Due to the pandemic we had to cancel other New Year's Eve plans and chose to stay a bit closer to home. This was an excellent choice! Unfortunately I can't attest to the salon, spa, or pool (all are off our to-do list until Germany's numbers are down), but everything else about this hotel was amazing. Everyone spoke excellent English, were very accommodating, and the restaurant requires a review all its' own (magnificent!!). If we had to find anything that didn't deserve a five-star rating, it would be the streaming service (lost Netflix connection frequently), however, everything else at this hotel made up for that. You couldn't ask for a better location; it's across the street from the Hauptbahnhof, and one block away from more shopping than you can do in a day! Every hotel in the world should offer an ”Olaf”! Olaf is the most outstanding of this hotel's very service-oriented staff; he is everywhere you need him to be right when you need him there!! If we owned a hotel chain, we would be trying to hire him away from the Graf Zeppelin - he's that good!! This hotel also has an elegant cigar bar. Although I'm not into cigars, it's so elegant that I did not mind accompanying my husband there. My husband's exact words were ”this place has the very best cigars I've ever tried, and an exquisite class of whiskey!” And thanks to Olaf, our preferred table was reserved in the restaurant and in the cigar bar every evening; We will definitely return to this hotel! Oh, I forgot to mention.......we've traveled a lot and have been in a lot of hotels; this was the first that offered a WALK-IN closet with ample storage storage! The two sinks in the bathroom, both a tub AND a shower were also a plus....comforts of home! (We were in a junior suite)

Nel complesso lo consiglio vivamente.Anche la colazione è molto ricca. Le strutture in camera sono abbastanza buone ma il servizio è mediocre Ho visto su Google che il Museo Mercedes-Benz non era aperto. Ho chiesto alla receptionist di telefonare per conferma. La receptionist ha insistito che era aperto, quindi non c'era bisogno di chiamare per chiedere. Di conseguenza ho preso un taxi e ho scoperto che non era aperta e sono rimasta senza parole.

Questo hotel è stata una bellissima scoperta. Il rapporto qualità/ prezzo, posso affermarlo con certezza, non ha eguali. Innanzitutto la camera spaziosissima, nuova, moderna, luminosa, accogliente, confortevole e soprattutto pulitissima. Il personale gentile e disponibilissimo anche nei confronti dell'ospite a 4 zampe. La colazione ricchissima con un vaso assortimento di prodotti di qualità. Buona la posizione e anche il parcheggio.

Mia figlia si trova nell'esercito di Stuttgart, quindi sono rimasta all'hotel per 5 notti. Devo dire che, tranne per una giovane donna, il personale di ricezione era il più inospedale che abbia mai incontrato. È cominciato con la mia arrivo. Ho ricevuto una prenotazione confermata, ho controllato l'accesso online e ho informato l'hotel che sarei arrivato tardi. Quando sono arrivato, il cameriere della ricezione ha passato dieci minuti lavorando sul computer e a mummar qualcosa prima di informarmi finalmente che non avevano spazio per me. Mi hanno offerto di mandarmi ad un altro hotel e poi potevo tornare al Pullman o rimanere all'altro hotel. Naturalmente, non avevo idea di quanto fosse vicino questo hotel o di altre informazioni. Ho insistito che doveva esserci una stanza, e alla fine hanno detto che c'era una suite disponibile per una notte e che dovevo muovermi la mattina successiva (che ho fatto). In tutto ciò non vi era alcuna scusa per il disagio, né alcuna compensazione per il disagio di cambiare le stanze, e mi sembravano ingiustificati per insistere su una stanza. Durante il mio soggiorno, se avessi bisogno di qualcosa dal desk front, ho dovuto aspettare spesso mentre non ne avevano finito uno, ma più compiti e una nuova chiamata mentre aspettavo. Non ho mai visto un sorriso sul viso di nessuno. Non ero solo a ricevere questo trattamento, e ho notato che altri clienti erano trattati in modo altrettanto crudele. La stanza era comoda, anche se il tappeto sembrava sempre sporco. La pulizia della casa era indipendente - alcuni giorni sono arrivati e alcuni giorni non lo sono. Ho soggiornato in altri hotel Pullman, e questo non ha soddisfatto le norme della catena di pulizia e servizio di customizzazione.

Da poco 20 anni, è sempre andato via qui. Ma ora è abbastanza. La stanza era vecchia e usata. Purtroppo non era pulita e questo in tempi di Corona. Abbiamo sempre apprezzato l'hotel a causa della buona posizione. Ora non nemmeno il prezzo giustifica la posizione. Preferirei spendere un po' di più soldi, per questo una stanza pulita. I mattoni erano passati. Il letto di mia figlia aveva punti. Funghi alla finestra. Doccia non regolabile. Il tappeto è sporco e sporco e il tappeto si sdraia da punti saldi. Non è solo vecchio, ma anche smerigliato. È da 20 anni lo stesso mobili e immagini. Era advent e nessuna decorazione di Natale. Nessun albero all'ingresso come prima. Non ci sono palle o candele, triste e triste, una vergogna, una volta è stato bello stare qui.

Abbiamo fatto un fermo per portare i bambini al museo Mercedes. Non era un grande fine settimana di eventi, quindi la zona era veramente morta. La ricezione dell'hotel era amichevole, ma solo una persona che occupava il desk, quindi sembrava sempre occupata con le coglie. I bagni sono funzionali e puliti, ma dato che 4 persone si trovavano in camera, lavato e sgocciolato correva fuori perché non riempivano completamente i prodotti. Le cose semplici, piccole come questa, non dovrebbero richiedere di essere a caccia e chiedere al personale di queste. Soprattutto per un marchio Hilton. L'altra cosa strana è che il bagno ha una propria camera all'entrata della stanza dell'hotel. È fantastico, ma non c'è un ingoio. Devi andare in tutta la stanza per andare in bagno per lavare le mani. Abbiamo anche cenato al ristorante in fondo. È un prezzo ridicolo per ogni articolo sulla tua piastra. Letteralmente una porzione di salmone è 15 euro (forse 150g) con niente di più sulla piastra. Se vuoi una parte, devi pagare per questo. Lo stesso con lo schnitzel. Ogni singolo articolo che aggiungi alla piastra è un costo aggiuntivo. Il personale era buono, ma il sistema di tariffazione era divertente, abbiamo seguito stupidamente le recensioni dei tre consulenti per il ristorante e il posto era piuttosto morto. Dovremmo aver mangiato al bar sportivo fuori, che era all'aperto e ha più ambienza per forse lo stesso livello di cibo. Chi lo sa. L'unica caratteristica di rimborso è che abbiamo un po' di sconto da questo ristorante a causa del nostro status di membro del club. Siamo rimasti qui solo per una notte, quindi è stato sufficiente come un hotel pulito e funzionale.

Hotel comodissimo da tutti i punti di vista. Vicino al centro (circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e 15 dalla piazza del Castello) e facile da raggiungere con l'auto. Reception molto gentile e parla perfettamente inglese. Bello e funzionale l'arredo interno, con una camera spaziosa, letti comodi e buona biancheria. Apprezzo sempre moltissimo la presenza di bollitore, tazze e cucchiaini (forse aggiungerei un frigo?). Sostanzialmente è attaccato a un grande centro commerciale con molti ristoranti anche economici, supermercati e una fermata della metro (il che lo rende benissimo connesso). Consiglio di chiedere in reception prima di usare il parcheggio dell'hotel, perché senza le loro istruzioni non è facilissimo orientarcisi dentro.

I had booked a room with double bed however I was allotted a room with single bed. I immediately contacted the front desk however they informed that all rooms are booked and cannot help. I expect that at the time of check-in I should have been informed regarding this. Also, the room was for physically challenged. I don’t intend to discriminate here however providing information is important because I paid 190Euros for the same. Did not expect this from IBIS. Also, someone from Hotel staff tried to access my room without prior information between 15:00 -15:10. I informed this as well to the front desk. The bathroom sink was cracked and it wasn’t clean enough. Very disappointed.

Questo hotel nuovissimo e’ ideale per un soggiorno a Stoccarda. Si trova nella zona nuova e super moderna della città con il tram/metropolitana che passa proprio davanti L hotel. Solo 2 fermate per il centro, 1 per la stazione. Il tratto dalla stazione e quindi dal centro può anche essere fatto a piedi lungo una zona pedonale che e’ attualmente in corso per essere definita. A conclusione sarà comodissima. Pulizia ottima, personale gentilissimo e una delle migliori colazioni mai fatte. La macchinetta fa dei cappuccini buoni e cremosi. Assortimento dolce e salato di qualità! Silenziosissimo, bene insonorizzato, avendo una camera con vista laterale, non abbiamo mai sentito il treno. Parcheggio comodissimo a 17 euro a notte con ascensore diretto. I posti sono pochi ma noi L abbiamo sempre trovato. Unico appunto il terzo letto troppo duro non e’ adatto ad un ragazzino al max per un bambino. E’ un divano con un lenzuaolo sopra. Oggettivamente scomodo. Per il resto super consigliato. Il personale molto gentile e professionale ed alcuni parlano italiano come una gentile ragazza pugliese. Ottimo!

Hotel molto pulito camere ampie con macchina x caffè Nespresso bollitore e frigo. personale gentile e professionale ottima la colazione e buona la cena a buffet... Comoda la posizione vicinissimo alla metro e con 2 fermate sei in pieno centro... Una bella chicca è la terrazza( o se vuoi anche al piano terra) che con un sottofondo musicale e una bella atmosfera puoi gustare ottimi drink ... Ah è attaccato ad un enorme centro commerciale... Location: well located, near to shops, malls, restaurants, bars… vibrant area. Room: we had the urban option, spacious, clean, modern, comfortable bed, great shower, sufficient amenities. Front desk service was very helpful. Parking below the hotel was clean, secure and spacious. We didn’t take the breakfast but lots of people were there and it looked good. Will definitely recommend EmiLu hotel to friends and family.

It was the most traumatizing stay I ever had! The receptionst lied to me about being able to stay the next day even it was booked out on booking. She said they still have rooms and it’s still enough time to pay the next stay. I trusted her words! At 11 am when I was still asleep suddenly the housekeeping aggressively knocked on my door even the don’t disturb sign were out. They yelled in front of my door telling me I have to leave immediately!! I quickly put on some Clothes and told them that I already extended my stay. Of course I thought this incompetent receptionist blocked my room when she guaranteed me my room for the next day?! But instead those cleaners said it’s not possible to stay bc they are fully booked!! I first still thought it must be a misunderstanding, telling them what the receptionist told me the other day. She than even showed up herself. But instead of being apologetic she showed a total different face and even threatened me in an bossy tone that I have to leave by 12 pm which were in 40 min (!!) otherwise they would call the police!! 😳🤷‍♀️ I was SO shocked and disappointed but her super f*ed up behavior. I already extended the room on booking for another five nights (!!) bc she were so nice before! Everything were paid in advance!! I felt so fooled & trapped. I got only 40 min left to shower, dye my hair and to pack all my stuff!! When I just got out the shower like 20 min later and still in time (!) it started knocking on my door again. I was like wth 🤦‍♀️ When I opened the door in a towel, I couldn’t believe my eyes : IT WAS THE POLICE! like why? for what reason?? I totally didn’t get it! I was the one who got crazily trapped and degraded as never before and they are doing this to me? like why?? I calmly explained the officers what happened and Im pretty sure they themselves were thinking like what the hell are we even doing here.. I also told them that, of course I won’t return after everything what just happened and that I except to get a refund. The receptionist agreed. I promised to be out at 12 if they would let me go now to keep packing. The police left. I was never as stressed as I was in that moment! I even offered the staff some chocolate the day before..I really couldn’t believe this all just happened.. Bc I was rushing everything like crazy, I didn’t pack things properly as I normally do, so it was a challenge to close my suitcase. When it turned 12 p I was panicking like never before! I couldn’t close my suitcase.. It turned 1 after 12 and the terror immediately started again, knocking on my door/ yelling.. I just kept focusing on my suitcase. At 2 after 12 I finally got it. I went down to the front desk and were expecting my invoice and the refund as discussed before with the police. BUT, the same narc receptionist suddenly acted like she never told me so and refused to give me my money back. They obviously tried EVERYTHING to provoke and punish me for .. what exactly..? 🤷‍♀️ I asked for the manager. He called

Ich hatte 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel gebucht, da meine Tochter in Stuttgart im Krankenhaus lag. Bei der Buchung musste ich den vollen Betrag inklusive Frühstück und Tiefgaragenstellplatz im Voraus bezahlen. Glücklicherweise wurde meine Tochter nach dem zweiten Tag bereits wieder aus dem Krankenhaus entlassen und wir konnten zurück nach Hause fahren. Als ich beim Auschecken auf die Rückerstattung der zu viel gezahlten Übernachtungen zu sprechen kam, bat mich der Mitarbeiter eine Nachricht mit dem Anliegen an die Chefin zu schreiben, er würde es dann weiterleiten. Zwei Wochen später hatte ich immer noch keine Rückerstattung und auch keine Rückmeldung. Darauf hin habe ich nochmals eine Nachricht Im Internetportal an das Hotel mit einer Frist zur Rückmeldung gesendet. Die Frist ist abgelaufen, Rückmeldung und Rückerstattung Fehlanzeige. Wenn ein Hotel meint, dass es Geld für eine Umbuchung einbehalten muss, erwarte ich zumindest eine Rückmeldung. Das Anliegen eines Kunden einfach auszusitzen und eine Notsituation zur Gewinnmaximierung auszunutzen geht gar nicht. Ich werde den Fall wahrscheinlich an meinen Anwalt übergeben. Das Verhalten der Leitung dieses Hotels grenzt an betrügerisches Verhalten. Ich lerne daraus, dass ich nicht mehr in einem solchen billigen Hotel im Voraus bezahlen und lieber ein paar Euro mehr für ein renommiertes Hotel ausgeben werde. An alle anderen, die in Stuttgart übernachten wollen: Finger weg vom Hotel Sautter, wenn etwas unvorhersehbares kommt, werdet ihr dort abgezockt!

La ricezione è stata chiusa per domenica, ma ci ha aiutato a trovare pasta. Le camere sono molto pulite, la struttura è molto buona, il bagno è pulito. E' un grande vantaggio che il parcheggio sia gratuito... e che sia un prezzo molto buono... non dirò niente su colazione, perche' non abbiamo preferito fare colazione in albergo.

Due to the pandemic we had to cancel other New Year's Eve plans and chose to stay a bit closer to home. This was an excellent choice! Unfortunately I can't attest to the salon, spa, or pool (all are off our to-do list until Germany's numbers are down), but everything else about this hotel was amazing. Everyone spoke excellent English, were very accommodating, and the restaurant requires a review all its' own (magnificent!!). If we had to find anything that didn't deserve a five-star rating, it would be the streaming service (lost Netflix connection frequently), however, everything else at this hotel made up for that. You couldn't ask for a better location; it's across the street from the Hauptbahnhof, and one block away from more shopping than you can do in a day! Every hotel in the world should offer an ”Olaf”! Olaf is the most outstanding of this hotel's very service-oriented staff; he is everywhere you need him to be right when you need him there!! If we owned a hotel chain, we would be trying to hire him away from the Graf Zeppelin - he's that good!! This hotel also has an elegant cigar bar. Although I'm not into cigars, it's so elegant that I did not mind accompanying my husband there. My husband's exact words were ”this place has the very best cigars I've ever tried, and an exquisite class of whiskey!” And thanks to Olaf, our preferred table was reserved in the restaurant and in the cigar bar every evening; We will definitely return to this hotel! Oh, I forgot to mention.......we've traveled a lot and have been in a lot of hotels; this was the first that offered a WALK-IN closet with ample storage storage! The two sinks in the bathroom, both a tub AND a shower were also a plus....comforts of home! (We were in a junior suite)

L'hotel è arrivato negli anni e sono sudato nonostante il ventilatore e le tende attratte nella stanza, una sera/notte estiva a Stuttgart, ma il personale dell'hotel è stato molto amichevole e utile, sempre Aperta per le domande, tutto ha fatto scommettere! La mia camera e il bagno erano puliti e spaziosi, inoltre c'era un grande scrivania e un minibar. L'hotel è situato a pochi chilometri di distanza dalle strade commerciali, dai musei e simili. Bus e treni nelle vicinanze e Hbf sono a piedi. Ok, la posizione centrale ha solo un gancio, un ”piccolo” rumore è stato per caso notturno attraverso persone, auto in viaggio al prossimo club ...

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in a deluxe double with breakfast included. I chose this hotel based on its location near Stuttgart Hbf and reviews. My reason for visiting Stuttgart was to visit the Mercedes Benz and Porsche Museums. They were well worth the visit. Otherwise, Stuttgart is pleasant but rather short on special attractions, unless you are into shopping, because there are a lot of shops! Arrival at the Stuttgart Hbf was a bit of a surprise because it is a mess due to a major reconstruction being underway. The hotel is within walking distance but if you use Google Maps, do not take its recommended route to the hotel because it involves a ton of steps. Instead, follow the signs out to the S trains, cross the main street and walk a block up either Konigstrasse or Lautenschlagerstrasse and then turn right onto Kronenstrasse and follow that until you get to the hotel. Check in time is a late 4pm. I arrived at 2.30pm and was accommodated immediately. May not always happen of course but this was appreciated. The room was lovely. Large - with a separate seating area - clean, very well equipped, light - overlooking a large central courtyard - and quiet. Had a fridge and large tv (could not find any English language stations however). No tea and coffee making facilities. Very comfy bed. The breakfast room was large and overlooking a central garden and there was a wide selection of food. There was a separate residents' lounge on level 1, a bar adjacent to the breakfast room and 24hr reception. Wifi was healthy. I would definitely stay here again if I were to revisit Stuttgart.

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel con booking.com, siamo andati in macchina quindi abbiamo scelto un hotel che avesse nelle vicinanze anche il parcheggio. Appena arrivati (alle 5 del pomeriggio) non abbiamo trovato nessuno alla reception, non ci era stato comunicato che avremmo dovuto fare il check in automatico arrivando dopo le 14. Abbiamo chiamato il numero che c'era scritto sulla porta e ci è stato detto come dovevamo fare. Poi abbiamo pensato al pagamento del parcheggio che era proprio di fronte all 'hotel e, trovata la colonnina per il pagamento abbiamo provato a pagare (€ 10,30 per l'intera giornata). Il parchimetro non accettava né la carta bancomat né la carta di credito, non potevamo neanche pagare in contanti perché non avevamo tutte quelle monete (non accettava neanche le banconote), quindi abbiamo richiamato il receptionist che ci ha comunicato che il parcheggio non era loro e che non sapeva neanche come risolvere il mio problema. Alla fine abbiamo chiesto alla reception di un altro albergo lì vicino se ci potevano cambiare 10 euro in monete e fortunatamente lo hanno fatto. Dopo 5 gg dal nostro soggiorno ricevo una mail dove mi si informa che la reception non è disponibile dopo le 14 e il check in va fatto in modo automatico con la macchinetta posta al di fuori e inoltre che il parcheggio lì di fronte costa 10.30 al giorno ma che se non dovesse esserci posto è possibile parcheggiare in un altro a 150 m. dall'hotel con 8 euro al giorno. Allora mi chiedo : ma devo avere tutte queste preziose informazioni quando sono già tornata dal mio viaggio???? E poi, non poteva dirmelo al telefono il receptionist che c'era un altro parcheggio lì vicino???!!!! Sono davvero arrabbiata e delusa! Organizzazione pessima! Per non parlare della disponibilità zero del receptionist. Il resto sarebbe anche passabile se non fosse per il poco spazio in camera ma di certo non sarà questo il motivo che non mi farà più tornare lì.

Il personale che parla molte lingue, fai sapere tutti i dettagli sull'accesso all'edificio dopo le ore, le strutture e rispondere alle domande sull'area. Il Wi-Fi non è sempre stato costantemente veloce per me, ma non ha mai fermato il lavoro. Come indicato nell'altra recensione, le pareti sono di tipo sottile, in modo da sentire vicini e persone nelle strade. Inoltre, questo è molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria (Stattgart Hbf), così sentirete il rumore della città nella maggior parte delle ore del giorno/notte. -Hanno anche fornito un'orecchina per aiutare a ”calmar” il vostro soggiorno. :) Stagione semplice, poche attrazioni, ma abbastanza per un soggiorno veloce o un viaggio legato all'attività.

Von der Rezeption über einen Mini-Fitness zum stillgelegten Pool zu einem extrem schlechten Zimmerservice, furchtbarer Deko und Hellhörigkeit kann man vom Adina Stuttgart nur abraten. Es gab dennoch zwei Lichtblicke. Einen kompetenten und coolen Barkeeper und die durchdachte Küchenmesser. Im Einzelnen: schon beim Empfang wird man von einer äußerst unfreundlichen und noch dazu inkompetenten Mitarbeiterin begrüßt (Wiedererkennung schwarze Haare) , kein Lächeln, keine Erläuterung, keine Prüfung der Unterlagen. Einfach nur unfreundlich. Dann bekommt man das kleinste Zimmer, obwohl man eine ganze Woche gebucht hat (Tipp die Zimmer ”11” sind viel kleiner als die anderen, vor allem das Bad, am rmeiden. Im Fitness gibt es kein Wasser, bzw der Wasserspender ist kaputt, es liegt im UG und ist ziemlich schwach ausgestattet. Der Pool ist wegen technischer Probleme stillgelegt. Wir sind dann nach zwei Nächten in ein größeres Zimmer umgezogen, was nur gelang, weil sich jemand aus dem Management darum gekümmert hat. Der Zimmerservice ist eine Fremdfirma, die das Bett ungefähr so machen wie ein 5 jähriges Kind. Im Schrank lag eine Socke vom Vorgänger. Von Reinigen würde ich nicht sprechen. Die bettwäsche wurde nicht gewechselt, obwohl das angeblich alle drei Tage geschehen soll. Man kann ja nicht allem hinterherrennen. Die Haustechnik ist nicht ausgereift. Es gab nachts um 2:00 Uhr einen Fehlalarm, keine Entschuldigung vom Hotel. Die Zimmer sind für einen Neubau auch noch hellhörig. Den Vogel schießen dann noch irgendwelche komischen Bilder -siehe Fotos - ab, die wohl aus einem Vorschulprojekt stammen. Naja, wir sind froh, dass wir wieder abreisen. Das Adina Stuttgart muss auf uns verzichten. Achtung: falls der Safe verschlossen ist, könnte das ein Trick sein, damit man Geld oder Wertdachen erst einmal so im Zimmer lässt.

Hotel comodissimo da tutti i punti di vista. Vicino al centro (circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e 15 dalla piazza del Castello) e facile da raggiungere con l'auto. Reception molto gentile e parla perfettamente inglese. Bello e funzionale l'arredo interno, con una camera spaziosa, letti comodi e buona biancheria. Apprezzo sempre moltissimo la presenza di bollitore, tazze e cucchiaini (forse aggiungerei un frigo?). Sostanzialmente è attaccato a un grande centro commerciale con molti ristoranti anche economici, supermercati e una fermata della metro (il che lo rende benissimo connesso). Consiglio di chiedere in reception prima di usare il parcheggio dell'hotel, perché senza le loro istruzioni non è facilissimo orientarcisi dentro.

Questo hotel nuovissimo e’ ideale per un soggiorno a Stoccarda. Si trova nella zona nuova e super moderna della città con il tram/metropolitana che passa proprio davanti L hotel. Solo 2 fermate per il centro, 1 per la stazione. Il tratto dalla stazione e quindi dal centro può anche essere fatto a piedi lungo una zona pedonale che e’ attualmente in corso per essere definita. A conclusione sarà comodissima. Pulizia ottima, personale gentilissimo e una delle migliori colazioni mai fatte. La macchinetta fa dei cappuccini buoni e cremosi. Assortimento dolce e salato di qualità! Silenziosissimo, bene insonorizzato, avendo una camera con vista laterale, non abbiamo mai sentito il treno. Parcheggio comodissimo a 17 euro a notte con ascensore diretto. I posti sono pochi ma noi L abbiamo sempre trovato. Unico appunto il terzo letto troppo duro non e’ adatto ad un ragazzino al max per un bambino. E’ un divano con un lenzuaolo sopra. Oggettivamente scomodo. Per il resto super consigliato. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimale, vicinissimo (direi sopra) alla fermata della metropolitana che congiunge alla città, colazione abbondante e personale simpatico. Un punto in meno perché dalla catena Hilton ci aspettavamo qualcosa di più come location. Se avete l' auto, attenzione che il parcheggio è al secondo piano inferiore. Il primo piano inferiore è di un altro hotel. C è un cartello all ingresso ma è scritto in piccolo e nessuno lo nota.

Hotel molto pulito camere ampie con macchina x caffè Nespresso bollitore e frigo. personale gentile e professionale ottima la colazione e buona la cena a buffet... Comoda la posizione vicinissimo alla metro e con 2 fermate sei in pieno centro... Una bella chicca è la terrazza( o se vuoi anche al piano terra) che con un sottofondo musicale e una bella atmosfera puoi gustare ottimi drink ... Ah è attaccato ad un enorme centro commerciale... Hotel perfetto e consigliato

Da poco 20 anni, è sempre andato via qui. Ma ora è abbastanza. La stanza era vecchia e usata. Purtroppo non era pulita e questo in tempi di Corona. Abbiamo sempre apprezzato l'hotel a causa della buona posizione. Ora non nemmeno il prezzo giustifica la posizione. Preferirei spendere un po' di più soldi, per questo una stanza pulita. I mattoni erano passati. Il letto di mia figlia aveva punti. Funghi alla finestra. Doccia non regolabile. Il tappeto è sporco e sporco e il tappeto si sdraia da punti saldi. Non è solo vecchio, ma anche smerigliato. È da 20 anni lo stesso mobili e immagini. Era advent e nessuna decorazione di Natale. Nessun albero all'ingresso come prima. Non ci sono palle o candele, triste e triste, una vergogna, una volta è stato bello stare qui.

We arrived late and Dimitri(at reception) was kind enough to help us with parking. We quickly grabbed our luggage and then Mellisa guided us through the checkin. We got 2 separate beds in the room and we went back with a request to upgrade it with a queen bed - and voila they did it. Overall our stay was relaxing and the service was good. Will recommend to other travelers.

Vicino all'autostrada, è bello quando si è in transito. Inoltre, c'erano troppo poco personale e troppo ospiti per mangiare nel ristorante. Così siamo stati trattati brevemente e inamici. Il cibo era molto buono. Dopo il cibo siamo stati ignorati. Quando volevamo ordinare caffè con strudel di mele, non poteva più chiudere la cucina, il caffè poteva, e quando volevamo ordinare un po' di caffè, si rispondeva che era l'ultima volta. Sono andati a chiudere alle 22, nessuno ci aveva detto. La stanza era buona, le letti erano buoni, bagno semplice. I nostri amici avevano una stanza molto più piccola da qualche parte nell'angolo dell'hotel con una stanza da bagno dove non si poteva girare. Una corda da doccia che ti aggrappa al corpo quando ti doccia, non igienica, vicino al letto c'era poco posto per stare in piedi, questa stanza non valeva il denaro rispetto a noi.
