第一次來瀋陽安排了五天的旅遊，這次選擇了艾美酒店，酒店地理位置很好 離太原街商圈近逛街買東西很方便 附近還有很多特色小館，房間乾淨 交通也便利；在登記入住時，很幸運受到前台Sunday接待，服務熱情 笑容親切！因為是第一次來到這個城市，Sunday也很熱心的為我們介紹地方特色，還給了很棒的城市旅遊建議！真的是金牌前台！！！另外在23樓酒廊的小食與酒水都很有水準呢！城市風景一覽無遺～心曠神怡。這次玩得很開心！很謝謝有Sunday接待的艾美，令人印象深刻！下次還要來！！也推薦大家旅遊出差下榻艾美

My stay at Swissôtel Shenyang was outstanding from beginning to end. The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and located in a perfect area with convenient access to transportation, restaurants, and local attractions. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and very comfortable, and the breakfast offered an excellent variety of delicious options. What truly made my stay exceptional was the incredible staff. I would especially like to thank the front desk team, particularly Weixin and Ding, for their warm welcome, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. They were always friendly, patient, and eager to help with any request, making me feel valued from the moment I arrived. A very special thank you also goes to Eric, the Concierge Manager, whose thoughtful and professional service exceeded all expectations. He patiently assisted me during check-in, explained all of the hotel’s facilities, and took the time to learn about my travel plans. When he found out I wanted to explore Shenyang, he recommended authentic local restaurants and attractions and even provided personalized travel suggestions. Eric was always available whenever I had questions. He helped with my luggage, arranged transportation, recommended the best routes, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout my stay. His attention to detail, kindness, and genuine care made me feel completely at home. The dedication and professionalism of Weixin, Ding, Eric, and the entire hotel team truly reflect the high standards of Swissôtel. Their exceptional hospitality made this one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. I will definitely stay at Swissôtel Shenyang again on my next visit, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Shenyang. La posizione è piuttosto buona, perché è vicino a un centro commerciale piuttosto vasto con molti buoni ristoranti a piedi. Un problema minore è che il sistema di condizionamento dell'albergo non è molto amico dell'utente e non può essere facilmente regolato, finendo troppo caldo.

The service was just reach to 5 star service. The location was convenient and near to North Railway station. But some of the staff was not that friendly and I can’t special shoutout to any of them.

Scegliendo l'hotel sogno di Xuyanglong, l'hotel è molto comodo, l'atmosfera alta dell'hotel, la stanza è pulita e confortevole, la reception è molto competente e professionale, riduce il tempo di aspettare nella reception, mentre molti progetti turistici intorno a loro sono completi, sono in grado di pensare a quello che gli ospiti pensano, Il manager di servizio ha affrontato con molta attenzione le domande che ho sollevato. Sono molto soddisfatto del hardware e del software, e sono consigliati a tutti!

Clean and spacious room with a nice city view. Front desk and staff were friendly and courteous. The room was out of conditioner and I needed extra towel and they brought it right away. Breakfast had western and Chinese which were delicious. We also enjoyed the pool~

Ho avuto un soggiorno molto confortevole grazie alle strutture pulite e ai servizi amichevoli. Apprezzo in particolare l’attenzione prestata da tutti i dipendenti, compresa Stella, nella sala, grazie per avermi reso così piacevole.

這次在瀋陽於洪碧桂園鳳凰酒店住得非常滿意，先説服務，真的被東北的熱情打動了。從進門開始就感受到了賓至如歸：門口的保安大哥主動幫忙提行李。前台辦理入住高效又貼心，特別感謝值班經理Stella不僅説話温柔、耐心介紹早餐時間和周邊路線。再説硬件和環境，酒店大堂歐式風格金碧輝煌，非常氣派，拍照特別出片。房間面積超大，住起來很舒展，衞生打掃得一塵不染，床品乾淨柔軟，住着很安心。酒店後面有人工湖，部分房間帶露台，湖景房視野開闊，空氣清新。 交通和周邊也極其便利，出門就是地鐵9號線，對面有商場、永輝超市和羅森，樓下還有東北菜館，出行購物吃飯都方便。 總體來看，性價比非常高，雖然是老牌五星，設施不算最新，但維護得不錯，服務絕對加分。無論是商務出差還是帶娃帶寵物出遊，這裏都是瀋陽非常不錯的選擇。下次來瀋陽還會住這裏！
