Fabulous place and perfect Japanese style hospitality. Great amenities, delicious food, friendly and helpful staffs - can't ask for more for a great holiday in Hakone.

It is one of the best hotel ever visited, the location is great, near to Gora station, direct bus to Gotemba premium outlet, the room is nice and clean with personal onsen, there are 3 private onsen can be used freely if available. There are even hand grind coffee equipment in the room for you to make coffee. Snack, drink, beer and all beverages are free. Their breakfast and dinner are outstanding, the dinner is 8 course cuisine, take almost 2 hours to complete. Highly recommended. Of course all the services come with a price of almost 40000 yen per person per day, but is really worth it. Will stay in the hotel again if revisit Hakone.

Excellent as usual. We went back again exactly one year after. After you surrender your shoes at the entrance, you will feel like home in the entire ryokan. Private onsen was amazing, kiseki breakfast and dinner was umai, cafes and restaurants nearby for lunch, a short stroll/climb to gora station and the bus stop that takes you to gotemba. Most importantly the staff were very hospitable and what you would expect from Japan service wise. Will not hesitate to visit again (for the 3rd time next year).

The location and the facilities are good. Very close to the train station. I went to the main hotel and was able to leave my luggage so that I don't need to walk up the hill.

位置好，服務好，勁多小食飲品任拎。晚上仲有拉麵，但食太飽無食。溫泉♨️水係出色既，溫度勁熱，比起我同一個旅程另一間溫泉旅館，泉水質量係高。但係就係因為位置方便所以冇風景晚上晚飯還好係最後嘅食澱粉質類有點兒不太好食。雖然係一間房一個小包廂喺個餐廳食，但係成日都俾人睇住食完未。

除了餐食別的都非常滿意！ 私湯不需要預約有空就可以去泡 有免費的酒水，小零食，冰淇淋，晚上10點還有免費拉麪🍜這個倒是挺好吃的 車站去酒店有一段很陡的上坡路，行李多的人最好坐附近雪月花的接駁車過去 冬天晚上泡着温泉看夜景，然後喝點冰啤酒，實在太舒服了 還會考慮再去的

十星好評！首先是地理位置距離強羅車站衹有700米，走路不到10分鐘，非常方便。翠雲是雪月花的姊妹店，雪月花距離強羅車站衹有100米，每天下午1點45到5點雪月花提供去翠雲的車。 設施：這是一家日式高級旅館，從環境到房間，從服務到設施，全都是完美！房間私湯，打開就是山上天然温泉水，隨時泡湯！每層走廊還有無限量供應的水和飲料、茶包、小零食。每天晚上10點還有免費拉麪夜宵，泡湯完吃正好。 衞生：整個酒店都鋪設日式圃席，進大堂就需要脱鞋，有服務人員收好鞋子，還幫着把行李全都擦乾淨才送進房間，特別乾淨。 服務：服務絕對沒得説，還能能用銀聯，方便。 強烈推薦翠雲！

體驗特別好的温泉酒店，房間超級大，進門是過道，然後有2間卧室，還有帶陽台的客廳，陽台上的私湯是獨立一間，半開放，有日月簾，酒店比較新的緣故，房間陳設特別乾淨，私湯温泉相比另一家感覺水質更好，室內有開關控制，台盆和洗簌用品都是2套，餐食也很有特色，服務特別好，會詳細介紹酒店各項設施，英語很好，服務員的和服每天都不一樣，特別好看，每一樓層都有小食間，24小時開放，温泉樓層的小食還有各種酒類供應，很喜歡。

温泉旅館位置就在公園下站旁邊，位置極好。 Checkin前，行李已經運送到房間，很貼心。 可能我選擇在平日入住，室外温泉不用等。 房間很乾淨整潔。旅客可以在Front desk旁邊揀選浴衣在旅館入穿著。晚餐的懷石料理很美味，很豐富。 旅館的員工都很有禮貌，很有笑容，英文溝通完全没有問題。 這次是獨遊，十分滿意。下次跟家人朋友來箱根，我也會選這旅館！！！

酒店位於山上，環境十分優美。房間內有半露天的私人温泉，但私密性很好。酒店服務人員很熱情，會幫忙拿行李，詳細介紹酒店的服務和設施。吧枱有免費零食，晚上還提供免費拉麪夜宵。適合度假，緩解旅途的疲勞，十分滿意！
