanza è di 20 gradi, quindi a volte mi sento ancora caldo. Inoltre, l'altro svantaggio è il frigo non è freddo affatto. A circa 6 minuti a piedi al centro commerciale monorail e DFS. L'hotel è molto facile da trovare. Il centro commerciale principale è proprio all'opuscolo dell'hotel, poche negozi di comodità vicino. Meno di 10 minuti a piedi al tour locale pick up spot. Non ho provato la primavera calda e il buffet colazione, ma ci sono molti ristoranti nel centro commerciale. Il quartiere è tranquillo e non così pieno di strada internazionale.

- There are many shops nearby, making it convenient for dining and shopping.
- Since the hotel is located slightly outside the city center, traffic is less congested, which makes getting around easier.
Things to consider:
- The hotel was crowded with businessmen, likely due to the event halls onsite.
- There was a noticeable smoke smell in the lobby and basement floor, where the basement is the exit to the parking lot.
- No valet parking and the parking lot is limited in space.
- There is a charge for parking per day (multi-entry is okay).
- The staff were not very supportive, from check-in to check-out.
- There was noise from the upper floor as well as structural noises, like from the bathroom door and shower room, which disrupted our rest.
- Traffic noise was also audible in the room, which might be an issue for light sleepers.
Overall, the hotel’s location and spacious rooms are definite highlights, perfect for just staying and travelling in and around the city.
But the service, noise, and other inconveniences might not make it the best option for those looking for a relaxing stay.
