Due to the pandemic we had to cancel other New Year's Eve plans and chose to stay a bit closer to home. This was an excellent choice! Unfortunately I can't attest to the salon, spa, or pool (all are off our to-do list until Germany's numbers are down), but everything else about this hotel was amazing. Everyone spoke excellent English, were very accommodating, and the restaurant requires a review all its' own (magnificent!!). If we had to find anything that didn't deserve a five-star rating, it would be the streaming service (lost Netflix connection frequently), however, everything else at this hotel made up for that. You couldn't ask for a better location; it's across the street from the Hauptbahnhof, and one block away from more shopping than you can do in a day! Every hotel in the world should offer an ”Olaf”! Olaf is the most outstanding of this hotel's very service-oriented staff; he is everywhere you need him to be right when you need him there!! If we owned a hotel chain, we would be trying to hire him away from the Graf Zeppelin - he's that good!! This hotel also has an elegant cigar bar. Although I'm not into cigars, it's so elegant that I did not mind accompanying my husband there. My husband's exact words were ”this place has the very best cigars I've ever tried, and an exquisite class of whiskey!” And thanks to Olaf, our preferred table was reserved in the restaurant and in the cigar bar every evening; We will definitely return to this hotel! Oh, I forgot to mention.......we've traveled a lot and have been in a lot of hotels; this was the first that offered a WALK-IN closet with ample storage storage! The two sinks in the bathroom, both a tub AND a shower were also a plus....comforts of home! (We were in a junior suite)

Ich hatte 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel gebucht, da meine Tochter in Stuttgart im Krankenhaus lag. Bei der Buchung musste ich den vollen Betrag inklusive Frühstück und Tiefgaragenstellplatz im Voraus bezahlen. Glücklicherweise wurde meine Tochter nach dem zweiten Tag bereits wieder aus dem Krankenhaus entlassen und wir konnten zurück nach Hause fahren. Als ich beim Auschecken auf die Rückerstattung der zu viel gezahlten Übernachtungen zu sprechen kam, bat mich der Mitarbeiter eine Nachricht mit dem Anliegen an die Chefin zu schreiben, er würde es dann weiterleiten. Zwei Wochen später hatte ich immer noch keine Rückerstattung und auch keine Rückmeldung. Darauf hin habe ich nochmals eine Nachricht Im Internetportal an das Hotel mit einer Frist zur Rückmeldung gesendet. Die Frist ist abgelaufen, Rückmeldung und Rückerstattung Fehlanzeige. Wenn ein Hotel meint, dass es Geld für eine Umbuchung einbehalten muss, erwarte ich zumindest eine Rückmeldung. Das Anliegen eines Kunden einfach auszusitzen und eine Notsituation zur Gewinnmaximierung auszunutzen geht gar nicht. Ich werde den Fall wahrscheinlich an meinen Anwalt übergeben. Das Verhalten der Leitung dieses Hotels grenzt an betrügerisches Verhalten. Ich lerne daraus, dass ich nicht mehr in einem solchen billigen Hotel im Voraus bezahlen und lieber ein paar Euro mehr für ein renommiertes Hotel ausgeben werde. An alle anderen, die in Stuttgart übernachten wollen: Finger weg vom Hotel Sautter, wenn etwas unvorhersehbares kommt, werdet ihr dort abgezockt!

It was the most traumatizing stay I ever had! The receptionst lied to me about being able to stay the next day even it was booked out on booking. She said they still have rooms and it’s still enough time to pay the next stay. I trusted her words! At 11 am when I was still asleep suddenly the housekeeping aggressively knocked on my door even the don’t disturb sign were out. They yelled in front of my door telling me I have to leave immediately!! I quickly put on some Clothes and told them that I already extended my stay. Of course I thought this incompetent receptionist blocked my room when she guaranteed me my room for the next day?! But instead those cleaners said it’s not possible to stay bc they are fully booked!! I first still thought it must be a misunderstanding, telling them what the receptionist told me the other day. She than even showed up herself. But instead of being apologetic she showed a total different face and even threatened me in an bossy tone that I have to leave by 12 pm which were in 40 min (!!) otherwise they would call the police!! 😳🤷‍♀️ I was SO shocked and disappointed but her super f*ed up behavior. I already extended the room on booking for another five nights (!!) bc she were so nice before! Everything were paid in advance!! I felt so fooled & trapped. I got only 40 min left to shower, dye my hair and to pack all my stuff!! When I just got out the shower like 20 min later and still in time (!) it started knocking on my door again. I was like wth 🤦‍♀️ When I opened the door in a towel, I couldn’t believe my eyes : IT WAS THE POLICE! like why? for what reason?? I totally didn’t get it! I was the one who got crazily trapped and degraded as never before and they are doing this to me? like why?? I calmly explained the officers what happened and Im pretty sure they themselves were thinking like what the hell are we even doing here.. I also told them that, of course I won’t return after everything what just happened and that I except to get a refund. The receptionist agreed. I promised to be out at 12 if they would let me go now to keep packing. The police left. I was never as stressed as I was in that moment! I even offered the staff some chocolate the day before..I really couldn’t believe this all just happened.. Bc I was rushing everything like crazy, I didn’t pack things properly as I normally do, so it was a challenge to close my suitcase. When it turned 12 p I was panicking like never before! I couldn’t close my suitcase.. It turned 1 after 12 and the terror immediately started again, knocking on my door/ yelling.. I just kept focusing on my suitcase. At 2 after 12 I finally got it. I went down to the front desk and were expecting my invoice and the refund as discussed before with the police. BUT, the same narc receptionist suddenly acted like she never told me so and refused to give me my money back. They obviously tried EVERYTHING to provoke and punish me for .. what exactly..? 🤷‍♀️ I asked for the manager. He called

Seit bald 20 Jahren immer wieder hier abgestiegen. Aber jetzt ist genug. Das Zimmer war alt und abgenutzt. Leider auch nicht sauber und dies in Zeiten von Corona. Wir haben das Hotel immer aufgrund der guten Lage geschätzt. Nun rechtfertigt nicht einmal mehr der Preis die Lage. Lieber etwas mehr Geld ausgeben, dafür ein sauberes Zimmer. Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen. Das Bettzeug meiner Tochter wies Flecken auf. Schimmel am Fenster. Duschbrause nicht verstellbar. Duschvorhang schmutzig und der Teppich strotzt vor lauter Flecken. Es ist nicht nur alt, sondern auch schmuddelig. Seit 20 Jahren dieselben Zimmermöbel und Bilder. Es war Advent und keine einzige weihnachtliche Deko. Kein Baum im Eingang wie früher. Keine Kugeln oder Kerzen. Traurig und trist. Eine Schande. War einmal toll hier zu übernachten.

這個飯店有兩個優點:位置、早餐;這也是我再回來的原因。 但是這次我德瑞旅行中,很可惜的感覺不會很好。 最重要的是櫃臺有一個中年帶眼睛的矮個男子,我覺得他有一點種族岐視(他會拿你的英文來開玩笑),我們應該善待旅行者,更何況我們是來付錢的。 我覺得很可惜,一個好好的飯店,一個好好的旅行,會讓人失望難過,連早餐的光彩都暗淡了。 很難過的說;我不會再去一個種族歧視的飯店了。

A lovely little Pension abut 10 minutes' walk from the city centre, and in easy reach of various U-bahn stops. The surrounding Bohnviertel (bean quarter) i delightful, with plenty of shops and character. It is reasonably priced, the staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful, and the room was good, clean and warm. The breakfast buffet was varied and tasty. It's a shame that there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, as I would have loved a cup of tea after strolling round Stuttgart. that aide, I would recommend this place whole-heartedly.

Esperienza assolutamente sorprendente. Il personale era molto bello e la camera era anche molto buona. La posizione è molto bello e rilassante e si ha solo bisogno 10-15min al centro. Il colazione era anche molto bello e delizioso con tutto quello che volete. La zona spa e il giardino sono rilassanti e piacevoli. Grazie per il piacevole hotel e vederti di nuovo 🙂

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel con booking.com, siamo andati in macchina quindi abbiamo scelto un hotel che avesse nelle vicinanze anche il parcheggio. Appena arrivati (alle 5 del pomeriggio) non abbiamo trovato nessuno alla reception, non ci era stato comunicato che avremmo dovuto fare il check in automatico arrivando dopo le 14. Abbiamo chiamato il numero che c'era scritto sulla porta e ci è stato detto come dovevamo fare. Poi abbiamo pensato al pagamento del parcheggio che era proprio di fronte all 'hotel e, trovata la colonnina per il pagamento abbiamo provato a pagare (€ 10,30 per l'intera giornata). Il parchimetro non accettava né la carta bancomat né la carta di credito, non potevamo neanche pagare in contanti perché non avevamo tutte quelle monete (non accettava neanche le banconote), quindi abbiamo richiamato il receptionist che ci ha comunicato che il parcheggio non era loro e che non sapeva neanche come risolvere il mio problema. Alla fine abbiamo chiesto alla reception di un altro albergo lì vicino se ci potevano cambiare 10 euro in monete e fortunatamente lo hanno fatto. Dopo 5 gg dal nostro soggiorno ricevo una mail dove mi si informa che la reception non è disponibile dopo le 14 e il check in va fatto in modo automatico con la macchinetta posta al di fuori e inoltre che il parcheggio lì di fronte costa 10.30 al giorno ma che se non dovesse esserci posto è possibile parcheggiare in un altro a 150 m. dall'hotel con 8 euro al giorno. Allora mi chiedo : ma devo avere tutte queste preziose informazioni quando sono già tornata dal mio viaggio???? E poi, non poteva dirmelo al telefono il receptionist che c'era un altro parcheggio lì vicino???!!!! Sono davvero arrabbiata e delusa! Organizzazione pessima! Per non parlare della disponibilità zero del receptionist. Il resto sarebbe anche passabile se non fosse per il poco spazio in camera ma di certo non sarà questo il motivo che non mi farà più tornare lì.
