"Booked a Deluxe Twin and got room 02 on 10th floor. Very pleasant and comfortable room with great design. Hot water to shower and at the face basin too. Can smoke at back of the pool. Must use another elevator to go up to 12 floor for the pool. This elevator can go down to Restaurant too. Good buffet breakfast. Not much around the hotel if you want to buy snacks. Need to walk a bit. There’s a vending machine at Lobby. Rooftop restaurant has 21% for tax and fee to be added to the price."

Arrivato alle 4:00 (ora dell'Indonesia) per accedere, è stato chiesto di aspettare perché la stanza non è pronta. Aspettato per 10 minuti che è ok.
Carta data solo 1 - non conveniente quando abbiamo organizzato il massaggio interno come uno di noi deve rimanere nella stanza con il massaggio mentre mio marito è sceso per prendere un altro massaggio e la stanza è andata fuori dal pitch nero.
Colazione - uova correvano alle 9:00 e fu detto che non ci sarebbero più uova
Giorno di checkout, chiamato ricevimento circa 10:00 - richiesta di una bottiglia minerale aggiuntiva per il drink, ma è stato detto che stiamo controllando oggi e dovremmo acquistare la bottiglia.
Checkout - era in esecuzione 5 minuti dopo, la ricezione è già chiamata a chiedere di controllare ora.
Letto e le mutandine sono buone e confortevoli a dormire. Ci sono plug internazionale in modo che si può usare se si sta usando 3 plug pin.
La posizione è perfetta, solo attraverso la Plaza Tunjungan, ma non c'è niente di bello da fare.
Il servizio potrebbe essere migliore, ma certamente non ritorna per noi.

CCristian@ParisFriendly and helpful staff. Free early check-in (12h instead of 14h). Clean and big room with huge and confortable queen size bed. Silent AC. Big TV, mini fridge, kettle and hair-dryer available. Nice swimming pool + good sauna and gym. Very good breakfast with turkish coffee ! I highly recommend this hotel !

UUtente ospiteNice old style hotel with a lovely garden and the location is all right. The room is also spacious and clean. However, this is a hotel more suitable to tourists than business travellers. All the electrical outlets in the room are connected to the main switch, and so the only way to charge your cellphone at night is to keep at least one light on. The breakfast is average and there is just one bag each of tea and coffee in the room, and two bottles of water. Request for additional bottles of water will be charged, something which I think is rather unbecoming for a five-star hotel to do.

My problem is with the fabric of the hotel. It is dirty , shabby and living in the past. The first entertainment hotel in the city. Looking at it it was probably the last time it was refurbished.
I feel that the staff put on a brave face and they are professional in their duties.
Entering my room the sheets were grey had holes and stained. If you use an external laundry and hire your linen someone needs to change your contract!! Grey is not white. The walls are covered in hardboard and are dirty. Shower and toilet ok. Fire door did not self close. Hole in the wall where the self closer keeps hitting it.
If this is a four star hotel it’s the staff who are keeping it there, a review though in my opinion would drop you to two stars at the best!!
The owners need to reinvest!!

Aamateur_VThe location is perfect to discover Surabaya and if You are coming by train to Gubeng Station.
A Bar, Seimming Pool and Gym on the 17th floor of the Hotel. You have a wonderful opportunity to look around Surabaya city. Even a Bridge can be seen.
The cleanliness of the rooms is so-so.
