Friendly staff, easy checkin and clean and neat room. comfortable bed and pillows. only problem was wt the door lock and i was not alone!

Not too expensive, and the room has a nice view (facing the water).

The room was very clean and spacious, they don't seem to have double room, all are twin room. The location is slightly inconvenient, it is true that it is only 5 minutes walk away from the main bus station, it is quite far from old town, you either have to walk 45 minutes up and down the mountains to get to old town, alternatively, you will have to catch a 15 minutes bus ride, which comes every 15 minutes.

服務太差，如果你們收這個價位給一個這麼樣劣質地方，太不合理，再抵的價位我也不會入住了。我不會再入住。 我們在櫃等了半個多小時，櫃位服務員還未做好登記入住手續，告訴她先給我們房間，轉頭來拿文件，他堅決不同意，惟有耐心等待，等到一切手續辦完，推行李入升降機，她突然跑出來告訴我們不准用升降機，走樓梯上三樓。我們當然堅決反對，他也冇耐何，我們才能坐電升降機上樓，很冇耐呀。

구시가지랑은 조금 거리가 있어서 버스 타고 가야하지만, 버스 정류소랑 마트가 다 가까워서 나쁘지는 않은거 같아요. 청결하고 직원 모두 친절해서 만족했습니다

Ho mandato un messaggio per chiedere se fosse stato possibile anticipare il check in visto che arrivavano in mattinata (il check-in è alle 14), al messaggio ovviamente mi hanno risposto che una volta arrivati avrebbero controllato disponibilità della camera. Al nostro arrivo (12:30 circa) arrivati alla reception ( che è praticamente il bar, dove c’è 1 sola persona per entrambe le cose) attendiamo una coppia che stava chiedendo informazioni dopodiché era il nostro turno, arriva un’altra coppia di signori e ci passa avanti… iniziano a chiacchierare per un 15 minuti senza dar peso al fatto che ci fossimo prima noi e che comunque eravamo lì già da un po’ ad attendere. Finalmente sono riuscita ad intrufolarmi nelle loro tranquilla conversazione, e la ragazza, che lavorava lì, non si è neanche scusata. Strafottenza assurda, sono rimasta senza parole. Con un sorriso stampato in faccia la ragazza ci dice che tanto eravamo in anticipo e quindi dovevamo tornare alle 14 per il Check-in. Io ho evidenziato che avevo già chiesto di anticiparlo ma lei non ha neanche controllato numero di prenotazione e/o stanza nostra se fosse pronta o meno! Con un altro sorriso ci ha chiesto di ritornare alle 14. Ritorniamo alle 13:50 per il check in, ci accoglie la stessa ragazza che ci dice che è alle 14 e che dovevamo aspettare… io infastidita le dico che non aveva neanche controllato se la nostra fosse pronta o altro. Lei sorridendomi mi dice che dovevo aspettare le 14 perché è quello l’orario. Altra cosa… la colazione ci è stata assegnata in un hotel diverso da dove soggiornavamo, ci viene detto che era fino alle 11. Il mattino seguente arriviamo a quest’hotel (a piedi un 3 minuti circa) alle ore 10:10. Ci viene detto che la colazione era fino alle 10 quindi non potevamo accedere a nulla. Ho chiamato la reception della nostra struttura spiegando la cosa, e chiedendo alla fine se avessero potuto interloquire loro con l’hotel della colazione e chiedere almeno di darci del caffè, no cibo o altro, solo 1 caffè. Ovviamente ci viene negato tutto. Il receptionist del nostro hotel al telefono non si è dispiaciuto, e non ha risolto in nessun modo. Vi dico solo che mentre io parlavo lui ha lasciato il telefono appoggiato da qualche parte e continuava a parlare con gli altri in presenza. Non mi ascoltava neanche! Abbiamo dovuto fare colazione in un bar li fuori (ovviamente pagando), nonostante avessimo la colazione inclusa. PER SOLI 10 minuti di ritardo! A questo punto, bocciati! 0 flessibilità, 0 problem solving da parte dei receptionist. Strafottenti. In Italia siamo abituati ad andare incontro ai clienti. SONO LORO CHE VI PORTANO I SOLDI!

A very modern and clean hostel with elevator. Excellent value for money, very friendly staff, clean room, private bathroom and shared kitchen. Breakfast was a 200m walk away, 40 min walk away from old town. It also has free underground parking.

I stayed there as part of an Intrepid Travel tour group. I had paid the single supplement so I had a very spacious room with a double bed, good storage and aircon. Very modern and clean. Efficient,friendly and helpful staff. Good location, handy to bus to the Old Town but away from the noise and bustle. Good cafes and restaurants just nearby plus a supermarket.

The location is close to the Dubrovnik Brewery, restaurants and the bus stop to catch the 1a, 1b or 3 bus to Old Town. Although the 2 twin beds were pushed together, it would have been better to have a full one mattress instead of 2 separate ones.

Fast and friendly check-in and check-out. The cleanliness in the room was perfect! Very spacious room. Very close to the harbor.

A lovely hotel, all brand new inside with really helpful staff. Very comfy beds and great showers! Loads of plugs & usb points. Could just do with a few more hooks in the bathroom! And a couple of cups.

More like a 3 star hotel than a hostel. A great base to visit Dubrovnik. Close to the bus station and nor far from the old Town. Walking distance to Lapad. Good local bus services. The hostel was clean, comfortable and the rooms were a good size with air con. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is in a neighbouring hotel, this was only a 2 min walk. Overall a great stay for great value. I would definitely return.

Very nice hostel, we had a room on third floor, not facing the sea, it was really clean and quite. We stayed for 3 days, room was cleaned daily. I think that all rooms have bathrooms. Location is really good, bus stop is near, you can reach the Old city in 10 minutes by bus, or have a 40 min walk to get there. Hostel has a private parking, and 24 hour reception. This is a hostel, so don't expect minibar or fridge in the room, there is just liquid soap in the bathroom, no hair dryer, nor those little shampoos and soaps etc. Not sure where you can dry swimwear and towels if you go to the beach. All in all, very good place to stay for a few days, for more than a fair price.

Lovely hotel, accommodations arranged by Intrepid Tours. Katija was beyond considerate and was able to fit me early to a lovely room facing the water. The windows must have been sound sealed as there was no noise. The room was exceptionally well appointed, high speed Wi-Fi, many towels, etc .... elevator worked quickly and all staff I encountered were warm and friendly. The breakfast was sumptuous. Location was perfect for wandering around, easy access to supermarket and bus terminal to airport a block away.
