Hotel a Firenze con piscina

Adatto per guidare da sola, l'ambiente è molto bello

È a pochi passi dal centro della città, ma camere molto belle con cucina. Ci è una bella piscina all'aperto e il sistema di riscaldamento sarà installato presto. Buona trasporto pubblico a Firenze. Molto gentile persone. Si prega di prenotare la tavola per cena per evitare disappuntamenti, poiché non c'è altro ristorante vicino a piedi.

In Italia è un hotel molto soddisfatto. Il servizio è buono. La posizione è anche buona. La decorazione dell'hotel è anche buona. In generale, un hotel fantastico. Il giorno dell'amore è in corso. L'hotel ha inviato due bicchieri di champagne 🍾

Ottimo hotel. Posizione eccellente e comoda per la maggior parte delle attrazioni. Check-in piacevole e posso affermare che tutto il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile. Ci è stata assegnata una camera fantastica (upgrade gratuito). Angolo cottura con zona salotto, ampia camera da letto con letto e cuscini confortevoli. Bagno grande con una vasca idromassaggio enorme. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questo hotel.

Villa Tortorelli is a charming mix between a bed-and-breakfast and a hotel. My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible. Check-in & First Impressions The first thing to note is that the villa is designed to work with automated check-in processes, which is great for most travelers. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect. One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues. Room & Comfort I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning. The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily. One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets. Breakfast Experience The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right. The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. One Minor Issue The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable. Final Thoughts Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

Servizi: Le strutture sono piuttosto nuove, diciamo di livello 3-4 stelle in Cina. L'ascensore è molto piccolo, si riempie con tre persone e due valigie. La disposizione dei corridoi è piuttosto strana, in alcuni piani alcune stanze richiedono di salire alcuni gradini. Sfortunatamente, ero io quello che doveva portare su diverse valigie enormi su questi gradini. Ho fatto il check-in all'una del mattino e mi hanno assegnato una stanza al secondo piano di fronte alla strada, incredibilmente rumorosa. La metropolitana leggera circola fino all'una del mattino circa e ricomincia molto presto al mattino, quindi è impossibile dormire bene. Pessimo! Pulizia: La pulizia era decente, ma gli asciugamani nuovi venivano appoggiati casualmente sul lavandino e i rifiuti usati sul lavandino non erano stati completamente rimossi. Ambiente: L'arredamento generale è molto strano, tutto colorato. Servizio: È come gli hotel economici in Cina, non c'è un vero servizio. In precedenza, quando ero in Cina, avevo soggiornato all'Indigo mentre ero a Shangri-La e avevo un'ottima impressione, quindi questa volta ho scelto appositamente l'Indigo, ma la delusione è stata enorme. In futuro ci penserò due volte. L'unico vantaggio è la vicinanza alla stazione.

Le camere dell'hotel erano bellissime e pulite! Offrivano numerosi prodotti di cortesia usa e getta, tra cui pantofole e lozione per il corpo, cosa piuttosto rara negli hotel europei. La nostra camera aveva un piccolo balcone con una splendida vista sulla piscina e sul bosco circostante. Sebbene la colazione non fosse di mio gusto, la varietà era abbondante, con tanto di miele e favo. La reception offriva un servizio di deposito bagagli gratuito. L'hotel metteva a disposizione ombrelli a manico lungo da prendere in prestito gratuitamente, un gesto molto apprezzato visto che quel giorno pioveva. L'unico inconveniente è che, pur essendo molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Firenze in linea d'aria, la distanza a piedi dalla stazione all'hotel è piuttosto lunga. Per uscire dalla stazione bisogna scendere una rampa di scale, il che è scomodo con bagagli ingombranti. La camminata fino all'hotel con i bagagli sembrava ancora più lunga, soprattutto agli incroci dove il semaforo è debole e la mappa poco chiara, rendendo facile perdersi. Tuttavia, lo consiglio vivamente. Gli interni dell'hotel erano molto ben tenuti e il personale della reception è stato molto paziente e gentile. Se dovessi tornare a Firenze, sceglierei sicuramente di nuovo questo hotel; il prezzo è davvero ragionevole.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo campeggio a ottobre. Il posto era molto pulito e ben tenuto, ma è piuttosto lontano dal centro città. Al mattino, arrivarci è abbastanza facile, ma la sera gli autobus sono spesso sovraffollati. Dato che ce ne sono solo due all'ora, a volte non si riesce nemmeno a salire. I servizi sono complessivamente buoni, anche se l'acqua calda è limitata: le docce durano al massimo 10 minuti. Se campeggiate in tenda, assicuratevi di accendere il riscaldamento di notte, perché dopo il tramonto fa molto freddo.

Brutte esperienze con questo hotel Hilton. Non dovrebbe chiamarsi Hilton. 1) La mia prenotazione non è stata trovata nel sistema. Quindi ho dovuto aspettare quasi un'ora prima di avere la camera, che erano quasi le 22:00. 2) Mi è stato detto che dovevo contattare trip.com la mattina dopo per la mia prenotazione. Ho notato che l'operatore del servizio clienti di trip.com è stato molto attento e ha risolto il problema immediatamente la mattina successiva. 3) Il telefono in camera era fuori servizio. Ho chiesto alla reception di farlo riparare mentre ero fuori, ma al mio ritorno era ancora fuori servizio. Quindi, ogni volta che volevo assistenza, dovevo recarmi alla reception.

I was there with my wife for 7 days-6 nights. The location is great, we used it as a base for our daily trips by car. The Apartment was ok, the water in the bathroom sink couldnt go throught fast, which was not that nice. The reception in the night shaft was very kind and friendly. The reception in the day shaft was very uncomfortable, he discussed every single word you said and never try to solve your problems in an easy way. As we checked in, the night shaft told us after we have asked that we could get 1 time free cleaning cause we are staying for 7 days. I told the day reception one day before, and the day after we called and asked when they are comming? The answers were like you are asking a politician why he lost in his elections. Welllll we dont knoww, maybe 10, maybe 3pm, we said sir we want to go out, we dont want to do that before we close our door and be sure that no body is comming. Again he started to philosophize every single explanation. Alot of other examples. In general, the employee can be a problem solver, or making it more complicated. Te kind thing was that i asked him to print me two papers, he did (after telling me to go to the website and search for their email during he has a business card in his hands). The breakfast for extra 12 euro per person was not good, unhealthy, and very very simple and cheap. Not even a fresh juice (juice machine full with sugar instead). First day not any kind of egg, we asked why, they said it is sunday we didnt get egg! Only mini croissants, mini butter, jam, toast, bread, little of salad leaves, if you dont catch the first dish of fresh tomato, you will not see it again. I would not pay more than 5 euro for this breakfast. The place itself was very calm, green, big, and beautiful. It is on the top of the mountain, you have a wonderful restaurant nearby, nice area to walk throught. Good connected to the highway (8-10 minutes to the highway). The gym was very old and neglected. The pool was closed as we we were there.
