B&B a Firenze

Great location 5 min from central train station. Our unit was very comfortable but note it was a loft with stairs so those not so mobile may prefer other rooms. The service was really great from everyone we interacted with and always went above and beyond. The shower and bathroom was great size and modern. The bed was comfortable and pillows were good which is rare. There was an issue with the aircon malfunctioning and not working. The team tried hard but could not get someone to come out in time so provided a fan upon our request.

The location of the room is perfect! It sits in the heart of the city but the room is quiet and nice. Wherever you go, it takes within 10 minutes to walk. It is also very close to the train station. The host is friendly and let us drop our bag after checkout, which is really convenient for traveling around if you are leaving Florence late. They also provide breakfast and coffee in the room. However, you may want to consider bringing earplugs and eye mask if you are very sensitive to noise and light - the air conditioning creates some inevitable noise and the light is quite bright. It is fine if you travel in cooler weather and do not need their aircon. If you book this room, you may need to prepare some cash for the city tax. Overall, this is a great place I'd recommend to stay.

피렌체 여행으로 머물었던 숙소, 위치도 좋도 합리적인 가격에 좋은 방에서 머물 수 있었습니다. 사무실에 앉아 계신 직원분은 항상 밝은 미소로 인사해주셨고, 저희의 요구를 친절하게 대응해주셨습니다. 마지막날 짐을 맡겨야 해서 찾아갔는데 물어보기도 전에 필요한지 물어봐주시는 세심함까지.. 위치, 서비스, 안락함 어느 하나 빠지지 않는 숙소라 추천드립니다! (단, 가끔 새벽에 오는 쓰레기 비우는 차량때매 시끄러울 수 있습니다ㅠㅠ)

Posizione centrale rispetto a ristoranti e servizi. Check-in molto confusionario, in cui non era indicato che avremmo dovuto effettuare il check-in in un altro hotel. Ho guidato e quindi ho dovuto fare tre giri per trovare un posto dove fermarmi e chiedere informazioni... Per il prezzo pagato, è davvero essenziale. Niente colazione, niente fazzoletti, mentre il bagno era di dimensioni discrete, ma il box doccia era piccolo e vecchio, e il soffione avrebbe bisogno di essere sostituito. A parte questo, ho dormito bene, anche se le pareti sono molto sottili e si sentono i vicini entrare e uscire dall'appartamento di notte e al mattino. Rumoroso...

La posizione è solo grande!Il centro della città! Nota il tempo di regolamento: a 20.00!!! Abbiamo chiesto di risolvere più tardi, abbiamo confermato, per quanto grazie! Ma era necessario passare la ricerca)) È quindi meglio seguire le regole e risolvere le questioni in tempo. Le camere della vecchia casa, molto Atmosfera! Colazione: tavola svedese, crociere freschi e caffè - fatto la nostra mattina! Рекомендую!

La posizione è molto buona, a sette minuti dalla stazione, a dieci minuti dal Museo di Uftzy, ma è difficile trovarlo, perché non c'è segno dell'hotel!Anche se sono vicino a 10m, non so come venire. Quando ho chiesto al vicino hotel, sono stato indicato alla porta ”sì”. Premi il lettore di direzione, aprilo e poi salire al terzo piano e finire per fare le procedure di imbarco.La stanza è molto carina. Quando ho detto che la colazione era una partenza mattinata, ho risposto flessibile: ”Posso fare la colazione in un negozio di colazione e chiedere la consegna un giorno prima.”Fornisce anche salse, frigo e bagno. Se lasciate la stanza e salite, troverete una piazza e potete vedere il paesaggio del tetto della città antica condiviso.Se la procedura di soggiorno è corretta, sarà un buon hotel.

Per riuscire a entrare senza intoppi, ho dovuto superare una sorta di gioco mentale, una specie di nascondino. Dopo un po' di difficoltà, alla fine sono riuscito a fare il check-in. Per fortuna, la stanza era bella, spaziosa e con un piccolo balcone: un po' troppo lussuosa per una persona sola. Il bagno era in comune, ma c'erano un frigorifero e un bollitore nell'area comune. La mia stanza era accanto al bagno, quindi a tarda notte c'era un po' di rumore per via del viavai di gente. La stazione ferroviaria era a 10 minuti a piedi e il centro storico a circa 20 minuti. Il prezzo era davvero economico: due notti costavano quanto una sola notte in un tipico hotel a due stelle in Europa.

I had a wonderful stay at B&B Cavour 10. The property feels more like a cozy hotel room rather than a full apartment, which was perfect for my needs. Everything was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location is outstanding — right in the center of Florence, close to major attractions and surrounded by amazing restaurants, especially if you love high-quality meat dishes! The shower was modern and spacious, and a free breakfast was also included, which was a very nice surprise. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Florence!

The staff were really friendly and helpful! I met the lady with beautiful grey hair who takes care of breakfast and cleaning during my stay. The big problem is she doesn’t understand English, I handed my phone for her to speak via Google translate. She didn’t say anything! A second later she started talking in Italian again. This happened a few times in 3 minutes of facing her. She denied talking on Google translate. So I gave up and walked away…she said “respecta”, I assumed it means “respect”. I kept showing her Google translate in Italian that “whatever you wanna say, you say here since I don’t understand Italian”. The guests should be informed/reminded of “quiet hours”. BUT it gets pretty noisy from the guests… when someone opens the doors, everyone hears it. I could hear my neighbours chatting, sneezing, coughing, and all that. My room is facing the backyard, last night some guests living downstairs were enjoying the backyard at 11 pm. it was loud! Shower was another problem, water didn’t seem to go down the drain properly. The bed was two twins joined together without any proper topper. Thus, the twin beds were moving away from one another at night if you sleep in the middle. This part is common sense, either the hotel puts topper or the guest sleep on one side of the bed. The WiFi was reliable. Breakfast was pretty basic. Make sure to bring good-quality earplugs with you…
