It’s a really nice underrated hotel in Jakarta, the staff really nice and the hotel also nice even its old hotel. We choose weekends wonder packages and it’s come with delicious breakfast and dinner/lunch. The hotel also have whirlpool sauna steam. Wonderful!!!

The whole staff was quite helpful and welcoming from the moment I entered the hotel . The hotel is well located in central Jakarta and the breakfast was good too and all the restaurants in this hotel are quite good and offer different cuisines. I also enjoyed the sauna , steam room and jacuzzi. To sum it up, It was an awesome experience and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Room is old and dated, the only saving grace is the hospitality and politeness of the hotel staff at the concierge (Jane) and club lounge (Jessica)

Spent New Year’s Eve here and I love the services either from the receptionist and the team of club lounge especially!! We received so many compliments during stay and check out!! Thanks to team of Le Meridien. The breakfast was just fine not that completed like other similar hotels. However, still ok. Actually I just realized 2hours before check out that the pictures in these apps inform that the bathroom is separated with bath tub, but when whe checked in, its difficult, meanwhile it’s quite not safe for elders to take a bath. Hope everything will be changed after or I need to confirm in advance (if I remember it first). But still! I Love to stay in Le Meridien 🫰🏼🫰🏼

Excellent service . Excellent lounge

The service at Le Meridien Jakarta is impeccable. From the front desk to the cleaning attendants, they take pains to look at all the details, ensuring all the hotel-goers are well taken care of. If I have anything that I need to nitpick about the hotel, is probably the food. The breakfast buffet while has a big spread, I would say the food is average but it is good nonetheless.

the staff are definitely very polite and great me every time they see me, regardless of who I met. I am impressed with this. The only thing I would comment is the hotel has aged and the furniture is considered kind of outdated. In fact on my first day, the moment I step out of the elevator to my floor, I can smell the typical 'old carpet' smell. Not big of a deal and understandably it is what it is.

Old hotel, small lobby small hall. Good service, and clean. Wifi not working 30% of the time and AC is centralize controlled which it won't set to the temperature you desire. There is no sound proof. I can hear the conversation next door everyday from 6am, like a morning alarm 😆. Overall acceptable.

The hotel is not new but has been maintained rather good. It looks to be in quite a good location and good transport. the breakfast is quite impressive for variety and taste.
