Il responsabile della reception Geng ha un'ottima attitudine al servizio e sorprenderà i clienti. Il manager ospite Simon, Colin, Mia, il fratello concierge Steven, Chovy e Tom della stessa squadra sono tutti molto cordiali e simpatici. Ci sono regali per i bambini prima di partire! Un bel ricordo, devo vivere la prossima volta

East Taihu Lake è davvero conveniente! L'hotel è molto adatto ai bambini, c'è un parco divertimenti, una sala videogiochi, una piscina e piccoli animali! Anche lo scenario sul ponte Jiuqu è bellissimo! Un ringraziamento speciale al guest manager Allen. Quando ho chiesto di prolungare il mio soggiorno per mezza giornata, ho saputo che mi trovavo in una situazione speciale e mi ha fatto fare il check-out alle 3 gratuitamente! Prima di partire, i bambini gridavano e volevano giocare ai videogiochi. Allen gli ha dato di nuovo un piccolo giocattolo. Era la sua macchina da costruzione preferita. Mi ha aiutato a confortare perfettamente la mia pelle ragazzo! Voglio vivere qui la prossima volta che vengo a Suzhou!

Loving the service and amenities of this hotel. We went there during the count down weekend, we didn't manage to get our breakfast, the front desk packed 4 sets of breakfast for us as we need to rush to the train station. The hot springs were amazing too. This is by the lake, so you can actually rent their bikes to cycle along the beautiful lake.

The place is amazing, the staff is very helpful, location is very far from any attractions of Suzhou city, but for someone who is looking for peace and quiet is perfect place to go. We went there with kid, there are big outdoor and indoor playgrounds, hot spring was nice too.

Just check out of this hotel after 2 nights/ 2 rooms / 4 pax. The weather is not so forgiving but the hotel is excellent especially the employees. Special thanks to Judy, the guest relation/housekeeper who extended our rooms and same time assure that we know amenities / facilities etc in details. Thank you!

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a peaceful experience with wonderful surroundings and great service. Also if you have pets, you may want to bring your dog along to share in your experience the beautiful views as an added bonus. I was informed that they have pet food and additional compliments to cater for your dog! Wonderful! One my first day, I was warmly greeted by 小雨 who speaks English very well. She answered all my questions and made the trip super smooth and comfortable. She is a wonderful asset to the hotel! Special thanks for her and her professional and friendly service. Breakfast is a buffet with an extensive selection to cater for western and eastern tastes. The Hot springs were a much needed relaxing part of the trip and it was included in the price of the room where you can visit once per day. The rooms are very clean with the aroma of essential oils. The insulation was great so you never hear the sound of your neighbours once the doors are closed. My room had a balcony with seats which you could use the space to hang out, read & do yoga if you choose! Overall- no faults! Just perfect with a friendly team from the front desk, the gardeners, the chefs- everyone made it a memorable experience.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The room was spacious and the service was fast and efficient. We needed some help and the staff was friendly. Considering it’s a hot spring, the location is very far, but luckily there are food options for delivery close by. The only real inconvenience is having to check in at one side of the building, and staying in other, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

A very nice weekend experience

It was OK. The location is nice, right at the water. The hotel functions in Chinese, so if was a bit hard to get by. The room was lovely and the hot springs are great.

和閨蜜一起旅遊，有幸選擇了這家酒店，酒店硬件和軟件都非常棒，服務員個個都熱情待人，有求必應，還有管家服務非常貼心。早餐也很豐富，食材新鮮，品種不斷更新，晚餐也在酒店的中餐廳點餐，價格肯定比外面的貴些，但菜的品質非常高，味道很好，環境服務都很棒，非常滿意。別墅的房間乾淨整潔，衞生間和房間都非常大，有兩個大陽台，床品也很贊睡着很舒服。唯一的缺點就是空調的聲音有點大。告知酒店後反饋馬上通知修理或更換電機，態度很積極。最喜歡這個酒店的是它的環境，酒店坐落於太湖邊，風景優美，簡直就是一個大公園，非常美，根本不用去景點可以拍美照，兩天時間都沒逛完，特別在太湖邊看日落，給了大家一個大大的驚喜，簡直美不勝收，拍了太多好看的照片。酒店邊的體育公園也是驚喜連連，遍地的野花、小樹林和小果園都非常贊，還有小童樂園、露營基地…等地我們都來不及到達一遊，留着下次再來。

第三次到東太湖度假了，越來越有味道…這次遇到一些實習的小朋友，態度非常好，服務非常專業，家母特地關照我表揚一位二十不到川妹，服務非常好，早餐也越來越豐盛了，環境依舊是無可挑剔，應該還會去度假的，但願儘快…
