Unexpectedly great experience! Room with JBL sound system and big screen tv and free movie access! Location superb! At commercial area with shops, restaurants and 5 mins walk to Shenyang Railway station. The front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, we really enjoyed and having great rest

L'ambiente interno è pulito e rinfrescante, il layout è ragionevole e regolare, e non sarà depresso vivere in. Si può fare in loco, lontano dal mondo esterno, il personale di servizio comporta adeguatamente, trattare le persone con sincerità e amicizia, ci sono molti negozi in piedi, le esigenze quotidiane sono piene e tutti possono essere soddisfatti. L'intero soggiorno è molto comodo, il rapporto costi-benefici è molto buono, la stanza è ben mantenuta, l'attrezzatura è in buona fede, l'esperienza di utilizzo è eccellente, l'igiene è completa, la circolazione dell'aria è asciutta, e il servizio è accurato.Molto buono.

這次來瀋陽辦事，選擇了瀋陽站西廣場亞朵酒店，真的超出預期。地理位置絕佳，距離瀋陽站特別近，拖着行李走路完全不累，交通十分方便。 特別表揚前台工作人員小玉和梓陽，服務熱情有禮貌，辦理手續迅速，解答問題耐心又專業，待人很親切。客房衞生做得一絲不苟，床鋪柔軟舒適，房間隔音效果很好，完全聽不到走廊噪音，休息質量很高。酒店整體裝修簡約雅緻，配套設施完善，性價比拉滿。 無論是商旅出差還是短途旅遊，這家都很合適，已經收藏，下次來瀋陽依舊預訂這裏，強烈推薦給大家！

Pros: Clean, amenities, free breakfast was good Cons: -We put up the Do Not Disturb sign (and tripled checked it) because we had done laundry, and the room was disorganized and had personal items hang drying. They came and cleaned our room and removed the sign. -We had a packaged delivered to the hotel and showed them the tracking info on the Chinese receipt. They brought us the wrong package and then tried to tell us ours was delivered to the wrong hotel. Another guest helped translate and then they called the number on the tracking receipt. The receipt had the name of the employee at their hotel that signed for the package, which we tried to point out. After the phone call. They went and brought out my package. It had the tracking number clearly displayed so I'm really not sure why they couldn't originally find it. -we checked out and were waiting in the lobby until we could go to the airport. My partner asked if there was a bathroom she could use. They told us they dont have a public bathroom and wouldn't let her go up to the floor with the bathrooms...after we just spent a lot of money at their hotel. It was pretty shocking after staying at many hotels much more friendly. -the location wasn't terrible but there were no sidewalks and lots of barriers up so it was hard to get our luggage to the hotel. Overall, we would not stay at this hotel again.

Ho soggiornato di recente allo Yicheng Hotel (filiale della stazione ferroviaria e della metropolitana di Shenyang Nord) e ne sono rimasto profondamente colpito. Anche la colazione è stata un punto forte. L'offerta era ricca e variegata, con un mix di opzioni europee e cinesi, tutte fresche e deliziose. È stato il modo perfetto per iniziare la giornata, sia che dovessi andare a riunioni o esplorare la città. Nel complesso, l'Hotel Yicheng è una scelta fantastica per chiunque visiti Shenyang. Wonderful three night stay, really enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning, lots of selection and quality very good. Room was especially nice, very roomy and modern and feng shui in room very good, shower in room was spectacular, gym well-equipped with latest generation machines. Huge shopping connected to hotel building with many floors, including a food court and also medium to high end restaurants and also a supermarket so very convenient location. Sylvia and Ivy at the front desk were very warm and pleasant during check-out, would stay here again if ever back in Shenyang.

第一次來瀋陽安排了五天的旅遊，這次選擇了艾美酒店，酒店地理位置很好 離太原街商圈近逛街買東西很方便 附近還有很多特色小館，房間乾淨 交通也便利；在登記入住時，很幸運受到前台Sunday接待，服務熱情 笑容親切！因為是第一次來到這個城市，Sunday也很熱心的為我們介紹地方特色，還給了很棒的城市旅遊建議！真的是金牌前台！！！另外在23樓酒廊的小食與酒水都很有水準呢！城市風景一覽無遺～心曠神怡。這次玩得很開心！很謝謝有Sunday接待的艾美，令人印象深刻！下次還要來！！也推薦大家旅遊出差下榻艾美

My stay at Swissôtel Shenyang was outstanding from beginning to end. The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and located in a perfect area with convenient access to transportation, restaurants, and local attractions. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and very comfortable, and the breakfast offered an excellent variety of delicious options. What truly made my stay exceptional was the incredible staff. I would especially like to thank the front desk team, particularly Weixin and Ding, for their warm welcome, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. They were always friendly, patient, and eager to help with any request, making me feel valued from the moment I arrived. A very special thank you also goes to Eric, the Concierge Manager, whose thoughtful and professional service exceeded all expectations. He patiently assisted me during check-in, explained all of the hotel’s facilities, and took the time to learn about my travel plans. When he found out I wanted to explore Shenyang, he recommended authentic local restaurants and attractions and even provided personalized travel suggestions. Eric was always available whenever I had questions. He helped with my luggage, arranged transportation, recommended the best routes, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout my stay. His attention to detail, kindness, and genuine care made me feel completely at home. The dedication and professionalism of Weixin, Ding, Eric, and the entire hotel team truly reflect the high standards of Swissôtel. Their exceptional hospitality made this one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. I will definitely stay at Swissôtel Shenyang again on my next visit, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Shenyang. Sono andato a Shenyang da Harbin con il treno ad alta velocità e ho scelto appositamente questo hotel. La mia ragazza e io viaggiavamo insieme e sono stati la prima scelta perché potevano ospitare una stanza a persona con un letto grande! Uscire dalla stazione di Shenyang, camminare fino all'ingresso della linea 1 della metropolitana, attraversare la strada e camminare per cinque minuti per arrivare. È circondato da Taiyuan Street, Walmart, Suning, Parkson e Wanda, dove potrai trovare tutti i servizi di ristorazione, shopping e intrattenimento di cui hai bisogno. È anche molto vicino alla West Tower in taxi. Anche l'orario della colazione dell'hotel è molto buono, e può essere aperto fino alle 11 nei weekend, il che è davvero fantastico per coloro che non vogliono alzarsi presto ma non vogliono perdersi la colazione. This is an update to a recent review i did. My wife and I stayed for a week then went to Shanghai for 4 days. When we left the hotel I handed the power adapter they let me use and told them I would need it when we returned. We we arrived at the hotel after our Shanghai trip, I didn’t even make it to the check in desk and the young lady was handing me the power adapter. That is customer service at its finest. Thank you to the wonderful staff. We will be back.
