Hotel 5 stelle a Chania

整體來説，這是一家擁有非常漂亮海景和舒適度假環境的酒店，有不少讓我喜歡的地方，但服務的一致性和一些細節還有提升空間。 酒店最大的優勢無疑是天然海景，景色真的很漂亮，整體環境也很舒服，很適合放鬆度假。工作人員整體態度禮貌，也願意協助客人的需求。 早餐是我很喜歡的部分之一，食物好吃、新鮮，整體品質不錯。特別想稱讚一位穿藍色襯衫、灰黑色褲子的服務人員。他看起來比較嚴肅，但實際上服務非常細心。他記得我們前一天點過歐姆蛋，第二天看到我們時還主動詢問是不是也要歐姆蛋。雖然衹是一個小細節，但能夠記得客人前一天的喜好，讓人感覺非常貼心。 不過，**這次住宿最讓我不滿意的地方也是早餐服務。**果汁和咖啡都需要由服務人員提供，並不是自助。好幾次工作人員會主動幫坐在我旁邊的客人倒飲料或續杯，卻沒有詢問我是否也需要。一次可能不會特別在意，但連續發生幾次之後，真的會產生一種被忽略的感覺。尤其與那位非常細心的服務人員相比，更能感受到不同員工之間服務品質的落差。我認為酒店在服務的主動性和一致性方面還有比較大的提升空間。 酒店的晚餐餐廳也值得肯定，食物很好吃，品質不錯，不過整體價格偏高。 房間方面，水壓非常充足，洗澡很舒服，空調也很給力。原本房間的枕頭對我來説太高，但第二天向工作人員反映後，很快就幫忙更換了更合適的枕頭，這一點處理得很好。 比較可惜的是房間隔音一般。晚上會比較明顯地聽到水流聲，以及冰箱運作的聲音，在安靜的時候尤其明顯。如果對聲音比較敏感，可能會影響睡眠。 另外一個比較影響體驗的是延遲退房當天的房卡問題。酒店願意提供延遲退房，本來是很加分的安排，但房卡還是在上午11點失效了。我們當時剛從海邊游泳回來，全身還是濕的，卻無法進入房間，衹能去前台處理。續卡大約等了10–15分鐘，拿到之後回到房間，結果還是無法開門，衹能濕着身體再次返回前台。這整個過程確實比較折騰，也讓人覺得前台處理問題的效率還有提升空間。 總體而言，我很喜歡這裏漂亮的海景和環境，早餐新鮮好吃，晚餐餐廳的食物也不錯，房間的水壓和空調錶現很好，而且也遇到了非常細心、讓人印象深刻的工作人員。**最大的扣分點還是早餐時多次被忽略的感覺，其次是房卡處理效率和房間隔音。**如果酒店能夠讓不同員工之間的服務更加主動和一致，我覺得整體住宿體驗會提升很多。 The hotel has a beautiful natural sea view and a very relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, and both the water pressure and air conditioning were excellent. The dinner restaurant was also very good, although quite expensive. Special thanks to the breakfast staff member in a blue shirt and dark grey trousers. He seemed serious at first but was very attentive. He remembered that we ordered omelets the day before and asked if we wanted them again the next morning, which was a lovely detail. However, my biggest disappointment was also the breakfast service. Coffee and juice are served by staff, and several times they refilled drinks for guests right next to me without asking me. After this happened repeatedly, I genuinely felt overlooked. More consistent service would make a big difference. The pillows were initially too high, but the staff quickly replaced them after we mentioned it. Soundproofing could be better, as we could hear running water and the refrigerator at night. We appreciated the late check-out, but our key stopped working at 11 a.m. After returning from swimming, we had to wait 10–15 minutes at reception while still wet to reactivate it. Unfortunately, it still didn’t work, so we had to return to reception again. Overall, the view, environment and food were great, but breakfast service consistency, front desk efficiency and soundproofing could be improved. er.

Questo è stato uno dei tanti hotel che abbiamo guardato, ma dopo tante recensioni positive sull'hotel e il personale non c'era alcun brainer da prenotare e non siamo stati delusi. L'hotel è pulito e gli adulti lo fanno solo un bonus. E 'a 10 secondi di distanza dalla spiaggia. La spiaggia è una coppa mai sovraccarica e l'acqua è cristallina chiara e morbida per un lungo cammino. Molte piccole negozi e posti per mangiare in questo piccolo villaggio. Colazione in hotel era buona, deliziosa. Non sprecato per la scelta, ma abbastanza per qualsiasi gusto. Piscina è grande sempre ottenere un letto. Ma siamo andati principalmente alla spiaggia. C'è un posto per noleggiare una macchina vicino e un viaggio a Chania Old Town è assolutamente necessario. Volevo tornare qui per essere sicuri e a questo bel hotel. Molto consiglia.

This hotel was perfect on all aspects, the room was amazing, big very clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony and the swimming pool was brilliant! I really enjoyed the spa and the interior pool as well. The restaurant of the hotel was perfect too, the food was really good. But most importantly, the staff of the hotel was highly professional and the nicest people! All of them were very good to us and treated us so well. I include everyone in the staff including the cleaning lady who was so lovely too. All in all this might have been my best holiday in a very long time if not ever. I highly recommend this hotel! La camera era spaziosa e l'hotel era super pulito e estremamente confortevole. Tutto si sentiva nuovo e il servizio era davvero 5 stelle. Ci sorprendevamo felicemente di sapere che la piscina all'interno è in realtà solo un gigante giaccheggio. Abbiamo trascorso un'ora la nostra notte scorsa, che era molto bello. Il letto è davvero comodo e il posto è tranquillo. Ci è un servizio valet per parcheggiare la vostra auto e abbiamo bevute e snack benvenuti all'arrivo. Grazie ancora per la bottiglia di vino e frutta gratis come regalo di benvenuto VIP. Ci siamo davvero goditi e torneremo in questo hotel se mai visitare Chania un giorno di nuovo.

Die Lage des Hotels ist definitv sehr gut und ein Plus Punkt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und die Dame an der Bar hat uns ein Willkommensdrink gegeben. Das Hotel wirkt am Eingang recht hochwertig und man fuehlt sich gut aufgehoben. Ich würde sagen es hat kein 5-Sterne Niveau, aber so um die 3,5-4 absolut. Das Zimmer das wir bekommen hatten, hatte leider keine Fenster (in der Beschreibung stand es gibt eins). Kein Problem für uns. Unsere größter Kritikpunkt ist, da es in der Dusche keine Tür gab, weil diese entfernt wurde. Somit konnte man leider nicht richtig duschen ohne Wasser nach außen zu spritzen. Als wir es beim Empfang bescheid gegeben hatten, gab es leider nur ein „wussten wir gar nicht“ und lieber ans klingelnde Telefon gehen und den Gast stehen lassen. Wer soll es dann wissen wenn nicht das Hotel, leider somit weit entfernt von 5-Sterne Service. Eine kleine Entschuldigung hatten wir erwartet, und das man sich dem Problem annimmt. Finde ich wirklich Schade, dass man so viel Geld und dann ein Zimmer bekommt, welches nicht dem Standard entspricht und eigentlich nicht auf dem gewollten Niveau ist um an Gäste vergeben zu werden. Zum Glück haben wir nur einen Tag hier verbracht und vorher in einem richtigen 5-Sterne Hotel die Woche verbracht. Ich kann hier wirklich nur overall 3/5 Sterne geben.

Grande hotel, ci saranno persone che si incontreranno con te durante la colazione, e vi presento il posto delizioso e divertente della città!Molto piace qui.

The staff in reception is not so friendly the food is not like a 5 star hotel the most of the menu is frozen except the grill that they cook the meat the same time. They don’t have many rackets for the ping pong only 2. The list of the free cocktails for the all inclusive program is so limited and for the classic cocktails is extra charge.The bars and the restaurants is open until 23:00 after that only ghosts is outside. The heated pool is not so hot. The jacuzzi on the spa is not working. The only good thing is the rooms is very big very clean with nice views includes a kitchen fridge A/C and spurs and spoons and they gave us and an upgrade to a loft room.

Non era il miglior hotel, molto vecchio ma ancora un buon hotel a prezzi accessibili a Creta. L'abbiamo prenotato l'ultimo minuto e abbiamo avuto tutto incluso. Grande hotel familiare e una posizione decente.

Beautiful newly renovated hotel with a modern and relaxing atmosphere. The new team is doing an amazing job, everything was very well organized and welcoming. The rooms were spotless, the food was excellent, and all the staff were wonderful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Mara, who was especially helpful and made our experience even better. We would definitely come back!
