工作太忙，接近一個月回來點評一下。 設施&服務： 辦理入住時，前台服務人員非常的親切，同行有小朋友還送了小禮物。因為人數比較多，還幫忙一間房辦兩張門卡，方便我們多人出行。大廳有洗衣機和烘乾機，出遊的衣物可以在內處理，前台的工作人員都很貼心，協助操作處理使用設備，就是人多的時候，要排隊一下。早餐用餐在大廳往內，非常方便，但要注意用餐時間，太晚起來就收攤了。 衞生：乾淨整潔，好評！ 環境：周圍環境可以，離地鐵需要走一段路，約15分鐘左右。附近有賣很多吃的，對面有賣小龍蝦和超市，非常方便。右邊賣羊肉串，生意非常很好，排隊等很久。 總結：整體性價比，在地鐵站附近來説，算是可以的。在來親子旅遊，一定會選擇。

Mechar Hotel is situated in Ligongdi next to Jinji Lake. The hotel is great, and the staff members are very friendly. My family and I stayed in the family room, which can accommodate a family of four. The location is amazing, as the metro line is just in front of the hotel. There are many restaurants in the area, sightseeing attractions that one can explore, and the area is very peaceful during daytime. However, it becomes quite crowded at night because many people visit the restaurants. When we checked in, the room wasn't properly cleaned, and it takes a while for the cleaning staff before they clean the room. We weren't sure if it was due to it being spring holiday and staff members having to clean too many rooms. However, we would go out for the day, and when we returned, the room was still unclean. If I can make a recommendation to the hotel, the steps where the beds are should be made a little bigger because they don't work with a busy toddler. The first step is too close to where the beds end, and the second step is not big enough, which caused my son to keep on falling by misstepping the steps during our stay.

Great location, just outside subway station and across the street from Suzhou Central Mall. The staff was superb, particularly a young male staff (didn’t get his name) that tried his best to accomodate our request with a mix of English and Mandarin. Him alone made our stay 5 stars. The breakfast was a new experience to us with a chinese style breakfast. Room was big and comfortable. And there was a fountain show just outside the hotel every night. The only lacking parts was they don’t have coffee and spoon in the room (only tea)

Very close to the lake by taxi or Bicycle. Lots of western and great local restaurants. Highly recommend visiting the galleries nearby if that's your thing. :)
