Bliss Hoi An Beach Resort & Wellness

Receptionist was waiting for our arrival ar 2315pm. Very quick check in and was sent to our room with a buggy. Room was very spacious, clean, super king size bed, room came with all amentities. There was a welcome fruit basket in the room. Very importantly, their room service is open 24hrs. Good spread of Breakfast buffet and service staff were all very polite and helpful. Its a private beach and beach towel and pool towels are available at respective locations. Theres also a spa within the resort and daily activities throughout the day. Theres also free transport to and fro hoi an market which is about 20-30mins away. Overall, a quiet and calming resort always greeted by friendly staffs.

Outside the hotel, however, there is essentially nothing for tourists within walking distance — this is worth keeping in mind. The spa center is excellent. The pool is large and clean, but the water is too warm, almost hot. This is probably difficult to regulate, given the outdoor temperature. The beach is very good, with a gentle entrance into the sea and fine, firm sand. However, you do need to walk quite far, as the water near the shore is quite shallow. The staff genuinely try to make your stay enjoyable; they are always friendly and helpful. There were a few minor inconsistencies, but the hotel team does everything they can to make your holiday comfortable and peaceful. A special compliment goes to the restaurant — the food is very tasty, and the menu is varied. Overall, the hotel is wonderful. If you are not bothered by — or even enjoy — a certain distance from civilization, it is an excellent choice. By the way, the hotel organizes free daily transfers to Hoi An and back, which takes about 30 minutes, and Da Nang is about an hour away by taxi, so the sense of being cut off from civilization is only relative. This is the kind of hotel you would want to return to.

I just had to leave a review after such an amazing experience! The "Tropical" drink we had at the restaurant was absolutely delicious—the coconut flavor was incredible, and the morning coconut drink from the warm and friendly manager was unforgettable. Every single staff member made our stay special. The front desk team was incredibly kind and fluent in languages (we even chatted a bit in Chinese!). A special shout-out to the lovely waitress who loves Korea, the cheerful chef in his chef's hat, and the true gentleman in the blue dress shirt with the great hairstyle. Thank you all for giving us the most wonderful and happy start to our honeymoon!

Loved our stay at Bliss Hoi An! This was my first time in Vietnam, and this place felt so peaceful and heartwarming. Beautiful grounds, lotus ponds, coconut trees, ocean breeze…The ocean being right in front of the hotel was incredible. There were 40-50 fishermen early in the morning bringing in the catch and my Dad had fun getting pictures of them and all the fish! I loved just floating in the infinity pool looking out at the sea and clouds for hours. Mom is usually scared of the water because she can’t swim, but she had a nice time in the large sized jacuzzi. Such a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast food was refreshing and healthful, the shuttle into Hoi An everyday was very helpful, and the spa treatments were wonderful (definitely recommend the bamboo stick massage). But honestly, what I will remember most is the warmth of the staff here. Every single person was so kind, attentive, present, and genuine. Everyone from the management to the cleaning staff, restaurant staff, Executive Chef, shuttle drivers, security, pool and spa staff, busboys, and landscapers supported us with such warmth and kindness, greeting us with beautiful smiles everyday. When we first got to the hotel and checked in, we notes that the size of the room was not accurately published on trip.com - it is smaller in reality. The management upgraded us to larger rooms as soon as they were available. We appreciated our time here very much and won’t forget the kindness of the people. Sounds cheesy, but you can really feel the heart of Bliss here. It made such an impression on me. Thank you Bliss Hoi A for such a lovely experience. 💛

Excellent service and nice breakfast.Pool and beach were great! View was nice. Beach was kind of private for the resort which was great since it was less crowded.Far from Hoi An but they have a free shuttle every few hours. Airport pickup and drop off was extra but very easy.

Great location, 20 minutes from Ha Noi old city. 5 minutes from golf Vinpearl, 1:15 hours from Da Nang airport

A long review as I just have to tell everyone to book The Bliss! This place is truly amazing, every single detail, I mean even the floors are beautiful! Pool: Amazing large infinity pool, more than enough sunbeds for everyone, huge garden with more sun-beds under the palm trees. Spa: The techniques of the massages are clear that these lovely ladies have excellent training! Beautiful spa and the prices are in a range that you can have one every day! Food and service: Amazing staff, Buu at the front desk is so kind and professional. Delicious breakfast, fantastic range and overall great food! The hotel is just so beautiful and the atmosphere is so relaxing, after 3 days it felt like I was there a week - truly a place to relax! Excellent tour options, free bicycles and yoga daily included! I will be back!
