A good hotel, great service. I joyed my stay. Receptionists can speak basic English. They will go extra mile to satisfy you. Just don't give them your white clothes to wash 😃

Not well located with decent breakfast, descent rooms; the best without doubt the service, very nice and helpful.

Thanks, This word is Not Enough to review this place. It was a Stay of One week and I feel so Comfortable,Safe and soothing place where I found Peace,Relaxation and made perfect Memories. If I talk about Staff, they are so supportive and helpful for everything. I belong from india and they provide me service whatever I requested and it's totally at Zero cost what I like most. Rooms and Housekeeping is perfectly fine and secured. Location vise Beautiful, City view, River view awesome. Special thanks to the Reception and the guys we loved most Ms. Shalini, Hinh, Naam and remaining guys( Sorry I don't remember all the names). They are so Kind and adorable. I will definitely stay here Whenever I will visit Hanoi and I must say That Money is worth for this place. ❣️❣️

22land is quite good. I love the swimming pool. The breakfast buffet was amazing.

The room was without any window and too small, however it was clean and manageable. The hotel staff were good and friendly. Restaurant had only a limited menu but fairly priced. Complimentary breakfast was Ok. Overall good for a couple of days stay.

I enjoyed my stay at 11Land Residence Hotel. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The only suggestion I would make is the water pressure on the shower was very low, which made washing my hair and showering in general difficult.

Good choice for short stay, but It is so far from Old town. Good breakfast.
