La gestione è stata buona. Il condizionatore in camera era rotto. La reception ha immediatamente organizzato l'aggiornamento della camera. I camerieri erano ben preparati e reattivi e facevano del loro meglio per soddisfare le piccole esigenze dei passeggeri. Il cibo nel ristorante cinese è ben fatto, squisito e delizioso, lode?

L'ambiente è molto suggestivo, il testo in cortile è molto culturale e i camerieri sono molto bravi. Complimentandosi con il portiere Liu Xiaoqiang, ha camminato a lungo verso la porta dall'antica città di Tongli e ci ha chiesto se volevamo chiamare un'auto per portarci dentro.

Non è un buon hotel per genitori-figli, l'ambiente è molto buono, prato molto grande e varie strutture ricreative. La piscina è fantastica, adatta al gioco dei bambini, con acqua calda e sala massaggi. Anche l'atteggiamento nei confronti del servizio dell'hotel è molto buono, in particolare Yan Pan, uno stagista che allestisce una bancarella di fronte alla sala di vetro all'aperto, è molto gentile e ha un buon atteggiamento. Puoi andare in hotel per la seconda volta. Guardare l'alba è fantastico

È davvero un buon posto per portare un bambino. Ci sono molte persone che soggiornano al Mid-Autumn Festival, ma non è molto affollato. La colazione dell'hotel è buona! Guardare la luna in riva al lago di notte è bellissimo! C'è anche uno spettacolo di luci nel Daguan Garden di fronte alla hall dell'hotel. Seduti nel cortile in stile cinese, puoi guardare il cielo e ammirare la luna! Mio marito non era arrivato quando ho fatto il check-in. Ho portato il mio bambino da solo e la reception dell'hotel ha organizzato una bellezza accogliente per aiutarci con i bagagli e mandarci in camera. Le guardie di sicurezza, gli addetti alla pulizia del laghetto e le zie che pulivano la stanza mi hanno fatto sentire molto professionale! Spero che l'hotel lancerà più pacchetti di sconto in modo che io possa venire spesso in futuro, ahah!

Il servizio è buono, soprattutto lo stagista Chen Yujie nella hall, molto gentile e premuroso! Colazione ricca e deliziosa I bambini nella suite genitore-figlio lo adorano Daguan Garden è ben tenuto, ci sono ragnatele e l'acqua è un po' puzzolente, altrimenti l'umore sarà migliore!

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, the property is very well set up for families, the kids especially enjoyed watching and feeding the bunnies and fish. Housekeeping left much to be desired, didn’t wash used cups and seem d to only do the bare minimum.

The hotel has excellent facilities, and the health club is particularly impressive, including a large indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub and a well-kitted gym. The staff are very friendly and attentive all round the hotel. The room was clean, spacious with comfortable beds. The buffet restaurant had plenty to offer for breakfast, particularly on the local selection.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with our 10 month old during Golden Week. Pros: - Hotel is self-contained and there is no need to leave the hotel. There are large and well-maintained grounds for our daily walks with baby, including museums and traditional pagodas dotted throughout the property. There is a chinese, western (steak, pizza) and japanese (teppanyaki) restaurant within the hotel. There is also a kids play room and swimming pool, along with some other kid friendly activities like rabbit feeding and games on the lawn. - The hotel is right next to the lake and is quite beautiful. It's very relaxing to stroll along the lake. - There is an ancient town about 15 minutes walk from the hotel's main lobby. There is a free hotel shuttle to and from the ancient town too. - Staff are generally friendly and helpful - Large, family-friendly rooms are available. We stayed in a lake view suite, which was just right for us and our baby. - Hotel is affordable by international standards - Hotel is less than 2 hours drive from Shanghai, where we live - We particularly enjoyed the teppenyaki restaurant where you can get a private room and a private chef to cook your meals - Despite it being Golden Week, we didn't feel that the hotel was too crowded. Perhaps because the hotel has large grounds. Cons - The baby cot given to us had an extremely thin and uncomfortable mattress. To compensate, we were given a comforter to pad the mattress. However, this is unsafe for younger babies, who should sleep on a firm surface. - The property and facilities are a bit dated - There were very loud weddings on the lawn facing the lake each day that we were at the hotel. The loud music and emceeing disturbed the peaceful ambience of the place, and also disrupted baby's morning and afternoon naps. For families with children who still need to nap in the day, it may be better to stay in a quieter garden view room instead of a room facing the lake.

Great hotel in the old part of the town! Many great things to offer, definitely recommend!

Service at Tongli Lake View Hotel is really good, my family and me enjoyed a lot! Rooms are large and clean, food for any taste and surroundings really beautiful! Everything was top, swimming pool, kids playground, spa, etc. Sure come back next time! Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoy this hotel, and return regularly. Situated on the bank of serene lake, surrounded by beautiful walkways and green space, this hotel offers peace and tranquility away from the busy city life. The rooms are spacious and clean, and present good value for money. Breakfast is always a highlight, providing ample Western options to ensure we feel at home. And in the evening, you can choose to dine at one of the excellent Western, Chinese or Japanese restaurants. You can easily spend a day just walking about, swimming in the indoor pool and making use of the children's facilities at the hotel. Not to mention that the hotel is just a 15 minutes walk from Tongli's ancient water town..... a perfect weekend getaway.

房間裝修雖然有些年頭了，但整體乾淨整潔。 酒店特別大，臨湖而建，酒店內就有蘇州特色的園林景觀，拍照打卡非常友好，湖邊還有一個小教堂拍照很出片。 酒店內的活動也很豐富，非常適合帶小朋友來度假，泡酒店就能玩一整天。 要特別誇一誇酒店的服務，真的對得起五星級酒店的級別，從前台到禮賓都很親切，會主動介紹酒店的裝修設計、佈局還有配套服務；由於酒店太大，還專門配了電頻車隨時接送旅客來回於酒店大堂和大門，在此感謝一下電頻車司機左師傅，晚上九點多還到門口接我們。下次去同裏還會選擇同裏湖大飯店👍
